Safe Roof Cleaning did a WONDERFUL job cleaning my roof, siding and deck, they made my home look brand new, I am so happy with the results! I have plants and shrubs so I was worried about the chemicals being used but they made sure that they took precaution during the cleaning. The office staff have great customer service! The estimator was on time to our appointment and made sure all my questions were answered and the technicians were friendly as they completed the job, they also mentioned they have a referral program that pays you a percentage on every person you refer to them! I've never seen or heard a company offer that to their customers. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family :)

Excellent Roof and Siding Cleaning! We first used this company's service about 4-5 years ago. The results were fantastic. It was the first time we had our house roof and siding professionally cleaned and the results were exactly what we were hoping for. This winter, we started to see some mildew showing up on the North-facing side of our house. We knew the service they provided last time worked well, so we scheduled them back again. Again, very quick...the workers were very timely and cleaned up after themselves. We would readily recommend this company!

Safe Roof Cleaning washed our roof, siding, concrete patio, stone walkways and patio furniture. They did a fantastic job in all areas of their work! Their estimator, office staff and on-site workers were professional and courteous. The results were amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Company was super responsive. Estimator Chris was awesome. I explained what I was looking for and I received an estimate that he explained to me and answered all of my questions. I setup an appt. Crew showed up on time did an excellent job. Company followed up the following Monday. Safe Roof Cleaning cleaned my roof, gutters and concrete front porch. The guys were on-time and very personable and professional. The roof looks brand new and they did a great job. They removed my furniture off the porch as well as protected my planters. They even removed a bees nest during the cleaning that I really appreciated! The initial estimate was done timely and the job was done within two weeks. We even had a small issue with some curtains that were damaged inadvertently on my porch and they promptly reimbursed me for the curtains without question. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

I responded to an email marketing from the company on 10/29 “last chance to get on the schedule for 2021” 11/3 chris came out provided me an estimate for siding cleaning asked Chris if it would be an issue getting it done this year he said absolutely not we can get your on the schedule next week or 2. Reviewed quote all looked good called back later that day and was scheduled 11/19. 11/18 received a confirmation call, around 145 on 11/19 received a call from John a guy was sick can’t do it today and with thanksgiving earliest we can get you in is 12/2. I said ok not ideal but things happen that’s a reasonable solution. 12/2 comes no confirmation day prior nothing, 245 I call speak to John, yes just spoke to my guys they will be here any minute to do the job. Guys show up at 320 has every excuse why they can’t complete the job today and will need to be rescheduled for next year, asked them to have John call me guy never called. Completely unprofessional company and to lie to my face on the phone is ridiculous. I’m a reasonable person be upfront come up with a solution and communicate. Company can care less about customers and is unethical to lie directly to me on the phone. Would not recommend. Their services.

Showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. I have white siding and shingle roof, so it was kind of like a new house afterward. Definitely worth it.

I went with Safe Roof Cleaning because of the time taken by the estimator John to answer my questions during the initial property visit. Happy with the pricing and the results turned out great. My roof looks amazing now, just like new instead of the black and green it was before.

Recommended by my friend Eric; Safe Roof Cleaning soft washed two of his Condo buildings he owns. Both properties have 40+ units... So anyways, I figured I’d give you guys a call. House looks fantastic! John actually came out to my house to assess and quote (instead of “googling it” and guessing like the other roof cleaning companies do). Would highly recommend these guys! They do A+ work, great customer service, and are very professional.

All the questions I had were answered by John Rose. Your explanation sold me, you really knew what you were talking about, also I liked that your company offers the soft wash, so I know that you don’t want to destroy my roof with high power washing. Do the soft wash people, do it with these guys they know what to do, and do it the best way too.

Excellent service and staff. My sales person John not only promised but definitely delivered. A company I can trust. My roof looks amazing, while walking around during the estimate, I mentioned I was ripping off my deck. John said, no need to rip off my deck, he said I can clean it instead of replacing it. I said it was worth a shot. Now it’s like new and the painter is needing to come and stain it. Safe Roof for the Win!!!! Definitely a promoter of Safe Roof Cleaning. 5 stars!

The company did a good job cleaning my roof. The company claims that it will give $50 for each customer reference you give them, assuming that customer uses Safe Roof Cleaning's services. As fay as I am concerned this claim is completely bogus. i referred 2 such customers who, to my knowledge, used the company's services. i received NOTHING, not even acknowledgment that the customers that I referred to Safe Roof Cleaning actually used their services. To me, that is false advertising plain and simple. I would think twice about using Safe Roof Cleaning again

Safe Roof Cleaning was so easy to work with! We have a steep roof and had to have it cleaned when we switched home owners insurance companies. Safe Roof cleaning was quick efficient and cost effective! Plus the results are exactly what we wanted. Who knew a roof could look this good!

We had a roof cleaning service done by this company on Tuesday and they did an excellent job. I had some streaks left from the cleaning on the sides of windows and they went above and beyond by sending somebody out their again the next day to fix it. Ofcourse their will be some smell of chemicals as they are killing off unwanted growth using them rather then harming your shingles by simply power washing your roof. I had a great experience with safe roofcleaning and the guys did a great job on my roof and entire house and I have to admit it looks like I just built it from the ground up after they were finished. I will deff recommend to friends and family and use them again. Plus I got a 5 year warranty so I should be good for a while! Thanks guys!

The company came out and cleaned the roof, they did a good job, a 3.5 out of 5 on the cleaning. The issue I have, is that before the cleaning commenced, I asked if the cleaning solutions would be harmful to the plants, to which I was told no. The outside of my house smelled like bleach for hours! 3 Hours after the cleaning, more than half of my plants were wilted, the next day many were dead and even more were dead on the 3rd day. When I reached out to talk with someone at Safe Roof Cleaning, I was given a run around, then told to send an email. I sent several emails with pictures of the wilting plants, then the next day another email with pictures of the dead plants, then a few days later another email letting them know I would stop payment and give them a negative review, no one responded. Very unprofessional.

These unethical inconsiderate losers litter the community with illegal ugly bandit signs. They think telling people about their shady business and making a profit is more important than your neighborhood looking nice. If they're too cheap to pay for legitimate advertising, I wonder where else they cut corners: insurance, materials, labor, equipment maintenance, training, licensing, certification. It's ironic that this business claims to improve the appearance of a neighborhood but actually sullies it. They are persistent with their littering too. When their trashy signs are removed they just put more up. They could pay for a radio or TV spot, rent a billboard, get a newspaper or magazine print ad, or use Internet advertising. Instead, they litter because it's cheaper that way. This unscrupulous business is one persistent stain I would like to see gone for good.

I have found Safe Roof Cleaning to be professional, courteous, and prompt. They have done a great job both times I have asked them to come to my house. They are well worth the price I paid for their service!

The Safe Roof Cleaning estimator came out and gave me an estimate right away after I contacted them, but it took a little while for them to get back to me to answer questions about the estimate. However, once I had talked to the estimator again, I scheduled the service and two men arrived right on time. They sprayed algae killer on the roof and then washed it down with low pressure spray, then power washed the siding. The house looked great, but the roof looked miraculously brand new! I never really expected it would look that much better!Both of the workmen were friendly and professional and answered all my curious questions. They were careful to move my planters out of the way and replace them when they were finished. One of them even showed me his Cougar Paw boots when I asked him if he wasn't worried about sliding off the roof! :) I'd definitely recommend Safe Roof Cleaning, and will call them again when I need another cleaning. (The roof is guaranteed for five years!) Note: My roof was cleaned three years ago and still looks great, although it may be time for me to get the house itself washed again!

I came home today to see a bright yellow sign and bold black letters asking, "UGLY ROOF STAINS?". It was directly across the street from my house that I rent (and no it wasn't on a property or a place they actually did work, it was directly across the street from our house in front of trees). We have roof stains because this place is old, but it's not ours to fix. They were clearly using our property an an example of "ugly roof stains". Even when I get my own house I will never use a company that uses public shaming as a way to advertise. I will make sure I let everyone know what they did.

i have to agree with the first review about this company. i am tired of these guys putting up their signs wherever they want over town. i have no problem when a company places a sign where they have actually preformed some services but these guys will put them anywhere they want so that you see them. the other day, they conveniently placed them right when you get off exit 10 on rt 2. Then to make things worse, when i was leaving Rob's Farm there was another sign placed right in front of me. Glastonbury is a nice beautiful town and we don't need them placing their over sized yard signs all over town so that they get get another job. Personally, i would not use them.

I was very much impressed by their advertising ,they were very explicit by what they do and why ..... and my husband and i are so happy we choose them ... they did everything they said they would and more ....very prompt and courtesy from the office help right down to the technician's !!!!! and most of all i love my roof and now my whole street is getting done ... you go guys !!!!!!!!

These guys are dirtbags. They went through town throwing plastic bags containing some rocks for weight with an ad for their service all over town. My roof was put on 8 months ago, it's perfect. I don't need litter from unethical businesses in my lawn. I'm just glad one of my kids didn't choke on the bag, or it didn't damage my mower or put one of the rocks through the window.
