Adam and Johnna came to do some challenging electrical work at my home today. They arrived within a few hours of when they were called and were willing and able to repair something outside that several other folks had assessed but not attempted to repair.
Adam and Johnna make a GREAT team. They worked quickly and effectively and seemed to enjoy their jobs (despite it being very HOT in the outside area where they were working). They were kind to each other and courteous and respectful to me These two were an absolute pleasure to do business with.

I went with this company via a Nextdoor post which I found later was a review posted by the co-owner, Johnna. I paid $300 to have an issue inspected and was told they'd send a quote to finish the work. No response for three weeks. I paid $300 for literally nothing. These people are total SCAMMERS. Run, don't walk.

On May 31 they charged me $150 to come out to go over everything to provide a quote. Said they would have quote back in about a week. On June 18 they came back with quote on one portion only and only gave one lump sum amount, no detailed breakdown. Said I would have other quotes soon, probably the next evening. Asked for a detailed breakdown she said she would send but never did. That was nearly two weeks ago and no responses to my last couple inquiries asking for an ETA on other quotes. Did not go to my spam folder. On 6/29 I asked them to forget quotes for the other two scopes of work and just refund me the $150 but of course no response. Meanwhile they are steadily posting on Facebook other jobs. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money.

They showed up to my house on a Friday to hang 2 pendant lights over my kitchen island. They didn’t have enough time so we agreed they would come back Monday morning. I text at 940 to get an eta and got no response. I then called and left a message at 1100 to get an eta. No response. I saw a post on Facebook about a job they did in Peachtree city that day. After I commented I was contacted and ask if they could come on Tuesday. I gave them another chance and they were a no show or call for the 3rd time. I wasted 3 days on this company. This is bad customer service. I do not recommend.

They did a great job coming out to my office to set up some new electrical outlets. Professional, and got the job done in a timely manor

I was looking for a local electrician and always prefer to helping the local small business whenever possible as I called Quality Electric and talked to Ms. Joanna and she set up a day for a estimate, which my job had me not able to be there but I left a paper with all I wanted so they came and called to go over all that was on the paper to make sure we both had an agreement and I paid my 80.00$ estimate fee that's knocked off if they do the job which I was looking for no other cause I was waiting up to seven business days she said it may take to get it together and that was March 16th and I haven't gotten it yet and I called once after 10 business days and she was quick to say she didn't have it, so I called again got voice-mail and that was a no response then I sent a text again no response. The way she described their customer service and seeing the reviews which looked all legit i was ready for her and Adam to do the job but again its April 28th and hadn't heard from them so finally had to look elsewhere, cause if they were that busy they could've kept in touch and I would've understood but I heard nothing since the 80.00$ estimate fee so be cautious.

Fantastic company! Professional,
on time, honest, resolved our concerns, answered all my questions and super nice owners! We needed to find cause of electricity shorting out in garage along with general questions on adding an additional outlet in bonus room ceiling fan. All my expectations were met. Johna and Adam were super friendly and professional. Fixed some outlets and lights, and also installed a new outlet. They caught a potential hazard that had been setting around and took care of that also. We'll be calling them again soon to install new light fixtures. Thanks y'all!

Needing some timely electrical work done, I was fortunate enough to have found this business. After speaking with Johnna I was really impressed with her knowledge, plus how friendly and professional she was. I could hear her genuineness coming through the phone. They made some repairs to my moms house for the sale. And even found some stuff that the home inspector missed which were legitimate finds and unsafe. We decided to do those repairs as well. It was done perfectly and since the house is far away from me, they sent pictures and kept in constant contact. Very very impressed, will keep recommending this business and especially Johnna and Adam.

Quality electric company failed electrical inspection they could have burned my shed down I’ve nearly waited a year and two months for a return so they can get it right they refuse to get it right I would not recommend this company I forgive them however I need to be treated fairly for a consumer who had paid in full this is not right not fair!

They did extensive work at our mid century house including rewiring multiple outlets, moving outlets, installing light fixtures and switches. Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and super customer service! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Happy to find this team! They were able to fix a switch, an outlet and our porch light that never worked the two years in our home. They also transformed our front room by installing a new ceiling fixture. It made our Thanksgiving so much better. They were also super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Call ya soon!
