Robert Wallace was my rep and he made the process through Jagris and my insurance company very easy. Roof and gutters turned out great would recommend them to anyone getting insurance work or home repairs done.

Joe Haney is awesome! He inspected my roof and although I didn’t need a new one, he took photos for future reference and covered some exposed nails that the original builder left. In addition to physically inspecting, he took drone footage. He came highly recommended to me by a friend who is having her roof replaced and she couldn’t be happier.

I can't say enough good things about Jagris and Robert! When I noticed a few shingles had blown off, I started a claim with Allstate. My insurance agent suggested having Robert check it out before Allstate sent an adjuster, and I'm so glad he did. Robert discovered dozens of broken shingles that the Allstate adjuster missed. He explained everything in detail at each step, making the process incredibly smooth.

After noticing an area of shingles had popped up on the front of my house. I wasn't sure who to use since it had been so long since I had any roof work done. I saw Robert's sign at a house with a great looking new roof on it and gave him a call to come and take a look. After he got down off of the roof he stated that I had several shingles that had blown off and a lot of hail damage. He sent up a drone and took photos of the scope of the damage. He prepared and emailed me a damage report and all I had to do was call my insurance company to tell them I needed to file a claim. Robert handled the rest. Kept me in the loop and explained every detail. The crew showed up exactly when they said and did a complete tear off and replacement. Was very efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I recommend JAGRIS and Robert Wallace 100%.

I was steered towards Jagris Inc after another roofing company had done a roof inspection and they assured me that they had documented enough hail damage to file a claim with my insurance company (which is one of the notorious companies when it comes to accepting hail claims). After I filed the claim, the inspector finally supplied me with their report and I saw that I was doomed; therefore, I promptly called Jagris (who came highly recommended when it came to dealing with insurance companies such as mine) to get a second inspection before the insurance company could send out their adjuster. JT and Dusty came out and did an inspection and then promptly provide an extremely detailed report that the adjuster would have had difficulty refuting. Jagris reps assured me that they would be there every step of the way, through the claims process, and they were… Replacement roof was approved on the first inspection and Jagris continued to work with me through supplemental claims and bad weather delays until the roof was installed – and the new roof looks great. I would have no qualms with recommending Jagris Inc with any roofing claims.

We are extremely pleased with the roofing work that Jagris. Inc. did on our home. We worked with Jamie Harris through the complete process and could not believe the ease the process was as compared with our previous experiences.

JT was amazing to work with. We had some issues with my homeowners' insurance but JT handled all the issues that came our way. He was communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. It took way longer to get done with my insurance than we anticipated but JT and Jagris were more than happy to accommodate for my situation. JT not only took care of my roof but guided me through my entire rebuild as my general contractor.

These guys did great on the roof, but I have to say the best part about them is their customer service. I had a new roof put on, and a couple of months later , I found a spot that was messed up. I called them, and they didn't play the blame game like a lot of companies would do. Jamie said they would have a guy out the next day, and they did and fixed it with no issues or trying to make it the customers fault. Great service!!

Top notch company! Very easy to work with and very detail oriented. Helped me get through my first ever claim for my roof. No questions went unanswered. Robert was the best to work with as he went above and beyond on this claim. Highly recommend using Jagris and if you do always ask for Robert.

If you have the time to constantly follow up to make sure the job is done, this is an ok company. You do need to go behind them to make sure they clean everything out of your yard. I still have a pile of debris in my yard from a January roof replacement, but the check has been cashed and they don't care. I do not recommend this company.

Robert and Jermey both went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service possible! Our roof and gutters were done very quickly and to perfection. They also made sure that we were satisfied and got what we deserved throughout the whole process! I would recommend them above anyone else!

Jagris was best at doing a thorough inspection, at explaining the details of the repairs up front, and then describing how they would work with us and our insurance company. On roofing day, their crew protected our landscaping and doors before getting to work. We saw that their workmanship was top-notch and cleanup was superb. Our Jagris points of contact were very friendly and customer-oriented. They kept in touch with us throughout the work and we have nothing but compliments and trust.

I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Jamie Harris at Jagris. He was extremely professional and provided multiple texts and calls throughout the process. He was honest and open in every aspect of the process, which made me feel at ease. I originally scheduled an estimate to fix a problem that I didn’t realize was not in Jagris’s service line, but since Jamie was already there he checked out my roof, identified storm damage that I didn’t know was there, and suggested I submit a claim with insurance. After doing so, he followed up, met the insurance adjuster for inspection, and in the end I got a large portion of roof replacement covered by insurance (all without even realizing there was a problem to begin with). Jamie scheduled the work quickly, they worked hard and fast, and cleaned up their work nicely. Would definitely recommend Jagris… ask for Jamie!

JT and team were great. When a wind storm ripped up some shingles they came out and tarped my roof until they could redo the roof. They done a great job with the roof and protected the landscaping while they doing it. They worked with my insurance really well also.

I called to set up an appointment to have my gutters looked at and give me recommendations. A couple days later, John (rep. from JAGRIS) came to my home. I discussed some of the problems I was experiencing with my current gutters. After he looked around my home, he gave me some recommendations on possible solutions. I did choose to have the gutters replaced with a leaf guard installed also. He told me it would be at least 2-3 weeks before installation. Sure enough, about 2 weeks later, I received a call letting me know I was next on the list. They finished the job yesterday and it looks really good.

Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on two jobs and no one showed up nor called. I called the office to find out what the issue was and they said they would find out and call me back but no one called me back. So I wasted a half of a day.
