My home insurance company booked this vendor for us and they no showed 3 times. We missed work 3 days in 2 weeks. The technician then had the nerve to lie and say he came to my house and nobody was home. I have security cameras all over my property that prove he never showed. It’s unprofessional and embarrassing for a company to operate this way. We pay a premium to another company and have no say in which contractors they select. We went with another company that showed up as scheduled, was courteous and professional. Got the job done. Happy to pay for a service that is provided. Extremely frustrated to have experienced this 3 times with this company that never called, never responded before/during or after the missed appointments… and then had the gall to lie about showing up.
