My personal experience with the team in Magnolia has always been great. They are willing to work with you to assure that you are pleased and happy with your selection. I've visited several locations around the arkla-tex but the friendliness doesn't compare to the Magnolia HomeTeam. If you haven't given them a try, I would suggest that you do.

Car mart was respectful, and very fast. Easy to deal with the secretary Ms. Trin, she put me in da game. So yes, i would choose car mart again.

My experience has been very horrible. A week and a half after I got the vehicle the transmission went out in it. The vehicle has been in the shop for a month + now. I have tried to get my money back, another vehicle, they are not being helpful. I keep hearing next week after being told that the vehicle was ready. I have given up $1,000 for a vehicle I'm not even driving. I've made two trips from El Dorado to Magnolia for nothing. I went to talk to the manager and he wouldn't even see me. I am not satisfied at all.
