A huge thank you to Home Best Roofing for their outstanding service! When Hurricane Helene hit Georgia, we had a serious leak in our house. After being turned down by our insurance and facing some poor repairs, Martin came to our rescue. He was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent about everything. On the phone or via text message he made sure I understood everything. This is my mom's house but I was making the purchase and I'm always at work so I didn't get a chance to meet him, but my mom liked his personality.

His crew arrived on time, were very professional, provided me with pictures as the work was being performed, and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. I’m so grateful for the exceptional service you provided. I just wanted my mom’s house to be safe, and you really made that happen! Thank you!

After the nightmare of Hurricane Helene, I am so happy Shane of Davenport Tree Service recommended Johnny with Home Best Roofing. He responded immediately to me offer to come up same day even though it was after 5 pm. He came early the next day. Let me know with the inspection how bad the damage was. Helped me navigate my insurance, got me a quote the same day the insurance company got back to me. They put a brand new roof on 2 days later. More wood needed to be replaced once they could see the full damage under the shingles and they are working with my insurance company to cover that so not extra out of pocket expense. Johnny truly went above and beyond.

I called Homebest to have them come out and check my roof for damage with all the recent weather. Johnny came out and inspected the entire roof and even blew off all debris from the roof. He thoroughly explained my options and now will wait to hear if insurance will cover.

We discovered a leak in our roof after all the rain from Hurricane Helene. I contacted Martin and he was able to come out the next morning! Luckily it was a simple problem and the issue was fixed quickly. Martin is very professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and what he did to fix it. This is a great company! We noticed we had a small wet spot in our ceiling and gave Home Best Roofing a call, they came out within 24 hours. Martin quickly identified the culprit: a nail pop up. Not only did he fix the issue, but he took the time to inspect the rest of the roof and teach me a few roof maintenance tips. I am a lot of hail damage to my roof from the Storm we had in March '23. OneSec roof company tried to get it replaced and fixed but I am with Allstate and it didn't get approve. That roof company never followed back up and left my paperwork in a publix! Enter in Home Best Roofing! They explained everything every step of the way and was able to provide Allstate everything they need to process my claim. They got me a new roof that I needed and did a superb job! Highly recommend.

After a recent hail storm, our neighbors had their roof inspected and replaced by Home Best, and they enthusiastically referred the company to us. Martin came out immediately to inspect our roof, and provided detailed notes and photographs so we could file with our insurance. He met the insurance adjuster to do an inspection together, then walked me through the steps of filing with insurance. We decided to replace our gutters too, even though it wasn’t covered, and the price was extremely fair. He was very communicative and quick to respond to questions. The work was done within days of approval, and his crew was fast! They made sure to protect the landscaping and deck while they worked, and everything was left tidy and looking better than when they arrived. I have already recommended Home Best to several other neighbors, and couldn’t be happier with their work on our home.

This is the company that everyone should call when in need of s new roof or anything else. Chassity and Martin were great at handling my home needs. I am older so too many companies I contacted didn't want to work with my budget, but they did. They did not try to sell me anything else and just completed the work beautifully. They treat me very nicely and I'm glad I didn't go with another company. I really do appreciate them.

I needed new gutters and repairs to the soffit and fascia on my home. I picked three companies to get estimates for the job. Martin was the only company I ended up speaking with for the job. Martin picked up my call on my first attempt of reaching out and was available to come look at my house within the hour. Martin guided me through what he thought needed to be addressed with my gutters. He didn't try and sell me on products that I didn't need, which I appreciated. The very next morning, he emailed me the quote for the job. In the meantime, I attempted to reach out to two other companies, one who never returned my call and the other, returning my call two days later.
