Build Pro did an amazing job turning my home into exactly what I wanted. They listened to all my ideas and made them come to life. Not to mention they did it in record time. I highly recommend Build Pro for both the staff and quality of work!

Driver almost hit me, passenger flicked me off. Kinda sad when I’m pregnant and have a child in the car. Would not recommend.
Unsure which of the gentlemen were the passengers, but to follow me past my house to flick me off was pretty unprofessional when you could’ve turned the street you were supposed to turn on but did a circle instead? Weird.

We are 100 percent satisfied with our experience in building a custom home with Chad Miller, his staff, and Build Pro 360. The quality of the home is amazing, the communication throughout the process was superb and the follow through after completion has been spot on. This past summer (2024), we utilized Build Pro 360 for the first time to replace our roof, gutters, fascia, siding, and windows. Their professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency while paying close attention to detail has made us customers for life. Our home is breathtaking and can now maintain the internal temperature quite well (I wanted to wait until we hit a few cooler autumn spells before posting a review). We are looking forward to many future projects with Greg and his team, including kitchen renovations and installing a laundry chute for our growing family!

They repaired our garage after a fuel tank crashed into our garage and it looks brand new. Greg and younger Greg did a great job working with me and we struggled together to get Suburban Propane insurance to pay for their damage. They matched our siding to a very old shade that now is not made anymore. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely recommend the Build Pro 360 company. From day one, emailed to request an estimate and within two days had an on-site visit and an estimate quickly thereafter. Continuous email and text updates on the status of my project as its was kicking off. I had several different skilled crews on-site to complete our project and it was completed timely with exceptional results

Nick and Mike went above and beyond for us! We can’t say enough amazing things about the work they provided to our home. After a horrible dishwasher leak they repaired/installed floors, painted, replaced baseboards, installed vanities, some plumbing work and more. Highly recommend Build Pro!

My son hired these guys to replace window panes. Greg was very polite and professional. Everything was seamless and the install was really quick and clean. I would definitely recommend them.

They replaced our leaky, dated windows with new ones. The price is right and the service was excellent. Will be using them again for future projects.

In Property Management, honest and good companies/contractors are hard to find. If I need something done, I call BuildPro 360 first. And so far, every time I have called them they have been able to help us out. I appreciate their attention to details. And when they complete a job, you never knew they were there (clean up is a pet peeve of mine as a CM). They have replaced cabinets for me, done drywall repairs and some painting for me. When the weather breaks-they'll be rebuilding balconies and stariways and handicap accessable ramps too. I call GlassPro 360 for my windows and door needs. I love these guys ! All the services you need in One company.

Replaced all the exterior trim on our house. Incredibly polite, punctual and with completed as discussed. After finishing, another few came over the next day to sweep the yard with magnets to ensure no nails/screws, etc. were left in the grass and mulch beds. Excellent service. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Build Pro 360 replaced the roof on our 11,000 SF commercial building and done a great job. They are very professional and did a good job cleaning up the site when completed.

I would give them 10 stars if available. They remodeled a 1903 church into our home in Hebron. Nothing was beyond them and complete professionals the entire time. Hiring contractors are rough and you never know what you will get but in this case you will actually be pleased and surprised. After the remodel we wound up on the front page of the Columbus Dispatch as being an unusual project. Even there we gave the Build Pro 360 crew credit for doing what numerous other contractors could not. They got the job done at a reasonable cost. Words I usually never get to say with a contractor LOL.

Great company to work with and for! Any questions I had or input their team was there to help and are extremely knowledgeable and do amazing work! We have a beautiful roof and they are the only company I know to put on a 50 year limited lifetime warrantied shingle with Owens Corning too!!! Remodel went amazingly well too as they made sure to be safe and careful not only with our home but our pets too!

Martin and his crew did a fantastic job on a large standing seam roof project. The owners and staff of Build Pro 360 are expericed and very helpful with the smallest of details. They are easy refer to our customers for projects we don’t handle.
