Great service. My insurance company recommended them after a tree fell on my pool. They came out to assess it same day and were out to remove the tree the next day. They were fast and efficient. Would recommend to anyone who needs tree removal.

I had a section of my roofing shingles blow off from high winds, and the crew came out very quickly to install a temporary patch - they were very professional and did a great job.

Quality was notified by my insurance company to contact me due to a water pipe burst during that freezing spell in February..David was the lead and immediately contacted me and arranged to bring his crew and equipment to start the water abatement.
He kept me up to date with all details right up to when the place finally dried up. Noticing mold from the moisture he opened the walls and floors to continue the drying.
Guess what they discovered asbestos in my floor.
Immediately David went into action and got approval by the insurance company for this process.

What could have been a nightmare turned out to be efficient and as seamless as it could taking all worry from me.

Following water damage to our first floor and basement, our insurance company assigned Quality Contracting for the mitigation process. We were impressed by their immediate response, as Dave and his team arrived first thing in the morning. The majority of the mitigation work was carried out by Mike and Sam, who were both hardworking and effective communicators throughout the process. Overall, we appreciate their prompt and professional service during a challenging time.

Overall, our experience with Quality Contracting was positive. What began as a water damage insurance claim became a larger project because we opted to have Quality do additional renovations in our master bath since half of it already needed repair.

It took an unreasonably long time to get the change order contract, in part because the first two project managers were not particularly responsive or communicative and then were gone. The third time was the charm with Eric.

Eric communicated well with us and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. I requested the day we met him that the job be completed by a certain date for important personal reasons, especially since it had already been several months since the damage occurred, and Eric went above and beyond to do his best to honor my request. I definitely recommend him!

It took 6 months from the date of the water damage to full completion of the project, and about 3 months from when we signed the change order contract for what was ultimately about 3 full weeks of work. This was frustrating and took longer than it should have but from what I've heard from others, that is par for the course, or even "fast" for this type of work.

I strongly recommend that you, as the consumer, no matter who the contractor is, do your research, choose all of your materials carefully and review each of them with the PM/subs, have a conversation about which materials you should purchase vs. which ones the subs/PM should purchase (and who is responsible for errors), communicate your needs and concerns promptly, ask lots of questions, and actively participate in your project.

Even though I ordered most of our materials and they were pre-approved by the PM as appropriate, mistakes were made that left me scrambling to return some items and purchase others while the subs were doing their work and pointed out they needed something different, in order to avoid more delays.

Unfortunately, the square footage I was told to order a radiant heat cable for was incorrect (not my error), and I had to eat nearly $800 because it was not returnable. Having a conversation with the individual subcontractors about materials and who should buy what would likely have mitigated that issue had I known. Pay attention to return policies for items you purchase!

Be on top of the possibility of mistakes (check their work daily) and insist on sub-par workmanship being redone. We had to do that with the painters and one issue with the plumbing, but both were resolved quickly once the issue was brought to the attention of the PM. Our punch list items at the end were all addressed quickly as well.

The workmanship of Quality Contracting was great and I recommend them. We are very pleased with our Master Bath insurance mitigation and renovations!

The Quality Contracting crew were professional, friendly, on time, and cleaned up every day after their mold remediation work. They helped us handle a difficult situation as well as possible. Great job, people!

Great company I had to work with Dave and Michael twice in four years. My basement was flooded on Saturday late afternoon.
Dave sent me his crew 30 minutes later
They remove the water from and set up their equipment. They made my life so easy, Michael show up to my house on Saturday night, even though his wife is pregnant and almost having a baby, but he didn’t hesitate to come to my house to help me.
Dave was constantly communicating with me through texting and phone calls. He always respond right away and always have professional knowledge explanation for everything I had to ask for.
I highly recommend those guys because absolutely they are the best around They saved me twice in critical time

Water pipe leak; damage to over 5 areas; damage on two floors and basement.

Fast response, all workmen were respectful of us and our property. John, the project manager, was professional, patient, always available for questions and surprisingly sensitive to the reality that we were “invaded” by a group of strangers. No doubt that his attitude set the tone for a peaceful (if we can call it that), albeit necessary, tearing up of our ceiling, walls, rugs. Both he and each of the workmen helped make a horrible situation more tolerable.

Dave, Matt and Hunter from the Mitigation side did an EXCELLENT job and were very punctual. They exposed all the moisture and mold and dried both bathrooms within a week’s time. I can’t say enough about this crew and how they handled the emergency. They’re wonderful people, work hard and get the job done!

Dealing with the construction side has been a nightmare.. It's been a solid 7 months now and I still have not fully moved into my house due to lack of water. False promises is all the construction side ever gave me. For about 5 months out of the 7 they did absolutely NOTHING!!!! POS I am normally a relaxed and calm person but basically fired these company and NEVER will do business again with them in my life. Stay clear of this company I found my own local guys and even though its been about 2 months mostly the delay is on vanities and tubs etc... At lease the ball is MOVING Quality. Thanks for wasting my time. BEWARE people.

I had the pleasure of working with Quality Contracting after water damage in my home. Presently the work is in process. Everyone who has come to assess the damage and plan the repairs has been knowledgeable and professional. They are very organized and never leave a mess. They are respectful and explain everything. I feel that my repairs are in excellent hands. So far this has been ja 5 star process!

I want to add an update as my work has been completed. I was 100% satisfied with the work. Dave was helpful and communicative during the take down process and ensured minimal disruption. The workers were a pleasure. Walter was in charge of the construction and I was again 100% satisfied. Everyone came when they said they would, and they were also a pleasure to have in my home. Walter was always available by phone and always answered my questions (no matter how often I asked the same ones!). The finished work is beautiful! The most important thing to me was their availability. If Walter didn’t answer, he always called me back, and I did call Walter a lot! I highly recommend Quality Contracting. I will absolutely call them when I have another project, regardless how small.

The Quality Contracting mitigation team came into our home and handled a water damage problem we had in our kitchen and bathroom. They were very kind and respectful, and they took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. They tore down walls, assessed the damage, cleaned up mold that had accumulated, and even helped us pack up our dishes, food, and other items so they would have room to work! They took good care of us in a way that was beyond our expectations. We would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the whole team.

This team was the best and made sure to check with me on everything they had to make sure I was happy. Everyone should use this company as it was more about me than them. We experienced a water leak in our kitchen in July, and our insurance company required us to use Quality. The remediation was handled promptly, and David P communicated clearly and daily. However, when we tried to use Quality for the kitchen replacement, issues arose immediately. A new project manager, Walter, was assigned, and we faced a lack of communication, unclear pricing, and poor knowledge about their own company.

We were assured that Quality had a kitchen designer, but after months of requesting a meeting, we were informed they only had software to create designs and no actual designers. We hoped to have our kitchen ready before Thanksgiving but were then told it might be ready by New Year's. After a month of no communication, we found our own kitchen designer and requested pricing from Quality. The project manager showed up without the pricing and walked off when questioned.

Ultimately, Quality contracting dropped us, forcing us to start over with new contractors. Had we known this back in July, we might have had a kitchen by New Year's. Due to the shortage of contractors, we had to wait until May—almost a year—without a fully functional kitchen. Thanks, Quality!

Dave was great to work with especially after being in a stressful situation it was nice to know it would all work out. He was very reassuring in a hectic situation. The mitigation team was excellent. They were efficient and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Matt, Sam and Gio did a great job removing the damaged kitchen and drying it alll out for us. Great work Quality!!

Walter was very professional and courteous when he recently managed our issues with a ceiling repair. The office staff was helpful and friendly. It has been a pleasure to be assisted by informative and caring employees of Quality Contracting, Inc.

Quality helped us after a tree hit our house and smashed one of our first story windows. They showed up within an hour of us notifying our insurance company. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

In 2020, we had a fire and the house had be rebuilt up from its framing. We had fire and smoke damage, water damage, mold removal, asbestos removal and to top it all off, wind damage from a tree falling on the driveway. We chose Quality Contracting because they had a good reputation with our insurance company.

From the beginning, I could always see that Quality workmen were proud of their craft and delivered solid professional work. As an ex-engineer, I truly appreciated their dedication to not cut corners.

The only fly in the ointment was the first project manager who was incompetent. Luckily for me, he left the company midway through the project and Jim Reinke took over.

Even though I knew that he was a busy man, he always returned my calls promptly and we marched through the ToDo list of items remaining. At the end one item remained.

The driveway, which was redone, was done poorly. By this time Quality had been paid in full and I was concerned that they had no incentive to stand by their 3 year warranty on all work. But I was proved pleasantly wrong. Jim came, saw and agreed that the driveway defects had to be fixed.. As I write this, the driveway has been repaired. Jim oversaw the work to ensure that it was done properly this time.

Thank you Jim Reinke and Quality Contracting. You have shown me that good, old-fashioned American dedication to quality is still alive and flourishing.

Dave and his team were called by my insurance company to clean after a small kitchen fire we had at our home. From initial contact Dave showed extreme professionalism and empathy for my family’s current situation. Like most people who are met with a house fire, we were unable to prepare, leaving our house a mess. When Dave and his team were finished not only was my kitchen cleaned but my ENTIRE house was cleaned better than when we first moved it, legitimately!

I would say Quality lived up to their name, but that would be an understatement. They provided us with a fresh start that came from an unfortunate circumstance, and for that my family and I will be forever grateful!

Quality Contracting was contacted by my insurance company to access the situation. They arrived within days and immediately resolved the mold issue. They returned to address the water damage and did everything they could to make my home livable. The communication I received from Dave and his team was exceptional. They are very professional, reliable, respectful and accommodating. My questions and concerns were always addressed. They went above and beyond to make this difficult time less stressful. I had a pipe burst in my home and it flooded the cellar. My insurance company recommended Quality Contracting. And I'm glad I did. They are pros!!!! I had a great group experience with everyone of the employees. The office staff, the contractors were all great. They know what they are doing. We had a bad storm December 2023. My insurance company assigned Quality Contractors out of Auburn, MA. I met with Chris(project manager). He handled everything great. Found a fantastic Roofer. The Roofers did an unbelievable job of stripping the whole roof and shingling it in one day. They cleaned up everything afterwards . Impressive job. Then Chris had Guaranty Glass (Spencer, MA) come and replace plate window and 4 screens. They arrived and did an unbelievable job in 2 hours. Left the house clean and what a wonderful job. Thank you Chris for all you did for me to solved the problems.

I experienced severe water damage in my kitchen, laundry room, linen closet floor, and garage. My insurance company sent Quality Contracting out to assess the damage and they came within 24 hours. Dave and his assistant Gio worked quickly measuring the damages and explaining the remediation process to me. The team which arrived shortly afterwards, removed what was necessary and set up drying equipment to ensure the damage went no further. For the past two weeks, the mitigation team of Devon, Matt, Mike, and Hunter have worked quickly, efficiently, professionally, and thoroughly. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up and removed the debris at the end of the day. They were very polite and answered my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. Dave Persuitte was the mitigation manager and was always available to help with any questions about this project. I wholeheartedly recommend Quality Contracting for their work and attention. I trust them and their expertise.
The work has been completed and I couldn't be more pleased. The Project Manager/Estimator Walter Hewett was in control of all phases of the construction. I found him to be knowledgeable in all of the areas that needed to be repaired, and reassuring and patient in addressing all of my concerns during the project. Also, he was quick to reply to texts and phone messages.
The team of painters, plasterers, and floor installers that Mr. Hewett chose were first rate. They were detail-oriented, respected my property, and meticulous with their work. The quality of their work was excellent. Everything was in perfect order and immaculate when the work was completed, not a drop of paint or plaster anywhere !

Recently I had a small fire inside my house. After contacting my insurance company they sent Dave and his crews from Quality Contracting to come and clean the mess, clean the rugs and to repair the damage that was done. Dave and his crews did an outstanding job, were polite and courteous and did whatever was needed with no problems at all. Professionalism at its finest. Highly recommended.

David P coordinated the damage mitigation work to our house after a tree crushed the roof. Communication regarding scheduling was good. Over the course of several days, multiple repair crews arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and got the work done efficiently. We were very happy with their work.

We recently had the pleasure of having Quality Contracting remodel our kitchen after water damage. It was a complete mitigation and rebuild.
Derek was the project manager and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was always friendly, professional and eager to please. He responded quickly to our texts with questions and/or observations. He advocated for us with our insurance company even when there were some unexpected problems.
Every person that worked on our project, the mitigation crew, the designer, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and painters, were friendly, professional and meticulous. The workers were very neat and always cleaned up after their daily work was complete.

We highly recommend Quality Contracting without reservation. In May of 2022, we had a serious house fire which damaged our entire house. After doing some research, we chose Quality Contracting to do the restoration work.

We don’t have words to express the amazing job they did putting our home back together. Quality guided us through this project from start to finish. Throughout the process, we were struck by the caring and compassion exhibited by everyone with whom we had contact at Quality. They treated our home and belongings as if they were their own. How fortunate that Michael Bonnette was assigned to us as project manager. His attention to details, his ability to keep the project moving and his consistent availability made a very difficult situation much more manageable. Mike was also personable, a great problem solver and extremely detail oriented.

Under Mike’s supervision, Quality packed up and stored our salvageable belongings, and discarded everything that wasn’t to be saved. They were invaluable in their counsel to us in negotiating with the insurance company. Mike brought in people to rebuild whose work was outstanding. John Ellis, who was excellent, began as lead carpenter during the mitigation and structural rebuilding. Steve Henry took over for the remainder of the project. It’s hard to describe how much Steve and his assistant, Alex, cared about their work and about us. Steve not only followed the plan, he was also present and willing to suggest things that we found so useful and which enhanced the rebuild tremendously. The craftsmanship in rebuilding our home reflects so well, the name of the company. Using their patience, skills, knowledge and precision, they put our house back together and it is safe, sturdy and gorgeous! The Quality team showed up everyday, their sub-contractors were extremely reliable, materials were of the highest quality and here on time. To top it all off, they finished ahead of the anticipated timeline expressed by the insurance company.

Dave, the project manager was wonderful in contact right away gets an answer and gets back to you immediately so concerned about the job being done right very professional and very friendly. I also liked Mike he was a hard worker and very nice all of them very polite loved Jesus. He got me answers right away when I needed them and made sure everything was the way I wanted it came into my home with lots of respect all of them. I also loved Walter’s personality. He’s very friendly good people person can’t wait to work with him some more. He’s going to finish up the job. I also had a special liking to Hunter. And all the men pitched in and even washed on my floor before they left. Cleaned up everything.

I'd like to say that dealing with the Auburn Quality Contractors team has been the best experience I've encountered as of yet. The Manager, Dave and his assistant, Gio and their team have gone above and beyond for me during the mitigation process with the utmost respect, professionalism and quality of work ethic that I could have ever asked for.

I am a recent widow, and had a few things that needed to be removed from my house. They offered to help me out with these things, and made sure I was completely satisfied from beginning to end.

Everything was explained to me about the process, which made it so much easier and the quality of work was excellent.

I would definitely hire this crew for any project in the future and highly recommend this excellent team of professional contractors who care about the quality of work and also care about your feedback as well.

All in all a great experience, and would definitely hire them again.

We had a toilet leak off the kitchen, no apparent reason (at least Rodenhiser couldn't give us one) and were fortunate enough to have Quality Contracting restore and renovate our bathroom, kitchen, and basement drum room, more beautifully than I could have imagined. We are delighted with the masterful level of craftsmanship, the elegant quality of the work, the skilled attention to detail and the integrity of the crew and honestly, couldn't be happier with the experience. The work they've done will be enjoyed and admired for the rest of our lives in this home (hopefully many!). Following flooding caused by a plumbing mishap inside the wall of our bathroom, the insurance company had Quality Contracting of Auburn come to handle the mitigation stage of damage. Under the supervision of Khang ("Ken") Minh Ta, all the bamboo flooring in our master bedroom, living room, hallway, 3 closets, as well as all the ceramic tiles in the affected bathroom were removed when water was found to have seeped underneath them. Fans were brought in and left running for 2 days until everything was completely dry. Ken's team were very efficient, thorough, professional, and polite. They moved all the furniture in the affected areas, removed all debris, and cleaned up after the work was completed. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of their service. Ken kept us informed throughout the process, and was both accomodating and reachable. Now we are waiting for the insurance company to designate a contracting company to complete the repair stage -- laying down new flooring and repairing the hole in the bathroom wall. We would be pleased to have Quality Contracting be the one they select.

We had to put in an insurance claim due to some water damage in our basement. Quality helped us through the entire process. Ken Minh Ta was our project manager. He and the mitigation team came out right away to get the process started and get everything dried up. There were a few bumps in the road trying to locate a professional that would install the same exact flooring that we had, but Quality was able to provide the service we needed. It did take a bit longer than expected but any time that I reached out to them for answers, they were always there to help us through the process. They did hire a moving company to get all of the furniture out of the basement for the repairs, and they were not as careful as I expected a moving company to be. As soon as I reached out to Quality with some of my concerns, Ken was right on top of making sure we were satisfied. All in all, we received good customer service from the Quality team and the floors came out beautiful.
