Quality Assurance was a blast to work with for our deck addition. Mr. Watson and his team are extremely professional and very knowledgeable and transparent when explaining the processes and phases your project from permitting and county inspection down to the type of material that will be used. Mr. Watson takes keeping you in the loop to a whole other level and as a contractor myself I admire and have stepped my game up in that aspect. I plan to work with them again in the future. The Quality Assurance Home Improvement gave me a great presentation and guidance for demolition and renovation of my two full bathrooms. The various team’s performances were outstanding. The teams (demolition, tile and style, plumbing, duct, electrical , and the final design team worked well together to execute the beautiful design on the finished product. The team were very polite and professional and my home was treated with care. My friends and family are loving the new bathrooms. Quality Home Assurance did a great job building our addition. They made sure the build was done to code and better. Things were done in a timely manner. They paid attention to details and worked to satisfy us as clients.

Quality Assurance Mr. Watson and his staff was very professional, on time and use safety measures at all times. I received so many compliments on my new roof, which was completed in 1 day. They also worked on my garage and gutters. After the completion of my roof in July of 2020 there where several storms and not once did I hear or see any rain/hail drops. This company was very efficient and professional.They installed retaining walls for my walkout basement and constructed a 16' x 17' deck. The workers were quiet, polite and worked with purpose. They cleaned all debris from my yard each evening and stacked their tools neatly.The CEO, Jeff Watson kept me informed of each phase of the project and explained why each decision was being made. Each phase passed County inspection. Mr Watson was also amenable to fixing some repairs which were not in the contract.The job was completed two days ahead of the proposed schedule. I recommend this company highly.

this guy is amazing, talked me through all the details on a deck i put in where my other contractor did not get the permits these guys are walking me through fixing this and making sure everything is done right. Can not say more about there service. Call them today.

Mr. Watson with Quality Assurance Home Improvement Company and his crew did a wonderful job with adding (2) two-story room additions on my house. They bumped out the side and rear of my home to add an additional six rooms which increased my living space to over 1600 square feet as a result the value of my home has increased. I had this contractor replace my roof based on my neighbors recommendation. Before the year was over I started complaining about the shingles blowing off into my yard and the nails that were clogging my gutters. Jeffrey Watson came over a couple of times and went up on the roof and assured me the roof was good and proper. However, the shingles continued to fall and each time I was told there was no problem. Last month my insurance company inspected my roof and and told me that I had shingles rolling up. I called Jeffrey again and after experiencing anger directed at my neighbor and calming down he agreeded to come out for a FEE to secure the shingles his company installed. He was suppose to come on Monday the 19th of March but needless to say just like the work his word was no good. # STAYAWAY

We are pleased to report the fabulous interior and exterior home improvement form quality assurance home improvement, provided for us he and his crew. Built a handicap bathroom and a handicap ramp. They were courteous and prompt and extremely professional and left our home very clean.
