Ken and his crew did an amazing job with my Insurance claim roof replacement. He was very thorough and stayed in communication with me the entire time to make sure everything was completed on time and to my satisfaction. After Ken finish my roof replacement, I almost didn’t recognize my own house. I almost drove right by it because he did such a great job! Thank you for being honest and upfront about everything! Ken and his team at quality works put a new roof on my house a few years ago. They did an amazing job. Just recently it sustained some damage due to extremely high winds moving a satellite dish. Ken and his team had the damage repaired in less than 3 days of me asking him to come and check it. They had it repaired in under 2 hours and matched the same shingles that I had on the roof. Amazing work again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Note: The original roof was replaced due to hail damage. He made working with the insurance company extremely easy.

Quality Works, LLC was contracted to replace my roof due to hail damage. First encounter with Ken (owner of Quality Works), I was a bit skeptical and impressive based on his affirmation that he could do the best job in replacing a roof. He appeared to be very knowledgeable in his area of expertise, outlining the more modern/updated material used, the ability/quickness of job completion and satisfaction. I was 'VERY SATISFIED" with the final product and my house looks wonderful = its practically like its a new house - which is several comments rec'd already :)! Additionally, the crew was very fantastic in the their installation - kudos to them.

The owner, Ken Sullivan, is nothing short of phenomenal! The professionalism, customer service, efficiency (completed beautiful roof in one day), great crew, choice of materials and colors, advice received and extra services, upgrades and products provided at no extra charge is basically unheard of in today’s business dealings. Ken was here throughout the process and when I asked for something simple that could have waited a number of days to get, he brought it to me within two hours of my text on a Saturday evening. I mean who does that??? The clean up after the project was so thorough, you couldn’t even tell that they had ever even been there. I can’t say enough good. Ken did my roof 2 years ago and still sent a couple guys over to fix a small problem as a courtesy.

We bought a house in Suwanee and quality works was hired to replace the roof. All of it was done before we closed which was in the agreement. A few issues came up and Ken came out and took a look at it. I’m a little bull headed so at first Ken and I didn’t see eye to eye. He took care of the problem areas. Fast forward a few months later and there were a few issues I had. Called Ken and he sent his guys over.
We needed some touch up painting from a few stains and Ken got some guys on it.

We used Quality Roofing for a replacement of our storm damaged roof. Ken Sullivan who we worked thru is an extremely knowledgeable, organized and most importantly a honest representative. We looked at roof colors and he suggested that we may not be happy with the contrast against the brick color. Because Quality has done so much work in our area he was able to point us to neighborhoods that had multiple homes with different combination roof colors and brick colors. Thank goodness he did. We picked something completely different from our first choice and it worked out perfectly. The supplies arrived on time and the crew was great. The crew was done in a day and completely cleaned up so you never knew they were here. We would have been happy with the price to begin with but the service just amplified the value. Ken even insured we had a missing dryer vent replaced that he picked up for us as we couldn't find one. All of these factors combined with better quality products used on the roof versus other contrators in our area added to our complete satisfaction. We rarely write reviews but the all around quality of the experiance warrented writing this one. We would use them again and we recommend Ken and Quality Roofing without hestitation.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof. The owner Ken, is accessible to his customers throughout the entire process. Unlike some companies that you can't reach the owner after you've signed your contract they're too busy for you. The crew was on time and didn't leave a mess. But perhaps the most impressive thing about this company is even after my warranty expired, they came back to my home and made repairs and charged NOTHING after we survived another storm. And get this, it didn't take him days to respond, his crew showed up the very next day! That's customer service at it's BEST..

Excellent. I have a 2400 square ft house. The Roof completed in one day. Crew was meticulous about cleanup at the end of the job. No nails or trash left behind. I called the owner Ken about a year out of warranty in regards to an area that was leaking. He sent a crew over and they fixed free of charge. Would highly recommend.

Quality Works LLC. installed a new roof on my home on May 15th 2020. I decided to use this roofing company after seeing the roof work they had done on some other homes in my area. I wasn’t sure what type of new shingles to use so I asked Ken for a suggestion. He recommended the “Weathered Wood Architectural” shingle which turned out to be an outstanding look for my house. The roofers also installed new “Drip Edge” trim which my home did not have previously to protect the wood underneath the singles from water damage. The new trim also greatly improved the look of my house. The crew was able to get my new roof completed in about nine hours including removal of the old shingles. I am more than satisfied with my new roof installed by Quality Works LLC. and would recommend this company to anyone needing new roof installation or repair!

Celebrating the new roof on my home! After putting off replacing my home's roof for too long I am now the proud owner of a new roof! Ken stopped by as his team was finishing up a neighbor's roof. He took an initial look at the roof and told me he would be back early the following week to do a full inspection. The inspection resulted in more damage than initially thought so we sat down and together filed a claim with my homeowners insurance. Ken met the insurance adjuster, assisted with the adjuster's inspection process by taking photos of the damage, and we were on our way! The roof looks amazing, the Quality Works staff are fabulous to work with, and the installers probably left my (and my neighbor's) yards cleaner than they were before the work took place. Thank you Ken and Quality Works!

If I could give a bonus star I would. The first thing the 8 man crew did was put tarps all around the house to catch the nails and debris. Removed the old shingles and replaced bad decking. Re-roofed, cleaned up, including magnetic raking to find nails, and gone abut 5:30. The job was done RIGHT and it looks it! In fact, the yard is cleaner than before they showed up! It is not possible to have had a better experience.

Equally important, Kenny Sullivan knew how to identify storm damage I did not even know we had and worked with our insurance company to get about 75% of the job paid for.

Ken did my roof in December of 2016 so I waited awhile to write a review. Doing my roof was a big deal to me. I took my time and did my research, and I was picky. In the end, I will say I was very happy and 100% satisified with my roofing project from Quality Works. I got the product, workmanship, value, and customer service that I wanted. Would highly recommend. Would do business with again.

Ken is amazing! He worked so hard and his crew was super nice! The quality of work is more than we could of asked for. They worked hard to get everyhing done in a timely manner since we were bringing home a newborn and made sure to not use anything toxic or that would have a long lasting chemical smell. We greatly appreciate Ken and I would recommend him to everyone!

Worked with Ken Sullivan; he was referred by a friend. Awesome to work with and very responsive. He gave me honest info prior to my insurance company assessing my roof and was great after I was approved for a new roof. Had some snags as the project was worked and Ken was there to make things right and ensure everything was done well.
