Quality Roofing, Inc. in my opinion is one of the best companies if not the best in the southern part of New Mexico to have not only the roof replaced but was able to do other repairs like stucco patching and painting the entire exterior of our home here in Silver City. The crew under the supervision of Pedro ( Pete ) Carrillo did a wonderful job so if you need any repairs to your home or business I Mike Baker highly recommend you contact either Diego or Pete to get an estimate on the type of work needed. They are a company that deserve more than 5 stars.

I had an appt confirmed by email and they did not show up, or even call. Will not do business with a company that does not respect my time.

I was contacted by the owner, after the fact, who explained why they could not make the appt time. I realize that things happen.

We had Quality Roofing put an elastomeric coating on our 5 year old roof. He was patient with me in explaining his bid which was reasonable and affordable. He was flexible in the date changes we made for our project. He was timely, his crew was friendly and worked hard. I especially liked that Diego supervised the job on-site and off-site through texts, photos, etc. I also appreciated that he provided me with information about the product he uses so I could research it and make sure it would work for us and had a long warranty. I look forward to seeing Diego next year as he inspects the roof and seals our skylights.

Quality Roofing was outstanding! First, the quote was honest and accurate. They were extremely helpful moving the process along with the adjuster and the insurance company. Before the insurance company finalized the final details, they went out of their way to tarp the parts that could have been damaged from the monsoons. Each day, they arrived on time and worked diligently, doing superior work. At the end of each work day they cleaned everything thoroughly. No nails! We couldn't be more pleased and can't recommend them them highly enough! You will definitely not be disappointed!

Scheduled an inspection for a roof repair. Diego showed up on time, did his inspection and we scheduled a repair date. No one ever showed up to make repairs on my roof. I called them a few days later and the woman on the phone said someone would be calling me back. No one ever reached out. I had to call a different company.

These guys are great! We live in a rural area 150 miles away. They gave us a very reasonable estimate to completely reshingle and repair our roof and were able to to squeeze us in within two weeks. They arrived early and worked fast, in between rainstorms, and they were able to completely finish and clean up within 3 days! They are a very personable bunch, and answer any and all questions without any hesitation. We have already gotten more estimates for additional work in the future!

Winds up to 70mph ripped large areas of shingles off my roof. The entire roof needed to be re-shingled. Diego repaired a roof that was blown off in a violent windstorm. He was out there promptly. He secured the material hanging from the sides and tarped it until he could work on it. He did a great job and was very good at keeping my informed of the process. He's a great guy, I would highly recommend him and his crew.
