Excellent experience with Quality Enterprise! I was kept informed on all phases of the job. Work crew was wonderful and very hard workers.

Just completed our roof and could not be more happy. Tim communicated and kept us notified w/ any weather delays & expectations. Crew was very respectful, quick and were extremely clean, leaving almost nothing behind (nails, debris etc). Reasonably priced and very happy w/ the overall outcome. Thank You!

I recently hired Quality Enterprises to replace the roof on my home as they offered a competitive bid. In the course of my professional and personal life I have hired and supervised many contractors. The crew executed the job promptly and communicated clearly throughout. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with every detail. Every aspect of their service was professional and I am very pleased with the completed job. I doubt you will find better than Quality Enterprises.

Quality just installed my new roof on November 5th. They did a great job. Hey were right on time and finished the same day. They has a busy schedule and fit me in between other jobs. Very professional. Cost was reasonable for the size of my house. Highly recommend.

Due to multiple flashing leaks, Quality Enterprises replaced my roof shingles, removed the original wood shakes on the dormers, and installed replacement vinyl shake siding with appropriate metal wrapping. This project, which reflected careful planning (offered multiple options with no sales pressure), excellent workmanship, and work ethic, was completed on time back in the spring of 2023.

Last Tuesday, with rain in the forecast, I noticed a specifically cut piece of shingle on the ground. Within 15 minutes of sending an email/picture to Mr. Robinson, he called and said that he was in my driveway. Roofing cement marked the spot around a vent pipe. He said this piece was actually more for looks; however, on Wednesday morning a friendly member of his staff came by and reattached it.

Although obviously in the area, Mr. Robinson did immediately juggle his time in support of follow up consumer service. From my overall experience, the company’s name truly fits the actual company!

Roy came out and inspected my roof. He was very professional and informative. He explained everything very well and I highly recommend Quality Enterprise.

I called Tim and Roy because the previous owner of my house had had them install her roof. My roof was leaking, damaged in the hail storm from hell in April 2022. They came out quickly and confirmed that I needed a new roof. A couple of weeks later, a hurricane came through and water was pouring into my living room. Tim and Roy were up on my roof in driving rain on Sunday morning trying to plug the leak. They worked me in later that week and I was nice and dry before the next hurricane came through! Tim recommended a plasterer to fix the hole in my living room ceiling. They will be installing new gutters for me next. I am delighted with their work and very grateful!

Quality Enterprise was very responsive and even worked with my home owner's insurance to help any questions they may have about the estimate. Reasonably priced and very efficient in their work. Highly recommend.

Quality has great people to work with- they always responded to my text- questions and concerns. I had hail damage- they not only took care of my roof but other repairs as well- gutters, heat pump fan repair, and screens. This was such a big help because I did not have to use other contractors. Even when I wanted extra guttering done, they found someone to do it for me at a reasonable cost. I was working with a time constraint because of insurance- they got it done before the due date with time to spare.
I was concerned about a shingle- they replaced it and even said they would inspect the whole roof. I so appreciated that. We have a builder in the neighborhood who asked my husband what roofer we used. When he told them Quality- the builder gave a thumbs up. I would definitely recommend Quality for all of your roofing needs.

Existing roof replacement. Quality Enterprise (QE) provided a timely estimate and within 30 days completed the roof installation. Start to finish, the work was completed in one day. QE kept their commitments and answered questions promptly. They completed a quality installation and thoroughly cleaned up the debris before they left. The work team was respectful of the property owner at all times. QE was easy to communicate with and made the whole process worry free. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend quality enterprise for your roofing as well as other services to the exterior of your home. We used them for hail damage. They replaced our roof and were highly efficient in being here and working hard while they were here. We had them replace damaged shutters, and that job was seamless and perfect. We had them do some siding repair to our vinyl siding and that job was also done perfectly and very timely. Their price was fair and competitive. Their communication throughout the bid process as well as the job process was perfect. You will not go wrong using them for any of the exterior surfaces of your home.

Could not have loved this company more. Very quick and easy process. I was surprised at how well everything was cleaned up at the end too. We never found 1 single nail after the job was done. They even sent someone a few days later to follow up and make sure the job was cleaned properly and to make sure we were satisfied with the job!! Excellent customer service!!

Quality Enterprise did a great job. On time, on budget, good communication throughout the process and they cleaned up after they we complete. Would definitely use them again!

Extremely poor quality enterprises should be the new name after what I seen. Left the trailer in my driveway for over a week. Then left there work truck after they finished. Made a complete mess/ let debris fall all over my motorcycles. I understand it’s not a clean job but not cleaning up at the end of the day is just lazy. To top it off they left the gate wide open for the dog to get loose.

Typical high price with poor service. Blocked my driveway for two solid days with no advanced notice so unable to leave house. Even left trailer right smack in front of garage door overnight. Expect to get a bunch of non-English speaking kids with little or no supervision. If mediocre is ok these jack legs are right for you.

Very professional from cradle to grave. Once I contacted Quality, my roof was inspected, quoted and contract presented, sign and returned to Quality. Job was started and completed soon after. My roof looks great. The crew did an excellent job installing. My house and surrounding area were left in a clean state in such a manner that you would not even known there were at my house except for the new roof. I would highly recommend Quality Enterprises to take care of any and all of your roofing needs.

Quality did a superb job replacing my roof. Every facet of the job was done in a timely professional manner. Maybe a little "pricey" but well worth it in quality. Clean up was thorough leaving none of the roofing nails from the old roof.

Asked several times before they even started work on the roof, for an itemize list of materials being used for Insurance purposes, was told that would not be a problem. We were then cursed out on the phone when we called to ask for the list.
Were told they don’t do that kind of thing Because the materials he used were from his Overstock/USED inventory.
While working on home the music & mouths of the workers were very unprofessional.

***As for the work on the roof there is no complaint there. The work to the roof is perfect, we have had no leaks with the rain we’ve had the last couple of days.

I know an elderly couple that used this business and the owner took advantage of this elderly couple. It is a shame that someone recommends this company because they had a good experience, but when it comes to the elderly they take advantage. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
