The process was very smooth, the guys did a great job, and worked with our insurance on our behalf. The workers cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient. Austin Rodebaugh, (the inspector) was very informative and patient with us the whole time. He even looked out for us to keep our roof safe before a storm soon after the initial consultation. We were not expecting that! If you need roof work, don’t hesitate to call Austin!

I recently got a new roof in Evans, GA(suburb of Augusta, GA).

Austin was our estimator/consultant and he did a great job. He was very thorough and took his time explaining each step. He was always fast in responding to texts and calls. He helped with my insurance company also.

Roger Watson came out to inspect our roof for damage after Hurricane Helene came through. We had already had an energy repair done for a limb that had punctured the roof during the storm, but we had some trees brush the gutters off some other areas and we wanted to make sure there was no underlying damage that we couldn’t see. Roger showed up on time, was friendly, professional and inspected the roof and found no damage. He let us know that he was happy to reassure us and that the free inspection was just that, free. It took all of 15-20 minutes to have peace of mind. And it was great to not have to feel pressured into having something done that was not needed. Thank you so much, Roger and Alliance!

Austin was wonderful! We nervously searched for a roofing company for extensive roof replacement project. Thankfully we settled with Alliance and met Austin who made the entire project as seamless as possible. He was very good at communicating with us throughout the entire project. He was also up front with us and made efforts to accommodate our expectations. We are thoroughly pleased and look forward to having our gutters replaced by them as well.

This company is the most professional roofing company I have encountered! I am a plumber in the area. Our insurance will not allow us to get on top of a house. When I noticed that there was a vent cap missing on the water heater, I gave Alliance a call. They got out same day to take care of my homeowner and charged a VERY fair price. I will refer them to my homeowners from now on! Best in the business!!!

We’ve used Alliance Roofing multiple times over the past 5 years. Our home had a 20+ year old roof, but financially, we couldn’t afford to replace it yet. Alliance patched and repaired it for us, to stretch out the lifespan. Then, when storm damage occurred, they walked us through the process of filing a claim. Of course, we hired them when the entire roof was replaced. It went smoothly and looks so beautiful. The guys were all very professional and highly skilled. They worked quickly but did a quality job. And, Alliance stands behind its commitment to customer satisfaction and a job well done. When we had a small complication with a tiny part of the roof, Erik came out and figured it out. He fixed that issue (covered by the warranty), but he went above and beyond. Because of how thorough he was, he noticed something else that needed done differently, so he fixed that as well. We are very satisfied and grateful.

The company representative Liam was very knowledgeable and professional. He noticed that my leaking gutter was caused by improper installation. He recommended that I contact the company that installed my siding to see if the gutter adjustment was covered under warranty. I contacted the siding installer and they agreed to do the repairs under their warranty.

Alex did a very extensive, through evaluation of my roof and leak issues. He presented me with several options to align with my budget. Ultimately I decided on a new roof and gutter installation. We called Rainout Roofing to address some deficiencies noted in our home’s purchase inspection report. This was not a major job, but Alex came out on a weekend to not only fix those issues, he also noted a couple other areas that might cause concern down the road. Additionally, he inspected the roof and quite refreshingly stated that it was in good shape for its current age. I am a widower of 2 years and my husband had always handled these projects. I had three quotes, I felt like Rainout was going to take care of me TRUE BLUE company. When Alex Powell came out to my house, he spent 45 min to an hour inspecting the roof, the attic and inside ceiling damage. He was very professional and explained everything that was going on with the roof. He determine that it was wind damage walked me through making a claim with my insurance company. Insurance paid for the NEW roof and we were able to do some upgrades. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex Powell and his crew. AWESOME!

I discovered a leak in my roof and Alex and Liam were able to come to my house the next day with no notice. They arrived on time and were able to inspect my roof and fix the issue within a couple of hours. They even did some cleanup work they noticed needed to be done for no extra charge. Alliance roofing did a great job putting a brand new roof on my home and also doing some work on my chimney. All at fair prices when compared to other local companies. After the quote was accepted they had the work done in less than 4 days.

Do not use this company. We had a condo building roof replaced. A few months later we had leak. Alliance Roofing still will not respond to our calls or fix the roof. We continue to have to rain damage to our building and unit. They do not do a good job, they do not stand by their warranty and they will not call you back.

I called to get a roof repair estimate following water damage in our ceiling after a recent storm. Alex picked up when I called and was able to come inspect my roof that same day. He was very thorough and professional and pointed out everything that he found and walked me through all the details. I was expecting there to be some major issues resulting in the damage and assumed it would turn into an insurance claim or expensive roof repair if not. As it turned out, the damage was actually really small and minor and it was an easy repair. He offered to repair the small spot if I would like and gave an estimate. It was such a small job and fix he actually told me how he would repair it and even went as far as to text me the name of the materials to buy and what to do instead of charging me for that time and knowledge which he easily could have done. This told me immediately that Alex and his company at Rainout Roofing is a very respectable and quality business. I trust Alex and if I am ever in need of another roof estimate or know someone who has an issue or needs a repair I would only be recommending Alex Powell with Rainout Roofing!

Today is 15th Jan and I called them on 7th in the morning for the roof replacement. The receptionist told me they would have inspection doe via drone and a guy named “John Lamb” would call me back by Friday. I did not hear anything and called them on Monday. The same lady told me John would get back to me. today Is Wednesday noon and after 10 days I still have no response. Defiantly, would not recommend the company. Don’t know about the work but Bad customer service.

Totally satisfied! Matthew was very professional and very thorough in explaining what was involved with our roof (the house was built in 1946). We had proposals from other contractors, but not only was Mathew's price competitive, but it was more comprehensive and we felt more comfortable with it. We were unsure of the color so Matthew came back and drove us around looking at different roofs to help us decide.

The actual project went smoothly. There were at least ten workers and they worked tirelessly and professionally. They spread tarps around the yard and made special provisions for the Koi pond, too. There were bad planks in the roof which they replaced. They removed two satellite dishes that were not being used. They added roof vents to the garage. They cleaned up every bit of scraps and combed the yard, etc. with magnets to pick up all discarded nails. They hauled off all of the scrap when they left. Matthew came back the next day to check it out and he covered the ground again with a magnet to be sure there were no nails his crew missed.The roof looks awesome, and yes, we would highly recommend them.

Mr. Lamb came very late to my home and replaced the chimney cap. It was dark and he used a head lamp so that he could see. In getting quote for a new roof, that contractor noticed that the flashing that wrapped down around the chimney stack was about 5 inches shorter than the last one AND exposed wood which would leak and cause the wood to rot. I had to repeatedly call him to come back out to fix this properly. He finally came and replaced it, but did NOT paint it as he had done on the previous job and then claimed it was NOT included in the quote! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone I know!!
