I have worked with Cooter and Tim on several jobs. I've seen their work and heard from others they've done work with. Absolutely, hands down, top-notch guys. Extremely professional. Courteous to homeowners. And they respect people's personal property. Won't rut up the yard, or dirty the sidewalks. And always leave a jobsite cleaner than what they found it. If you need a roof, call these guys. They'll get to you quickly and will be honest about everything on the front end. You'll be glad you did business with them.

Had a storm come through so just wanted an inspection done since we are selling our house. Cooter responded the same day came out within a couple of days and did the inspection. Didn’t find anything Wrong and still blew out my gutters. This was after I couldn’t get a call back from multiple other companies. Really appreciated the professionalism.

I had a roof leak down the center of my house, I talked to Marcus over the phone and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. They showed up to confirm what he thought the problem was and give me a price on Tuesday and they came on Thursday and had it done before lunch, just in time for a big storm.

They seem to be very honest people and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done to their home.

Simmons Roofing is awesome, they go to and beyond to help you. Mr Marcus came out to give me an estimate and it was a nail that had back out, so he fixed it at NO CHARM he said since it was just a nail back out there was no charge had another estimate that they wanted 100.00 to do this. I am so appreciate of Mr Marcus and will always use them in the future. Also very friendly. Strongly suggest to everyone to use these kind professional people. Thanks again

Simmon's Roofing is Awesome! I live in Texas and had bought a redo house in Florence. While I was in Texas the roof was being replaced and I had absolutely no worries because he sent me pictures everyday of what he was doing and why. What roof looked like before and afterwards. I love good communication and customer service and this is the best I have ever seen! Don't waste your time with multiple estimates like I did. No shows or sending a young college kid to spend 5 minutes at your home and never getting estimate sent to you. Just go straight to Simmons Roofing! I promise you will NOT regret it!!

I happened up on Simmons roofing in 2001. I had an old house with a very odd roof that no one could keep dry. Cooter came by and assured me he could fix it right, and he did. I have since sold the house, and a friend lives there now. 15 years later, its still holding tight. They have worked on 2 other houses for me since then, and are my only call when I have a roof issue!
