Q & L Construction was a godsend on my commercial build out of Seaside Learning Academy in downtown Fernandina Beach! From framing and installing a new security door to repairing drywall and even installing a new fence, they were on schedule, accommodating and wonderful to work with. I contacted Q&L construction after my home had a flooding and had to be put back together after wood flooring and trim got ripped up. Quinn came out right away and had a reasonable quote to me within a couple of days. From the moment they started to the moment they finished they paid attention to the details. They communicated with us every step of the way. They were my heroes when the flooring I ordered did not match and we were unable to get a match due to it being discontinued. They took the time to remove flooring from another room to make sure our living room flooring was consistent and used the new stuff in areas that you couldn’t notice it was the new stuff. On top of the flood damage I had them remove a built in shelf wall and redo our main bathroom. I couldn’t be happier about the end result. I have other projects I want done to my house and I will use Q&L construction again.
