Pyramid abatement and remodel LLC

We had Quaid come out to our home for a mold inspection. We have a 4 month old daughter and wanted to make sure the mold that we found was 100% gone and non-toxic. He was able to come by in a timely manner. The inspection was quick, efficient and he eased any concerns by answering all of our questions. He is clearly knowledgeable in his craft and was a pleasure to work with.

We’ve been impressed by this local business! We had a dire situation with a tenant and, following a haz-mat clean out, we needed a revamp. Other contractors were non responsive, one had his own vision to fully remodel the entire space then never got back to us with estimates. Quaid was different! He saw what we were trying to do, was here when he said he would be, and is highly conscientious of his subcontractors. He listened to ideas, problem solved and even used his knowledge and creativity to make the space better than we thought it could be. While we work to finish phase one, we look forward to starting phase two. Construction at any level can cause anxiety but that has not been our experience with Quaid. We’d recommend him without hesitation.
