I contacted Chris about a remodel and window job over $60,000. Nine weeks later, I still have not received a bid. After maybe five or six weeks I started sending him weekly reminders asking if there was any progress. Through the nine weeks, he never once initiated contact with me. I had to reach out to him. In our final conversation he complained about having to put together the cost of all the subcontractors into one document, which I would expect to be standard business practice for a job this size. Too many red flags.

I will echo the other low rating. Chris installed new windows and siding for us and did a good job. We recently spoke to him about a kitchen remodel and other work. He was thankful for our call, and said he would meet with us. I called a couple weeks later to schedule with him. As of today, a month and two weeks later, no call back.
This is very common in Seaside. However, it would be more professional and easy to just say, I have too much work and not interested at this time. I would respect that answer better than no communication at all.

Dealing with the company on a daily as they come Into my work for items to help on their jobs. I have no bad experience with them. Great company and people.
