Installers for carport are horrible!! Not professional, left screws in the driveway. Did not even tighten bolts and left screws hanging out. Used all different kind of screws, nothing consistent. No braces at top of carport. Called and they said they would come back but have not heard back from them.

I contracted to have a carport installed on 6/17 and was told it would take between 8 to 10 weeks. Several months had passed and I had still not heard from the company. I called the company and was told the installers had our information and would be contacting us soon. After a few weeks, I called again and was told the same thing. This went on for several weeks. Eventually, I sent a letter to the company and the Alabama Better Business Bureau. This got a response and the installers completed the job the last week of November. Overall, the job took twice as long to complete, and communication with the company was practically non-existent.

No communication. Was told it would be 12 weeks for delivery. 21 weeks later I have my carport. The installers were real nice they didn't speak much English but were nice. Was told to ask questions to Chad when he got to my house..Chad did not show. I will NEVER do business with them again

Took about 4 weeks longer than expected, Jennifer was a lot of help, installers were great and the end results were great!!!!

Bought a carport from this company ,and they changed the price 3 times ,dint come out for almost 9 weeks ,and brought the wrong carport,and then wanted 600 more dollars to bring the one i ordered, and then would not even try to make it right, worst place i ever tryed to do business with,

On each side. Working with Jennifer I was able to get what i wanted at an affordable price. The whole process from buying the building to install was only 9 days.

The installers arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 8 hours to put up the building. They did an outstanding job.

Please read all of this before you buy from these people! We have been meaning to get the carports done but had a lifestyle change that forced us to do so right away. Quality was very cooperative and had our carport up in just a couple days. We had an issue with the carport and that was fixed in a few days. We had another issue where the trim was coming off after the storms that came thru just a few days later because the installers had not screwed it down properly or with enough screws. when i called to tell them that it had blown off and did not have but one screw in it the owner preceded to tell me he was not responsible for wind damage. when I told him it was not wind damage because the same carport was put up in the side yard with over twice as many screws and it was fine that the installer had not properly screwed in the trim he got mad at me and repeated his spill about wind damage. When i told him we would fix it ourselves and I would leave this review he (Skip) decided to have them come out. The installer was supposed to be here on 4/17/2020 and guess what...no one showed up; even after him telling me at 2 o clock that they "would be there before the end of the day". Carport is fixed by us and if you need a carport please get someone else!!!! We will for the next one we put up.

Extremely helpful. They worked quickly to meet our needs and were very helpful every step of the way. Installers were great as well.

They do not deserve any stars ... rude and unprofessional!! Ordered carport 11/06/19, took them 10 weeks to get it installed. We received ONE call about installation the week of Christmas, we could be home for that one. Installation manager said he would call back and get it scheduled, HE DID NOT!! If I had not called, I would still be waiting.
I called 1/16/20 and told Kip that I wanted my carport, and I wanted it installed Monday 1/20/20 I assured me it would be. On 1/20/20 I called to see what time to be expecting the installer, Kip told me he would have installer call me ... Kip called me back, he had not had the carport loaded... and I would just have to wait.. I then canceled my order. I ask for the manager of owner. Kip claimed to be the owner.. he isn’t! After all this annoyance I did contact the owner, after numerous calls , research and being spoken down to , which I believe it is because of being female. I ask the owner, Jerry for a discount due to the late installation. He flat out refused and stated that Kip had attempted to call many times... this is a sad excuse for a business, extreme horrible customer service!! My husband and I am are looking at building a rather large metal building and completing a house inside... WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY!!

Building leaks and can’t get them to fix it. Guy came out to access leak and tore up my trim in the process. Can’t get them to fix that either.
06/28/21 update, they called me after this review and said they would come fix it when they were in the area. Been a long time and they’ve never showed up.

I was dissapointed that my building was not trimmed out like the one on Quality's web site that I was directed to when deciding which building type to choose. When I confronted them about it they said the J trim was an add on and cost extra. When I tried to get them to add it, paying the extra $$, they said they did not do the J trim to get with the installer. When taking to the installer he didn't know how to do it like pictured. Going through the described process took weeks and was excruciating.

The work I did receive was not very good quality. The roof cap was crooked and the edges of the roof were uneven. Do not use this company! They are poor communicators, do sloppy work and do not back up their product.

I purchased a 25 year building and after 15 years the top has rusted through and leaking bad. I called them and was told they could help me if I had my receipt. Well I still had it. I showed them receipt and after 3 weeks of being told we will call you back. They finally called and told me they could pro rate my metal and it would only cost me 70 dollars a sheet and I need 8 sheets. That’s with 10 year warranty. So I called 2 different places to buy this metal and I can buy 40 year metal for 48.96 a sheet. Bad service and robbery here. I would have been happy with some sealer and cool seal and even offered to paint it myself if they supplied it.

They installed my carport one week after I placed my order. Very nice and helpful customer service . Only thing I can complain about was the installers was 2 hrs late. Other than that . Great service !

I had a problem with scheduling.
Three times, actually I was told 6 or 7 times I was told they would be here to do the install, over three different days. I voiced my displeasure a few times, and they finally showed up, on Memorial Day, to do the install. I am pleased with the results of the finished Product, but the customer service department really should get their act together!

The customer service is horrible. If need product such as metal roof, you must place your order for next day. Guys that cuts metal are rude. they say they don't have time but they are always in the office doing nothing. I asked lady for metal roof. after she run my credit card I was told I needed to come back the next day. I took a few seconds to think about it, then i asked if it was possible for same-day. I was told take it or leave it in very disrespectful way. go somewhere else.
