Quality Wheelz

While visiting Hot Springs in our class B van, we suspected that we had a propane leak because we noticed the odor. We looked up local RV dealers and decided to try Quality Wheelz and we are glad we did. Randy greeted us in the parking lot when we pulled in. It was 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. After explaining our issue, Randy informed us that the service department was closed until Monday but volunteered to grab an electronic gas detector and see if we could find where the problem was. Randy proceeded to locate the leak. Even though we could not fix the leak at the time, we were able to shut off the tank valve to prevent any further danger until we could get it serviced. If we were still in town, we would definitely go back for more service. Thank you Randy. You are awesome and we are glad we meet you.

I’ve trusted my Motorhome maintenance and repairs to Quality Wheelz for nearly 5 years. Many issues with my RV in that time and they always get the job done right! Recently, I needed some significant slide out and AC repairs done quickly so I could use my Coach to take my daughter to school 1200 miles away. All I can say is thank you. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

While passing thru Hot Springs, AR, our lockable trailer hitch pin failed and could not be trusted to stay locked while towing our Airstream. It looked like it may have to be cut off of the hitch so I called Quality Wheelz at 4:30 on a Friday to see if they could help me out. The owner, Steve Pereira answered the call and immediately said to bring the truck over so they could figure something out. They closed at 5pm but Steve was willing to stay late with some staff to make sure I could get back on the road. Long story short, they were able to remove the failed lock and put a much more substantial and reliable lock in place. Could not have been a better experience. They were genuinely concerned about my predicament and found an ideal solution. I left feeling extremely well cared for and appreciated their extra effort.

Shopping for a sewer hose adapter attachment to replace one that I'd left at the last park we'd camped. The owner had an extra one in his service department and gave it to us, free of charge. Great guys at this place. And looked like they have some really nice rigs, too!

Recently had the inverter crash on my Winnebago View. Jacob got me right in, diagnosed the problem & got a new one installed & kept me informed along the way. Very satisfied with the service, especially not having to leave town.

We have used quality air for a number of years now and are very satisfied with their service. I called this morning and Ian came out this morning and fix the problem.

-10 in customers service. Two men an a women were standing in the office laughing and talking, no one greeted us or offered help. One of the men was walking by, and before I could say anything he walked up the stairs and behind a wall. So I just walked out.

Jacob and crew got us in and out. They were very kind and helpful. They replaced the soft connect and repaired the plastic cord which holds the awning on the wheel. We probably could have figured it out but were grateful to have it done professionally.

This place is a JOKE don’t waste your time or money the tech they claim to have don’t any experience no supplies in shop they say they can fix anything on a coach that is not true with our experience there is no way I would let them do anything to my coach all they want you to do is leave your coach and change you a bunch of MONEY to do NOTHING by the way we own a 1997 Country Coach they replaced the refrigerator but didn’t seal the back of it so if your standing inside the coach you can see to the outside of the coach and we are not tech but know that is not right so they also wanted us to return so they can fix it but we didn’t I’m DONE,we didn’t have a good experience with these people so BEWARE if you choose this company Not PROFESSIONAL at all. This company don’t deserve any STARs but had to give something in order to post….

A/C fan motor replaced, went out a week later. New motor was ordered it was bad as soon as it was put in. Nothing else has been done to fix the situation. Leaking hot water heater valve replaced, started leaking 2 weeks later. Nothing done to fix that situation either. Don't waste your money here. We have spent over $1,000 here. And everything is the way it was before I made the call to quality wheelz. They won't give us our money back and they won't return calls to come up with a solution. The only good thing I can say is Stephanie in the office is so sweet. She tries. But you can never get any answers out of Randy. I've called several times. I'm sick of dealing with this place and I just want my money back but they can't even seem to do that. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had them come out for an a/c fan motor and leaking valve on water heater. They came out, had to order fan motor and valve, charged me $250 to do so, then came back and told me it would be another $900+ to come back out and install motor and valve. The a/c fan motor they installed burned up within a week, another week went by cause they had to order another motor, second motor was bad upon arrival. It’s been two weeks, I have a leaking water heater valve, and no a/c fan motor. Had to go to the office to even talk to randy, and all he had was to say was it cost me more money to take my guys off other stuff than to come fix your stuff. Charged me for four hours of labor, and were here for maybe 2 1/2 hours. I have asked for a refund, and nothing. Since the second motor was no good, I have had no communication from them. Anytime I have talked to anyone I called and no one has any answers. It’s middle of May in Arkansas. It’s getting hot. They don’t care, and all randy has were excuses.

Camping at nearby KOA during a night of heavy rain. Skylight leaking by morning. A call to Quality Wheels and a tech (Rocky) arrived within a hour. Resealed skylight for us. Super service!! Thank you!!

Called for mobile tech upon arriving Hot Springs, sewer rv pipe sewer pipe and cables damaged by road hazard. Tech evaluated, called shop, shop did not have supplies. Agreed for them to order supplies. Mobile tech brought out supplies. Sewer pipe was not as stated, cables not working, cables were frozen, couldn’t open sewer, strap to support sewer pipe was not metal as was previously. After arriving home, the repair has to be totally redone as camper is NOT usable in this state. Quality Wheelz repair almost $1000., all to have to be completely redone. Business is not equipped with supplies to fix rv, nor is appropriately trained. Choose another mobile RV repair service.

Matt D is a gem. He talked to us the entire time while we were troubleshooting what our issue was. We were basically stranded in our RV and he researched and told us what to check and Wham-O we were on the road only an hr behind schedule.

Quality Wheelz came through for us in a pinch and we appreciate all they did for us. Randy and Matt are as professional as they come. Everyone was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend Quality Wheelz to anyone needing service on their motorhome or trailer. They treated our Newell coach like it was their own. RV with leveler & slide electronic panel not working / not getting power. Lots of trouble shooting to get to the right problem (capacitor in control panel under RV) and these guys did not give up. Randy, the owner, went above and beyond to troubleshoot the problem and get the work done.

Did great job repairing delam. Unfortunately, both windows leaked upon reinstall. They set a tech to the house and we both pulled the windows. Inspecting the windows, I notice old foam butyl. Asked tech (which is same one that reinstalled them), if they used the foam butyl. He said no. They did not clean the window seal prior to reinstall.

They are great at repairing the delam, but don't understand the reassembly details to prevent leaks.

In full disclosure, they offered to come back and reinstall the windows at no additional cost. I declined and did it myself. Correctly.

UPDATE: Left message for a call from the owner, Randy. He called me back and listened to my feedback and indicated a refund for my time to fix. I think their good people and want to do the right thing.

JB came to fix my refrigerator problem. The refrigerator would not turn off and it was freezing everything in the refrigerator as well as the freezer. He said I needed a new thermostat and they have ordered one. He also looked at the on off switch for the main 110 V above the driver seat, he fixed whatever that was and said that my inverter button always needs to be on.
JB was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and I’m very pleased with his work.

Fantastic experience. I used the WhatsApp link on their website and texted on a Sunday afternoon to get the soonest appointment that they had. They responded within 5 minutes and told me that they could get me in at 10am the next day (I believe they had a cancellation). I was having a black tank valve problem where the valve would open but not close back with the cable on a 2017 Coachmen Galleria Campervan. Had a terrible experience with a Camping World in another state, and because I live in the van full time while working remotely, it was pretty important to have this plumbing functional. I showed up on Monday morning and was greeted the second I stepped out of the door. Took the van to the back, met a few of their employees and both owners. Great people and easy to talk to. I would hang out with them personally if I lived there. Just a great group of people. They got my van in and within 30 minutes told me what a challenge it was going to be to get the tank valve replaced just because of where Coachmen put it to begin with. They did however tell me that the valve was fine, but the cable that pulls and pushes it open and closed was where the issue was, but it still was going to be a pretty challenging task to just replace that. They brainstormed and came up with a solution, and after a few hours of challenging work of the tech laying on his back under the van, managed to get the old cable out and the new cable in, routed around all of the things in the way. This took a few hours, and they kept me up to speed the whole time. I even at one point saw the owner of the company wearing his work button-down shirt laying on his back under the van helping out. They got it done, didn't charge me for their "brainstorming" time, and although the whole valve and cable comes as one unit, they only charged me for half of the product because they only used half of it... the cable. Overall a fantastic experience. I'll bring my rig back to these guys anytime, even if I have to drive a pretty steep distance to do so because of their customer service, quality of work, honesty, and overall how personable they are. I hope I don't have any more issues with my van for a while, but at the same time, I hope I get to deal with these guys again one day. If you have any RV issues, they should be your go-to service department if you are in the Hot Springs area,...or any other area!

A small group of us were in Hot Springs for work. Ready to head out that morning and one slide would only come in about 6” and stop. It would go back out, come in 6” and stop. A different Mobil service came and spent 2hours (that was there minimum) and could not figure out the problem. He said I would have to tow it to a shop and remove the entire slide to get to the problem.

Then I called Quality Wheelz the receptionist was very kind and patient with my frustrations. They assured me that they were positive they could fix the problem on site. Their tech came out in less time than they said it would take. He diagnosed it in 5 minutes, had it fixed and ready to roll within 20 minutes. I AM SO THANKFUL.

Update:
Although we got off to a rough start due to a receptionist not passing on our messages, once we spoke with Matt that all changed. We had a dead furnace in our 5th wheel and nighttime temps were in the 30s and were leaving town that same day. Even though they were a tech short that day Randy, the owner showed up in about an hour. He worked like crazy to resolve the issue and get us on our way and even found and repaired a slow leak while he was at it. Matt is also helping us to make a claim to our warranty company. We would recommend these guys wholeheartedly. They’re good honest people who know their business.

This business is completely Amazing! For me it was within two hours of my calling and JB was here. JB, the technician really knows his trade and found my furnace issues and water heater issues in a reasonable amount of time. Although he didn’t have one part on hand, he still was able to get me up and going until the needed part arrives.
Matt, the customer service guy I spoke with over the phone is truly a gem. He provided me after hearing my issues a close estimation of my out of pocket expenses and he was dead on.
So everyone reading my review. Save yourself the hassle, aggravation and delays in getting your Rv needs repaired. Call Quality Wheelz RV Service. They can serve you professionally with quality of service. I give em 5 STARS and my future business!

Called for assistance on my camper. The tech came out and looked at the problem. Said 95% sure we could have the parts. If not the following day no problem. Talked with Matt and he said it would be 7-10 days for the part. That was an expensive consult for a problem we already knew. Told they couldnt order the part til they looked at it first.

Randy and the team saved us with a simple advise and a kind reminder about our awning when it would not roll up after grazing a tree. So thankful for your service and kindness today

We were on a six week road trip when we got to Hot Springs and started loosing transmission fluid. We were 500 miles from home and at a loss. When we took the motorhome in, Matt got out in the heat and crawled under it to try and figure out what was wrong with no hesitation. Matt and Randy were amazing and so helpful. They rearranged things to get us fixed up and back on the road. They offered to give us a ride and Matt even offered to let us use his car. Thank you guys so much and anyone looking for service in the area will definitely get you guys as a recommendation.

Went in for a cab air filter replacement and they never could find it ….I ended up going to Walmart and within 5 min the door greeter had the filter found and replaced …. Definitely not going back ……do yourself a favor and go to a real business if you need your camper or RV repaired

The entire band and crew of Summore is eternally grateful for Quality Wheelz & RV!  They are incredibly professional and the owner, Randy, truly cares about his customers. We are on tour right now headed to Dallas for our next show and all of a sudden, the RV generator stopped working and we pulled onto the shoulder and immediately lost all if our coolant! It's a Sunday and so many places are closed or unable to help. Since he couldn't get a tech to come out, he came out to fix it himself! Then he followed us to the auto parts store to make sure we made it safely where he got the replacement part. Not only are his prices fair, they go the extra mile (pun intended) to help. If not for him, the entire remainder of the tour would have been canceled. 100 percent recommend! Thank you so much! Quality Wheelz & RV is the reason this tour is still happening!!!

Broken down on the side of the road in a state we have never been to. On a Sunday in Arkansas everything is closed. Randy informed us he would attempt to find a technician to come in and assist since the shop was booked up for the whole day. When he couldn't find someone he came out himself diagnosed the issue and got us on the road again in under 2 hrs. Incredibly friendly knowledgeable and caring. If you need help this is the place to go. 10/10 would breakdown in hot springs again.

Randy and crew are truly a hidden gem here in Hot Springs. After re-searching for an RV handicap lift for my coach, I finally found the one I wanted. But, I was going to have to drive it to Elkhart Indiana to have it installed . But, after conversing with the owner of RV Lifts and he, speaking with Randy, the owner felt like Randy was more than qualified to install the lift here in Hot Springs. So, the measurements were taken and the lift was ordered. I could not be more happy with the installation . Randy went out of his way to make sure this happened for me.. I am very appreciative. Randy goes out of his way to accommodate his clients if at all possible. His crew also put front and rear stabilizer bars on my coach which made a huge difference in the ride and handling. I trust Randy and his crew, they are top professionals!! There’s no need to take my Bay Star to anyone else. They can do it all!! Thanks Randy Matt and Robert!

We were so appreciative of their team. Our RV had a major issue that kept us from heading home and they were able to move a few things around to see us first thing in the morning. They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered and installed the part and got us on our way. The even caught another issue with our refrigerator pilot light that was on the verge of causing a fire.
The entire team was super friendly and went the extra mile to help us out. They are very customer focused and reasonably priced. I wish we lived closer to give Randy and his team our business more often.

The staff at Quality Wheelz were able to diagnose and repair my electrical problem in a timely manner. Because of their prompt service I was able to continue my travels with minimal disruption. I would recommend them .

We had a tire about to blow out on our fifth wheel as we were pulling into Hot Springs for Thanksgiving weekend. Randy and the team got us in first thing Monday morning and we were on our way with new tires, repacked bearings, and our TPMS installed by noon.

We appreciated that pricing was straightforward and upfront and recommendations were not just for the most expensive option. Everyone was friendly and pleasant to work with. If we ever need service while in Hot Springs again, this would be my first call.

We purchased a 2007 Newmar Essex and we couldn’t be any happier with Randy and his team. Randy was wonderful in making sure we knew everything there was to our new to us coach and so informative. Our family is so happy to start our next journey in our Essex and we owe it all to Randy for helping us make it happen!

Randy was amazing and kind. Our new RV battery kept requiring jumping while traveling through AR, we called to schedule an appointment, although they were booked he squeezed us in, came to our rig, found the problem and fixed it in just a few hours. A lifesaver! He provided us with a lot of valuable information regarding this issue and other ideas for the future. He was recommended to us by another local shop and I can see why. My Girlfriend was looking feverishly for a used motor home. We live in Massachusetts. We found what we were looking for on line. The price was excellent. Quality Wheelz is in Arkansas. I spoke to Randy the owner by phone. I was really happy with the time he took to virtually go thru the motor home with me. He was detailed and thorough. What sold me was his genuine interest in what I wanted and my concerns about driving it 1582 miles to my home. He assured me I could jump in to it and drive to Canada with no issue. I bought it. Randy drove almost 2 hours to pick me up at the airport and back to his shop. He and Robert then gave me a complete walkthrough of the vehicle and operation of every component. I was not rushed and they answered every question until I was confident on operations. I made it home safely with no issue. The motor home was everything Randy said it would be.
Randy is very passionate about what he does. He genuinely enjoys camping and motor homes and really cares about sharing the camping and RV experience with you. Fantastic experience I will surely stay in touch with he and his great crew.

Randy and Robert were very kind they were not superficial they knew what they were doing they were very prompt on their job. when I was broke down on 97 at Love truck stop Randy came at a very quick time and save the Day. They worked to get us on the road just in time.

We had an Onan 7500 generator WAY over on hours for an oil change. At some point in its 20 year history someone took it upon themselves to install a square tip oil drain bolt; and this stopped me from doing it myself before we left on our latest trip. On top of that, it was torqued unbelievably tight; and I was very concerned it was going to strip.
Came across Randy/Quality Wheelz on a google search for our current location of Hot Springs. Wasn’t sure anybody was gonna get this done. We headed over to Randy’s shop; and he presented in the utmost of professionalism.
It was a bit of a struggle at first; and I was having visions of having to sump the oil out in subsequent oil changes for the rest of its 7,000 hours. Not an appealing prospect.
But Randy was undeterred; and before we knew it the bolt was out and the oil was draining. What a relief. Fresh oil and a filter, settle up and on our way.
Super grateful to Randy; and I highly recommend him and Quality Wheelz for your RV repair needs!

One of my slides had an issue while we were in the area and I gave them a call, expecting to hear they were fully booked or it would be days before they could respond. Talked to Michelle and she said they were extremely busy but they would try to make it out the next day between 1 and 3. She called early and apologized that it would be a little later; I said are you kidding, thank you for the quick response! Randy showed up and we were able to quickly isolate the problem and get everything working. Great people, fair price and excellent service!

First class service. We had a major problem with our slide on the road. We called Quality RV and got an appointment immediately, diagnosed and fixed within a few hours at a fair price. Randy is a super nice guy and we enjoyed our experience. FIVE STARS.
