Worked with Kolby on what turned out to be a minor roof repair. They were deliberate in diagnosing the issue. He didn’t try any upselling, just here’s the minor problem and how we can fix it. Got the job done in timely manner and I felt the price was fair. All he asked for beyond the repair was keep them in mind for any other roofing work in the future. I certainly will.
