QRS recently did and entire bathroom remodel for me due to water damage under the flooring. Brent and his guys were fantastic from the very beginning. He was professional and patient with me through the entire process, explaining each step as it happened. We had a pipe burst in our basement. I called 3 plumbers but was told it was at least a week wait time. Called Brent at Quality Restoration and they were here in an hour with a plumber shortly behind them. Brent and his team were very professional and respectful of our stuff. Got everything cleaned up and looks like it never happened. Brent even helped with the insurance agents. I will definitely use Brent and his team for future disasters and any remodeling we do. Brent and his guys did an awesome job on cleaning and repairing our bathroom floor after our septic backed up.
They were fast and easy to work with. Brent kept me posted on everything they were doing and was easy to understand as I don't know much about floors and construction. I asked a lot of questions about upgrading floors, repairing and painting walls and upgrading our kitchen. He gave me a lot of great ideas and referred me to some great people to work with about replacing our floors in the living room and kitchen. He is very detailed and does excellent work. I highly recommend him and his team.

This is the best Restoration Company in Twin Falls. They responded quickly to my basment flooding. They were professional and the crew was polite. I was impressed with how fast they got my basement cleaned up.

We had our kitchen, bathroom and laundry area remodeled. Brent told us it would be difficult and it was! Living in a construction zone is not for the faint of heart.but our kitchen is beautiful! Bathroom not quite done yet due to delays in shipping and the quartz countertop cut for the wrong size of sink, but they fixed it at no charge! The floors are so beautiful we’re having the bedrooms done in March
