After calling 3 other places, we called QCR for my grandpa when his pipe broke in his house. His entire basement was flooded and some parts upstairs were super damp. A NIGHTMARE!!

Everywhere else we called gave us a 2-4 day estimated time they could get there to help his basement. AND they wanted a ton of money just to show up!

Mark showed up within 40 minutes of calling him… AT 12AM on a Friday night. Chase and his crew were prompt and polite. They had all of the water out of the basement within 2 hours and they took out the flooring and put everything back within 3 days. They worked from sun up to sun down and we couldn’t believe how fast it all came together. It looks AMAZING.

i HIGHLY recommend this company and their crew. They dropped EVERYTHING and came in the middle of the night for my grandpa. They did it all for a great price, too.

We’ll use them for everything we can, if needed, in the future.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They truly know how to con people. They left our house with electrical issues to where we had to call an electrician due to possible fire hazzard. They redid our kitchen and didn't leave a space wide enough for our fridge so it does not fit. Standard size is 36in wide and they left a space just under 36in. Our counter top is messed up due to them not listening and decided to not use the graph that hoods gave for them to follow for cabinet installation. Eric decided he was going to put the cabinets how he wanted and didn't care what the graph showed. With having to move our cabinets so there wasn't a 3 in overhang over the drawers, it messed up our counter top and pulled it away from the backsplash. They left holes in our vinyl flooring because of screwing our cabinets in to the floor and having then to move them. We have documented it all and showed them. They are refusing to fix or contact us back to try to resolve anything.

I could not recommend Quality Cleaning and Restoration more. They are thorough, professional and they are so competitively priced! The very best part is that they are good humans and really have integrity and a moral compass. I trust them to be in my home even if I have to run out on errands! You will not be disappointed with this company. They are top notch!!

Quality cleaning and restoration is the best company I have ever dealt with they were extremely nice punctual and dealt with my restoration issues like pros they were very concerned with the problems I was dealing with and got my place back to normal quickly I can’t say good good enough things about them

I am located in Shiloh, Illinois which made this quite a distance for the team to travel. I had 18 inches of water in my crawlspace with the beginning of mold. I was given a very fair price estimate. Mark and the team were excellent and thorough. This was a job that took about a month to complete due to the amount of water which had to be pumped out and the area dried before anything could be completed. My family now are confident we are no longer in danger of health threatening mold. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his team.
