I had said that Eric and his crew did a great job 3 years ago but now my roof leaks and I have rot because his company and crew didn't do the job correctly. He now won't return my calls or texts and I am stuck having to repair the roof again. The rating would be less the 0 if I could

I like to record my appreciation of an excellent job Eric Gerchak and his crew did when replacing the roof on my house.

Eric took time to meet the insurance inspectors three times to convince them that the roof needed replacement because the patch repair will not resolve the problem.

I had told Eric before signing the contract that the neighborhood HOA is very strict and would not like if his crew created disturbance for the neighbors.
.
A crew of 7 came early in the morning on Saturday and were very careful so as not to disturb the neighbors. They knew that the very next day, the rain was in forecast in the evening. They came back on Sunday and finished the job by 2:00 PM before onset of the inclement weather.

The crew did an excellent job and in limited time.

I''m very happy with the results of my new roof and the how respectful the workers were and they did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards and the time it took to have it replaced was as Eric had stated and the price was something i could afford.Thank you Quality Home Solutions You Rock. :)

Eric was great to work with. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about it all. The crew was very friendly and kind. They were hard workers and got the job done efficiently. They took the tine to protect my bushes and things around the house I love my roof! Love the price! I highly recommend them!

They did an excellence job. Our roof was completed in just a few days of our first appointment. Great job cleaning up and removing all items. Great price! Roof looks fabulous!
