Crest Management

My wife and I recently "downsized" and moved to East Greenwich, from Massachusetts. The bathrooms in the town-home we purchased did not have safety bars and non-slip surfaces, which I require for a medical condition. We decided to remodel 1 full bath and 1 half bath now, and would remodel the master bathroom in the near future. I invited 4 firms to provide quotes. Several things were required in order for us to move forward with any firm: 1. All employees and subcontractors needed to be fully licensed and insured, 2. All required permits were the responsibility of the contractor, 3. We needed a project manager to be assigned so if we had an issue we could get it quickly resolved, 4. We needed a reasonable timeline for completion, 5. We wanted a fair price. We selected Crest Management. From design through material selection and installation, they did exactly what they said they would do. I'm not a professional photographer so please pardon the mediocre photos. Kevin and his crew from Crest Management have gone above and beyond repairing my mother’s house after a house fire. This was no small project. All of the workers were friendly, efficient and fast. She has asked that I leave a review on her behalf. Kevin and Gabe are well aware of how tech savvy she isn’t Their workmanship is of the highest quality. If only the mortgage company was as easy to work with as these guys! They were so patient and accommodating. She couldn’t be happier and is forever grateful to them for giving her, back her beautiful old home, new and improved. Thank you, Kevin, Gabe and all of those involved!

The team at Crest is all about the customer from start to finish. My experience with a recent renovation to a master bath was exceptional in the skills, capability, courtesy, and responsiveness to me.
Brian runs a top notch operation! His care and leadership is strong and it was reflected with each trades-person who crossed my threshold. He checked in with me and was on site frequently. Crest exceeded my expectations- which were high. They worked with me to stay within my budget. They finished the job on-time and they delivered a beautiful product!
The project manager (Gabe) brought his A-game each day and was on-the-spot in minutes when any problem arose. I knew the daily schedule ahead of time, and he kept in close communication.
The design consultant (Sarah) listened to my draft plan and facilitated for me in the ‘universe’ of a bazillion choices. Her suggestions were consistently wise and thoughtful without pushing me.
I would hire Crest again to be sure. If you’ve got a project on deck- check them out. They hit a home run at my place!

What a pleasure it was working with Crest Management. Took us a while to move forward, but once we did, the process went very smooth. We were able to take a step back and trust that Gabe, Ben, Kevin, & Brian had it all under control. The teamwork displayed was certainly impressive. Each tradesman worked efficiently to get the project to the next step. We came home to a clean house(worksite) every night. Along the way, there were a few surprises. Crest was at the house to address each surprise in just a matter of minutes. I actually said to one of the guys, “you must live in the neighborhood”? He doesn’t…
Crest was kind enough to allow us to live with the final product for a bit then connect with them for any necessary adjustments. Top notch service from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Crest Management to anyone looking for quality home improvements.

I had a new floor installed for my mother’s birthday by crest management. I couldn’t be happier. My contact Gabe kept me informed throughout the project and everything was done on schedule. We cannot say enough about the excellent experience we have had with Crest Management. Communication was outstanding. Work was done efficiently and respectfully. After experiencing extensive water damage from a pipe leak, we contacted Crest Management. They came right away with a plumber to fix the pipe and the mitigation crew to fix things temporarily, until the rest of the work could be done.
Kevin worked with our insurance company to restore our home back to what it was.
Ben and Gabe did a great job overseeing all the work. They were very mindful of our schedules with minimal disruption and the crews were very professional and left the spaces they worked on clean. Quality of work was very good.
We highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Crest Management. They redid my bathroom that was damaged due to a fire, redid my hardwood floors, redid my carpet on my stairs, vinyl sided my house, and painted. They are more than capable to handle small and large projects. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, and time management was top notch. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a leak from a storm in my rental property's kitchen and from beginning to end of the project the team was fantastic. From communication with the insurance company, communication with my tenant, and the whole design process they made everything as easy as possible. The work they did in the kitchen was top notch as well. I can't recommend Crest Management enough.

Professional, responsive high-quality work. Very happy with the repair & upgrade to our home after a fire. Crest team was skillful in navigating the insurance hoops & got everything done within budget. Every person, from electrician to painters, were courteous & skilled. They actually communicate proactively & helped make a stressful process go smoothly. Not sure I could afford them if I was paying myself, but they are worth it. By far, one of the best companies I have dealt with in caring for a fussy old house.

Crest Management helped us with the refurbishment process of our dining room after we had a flood! They have been great to work with! The quality, craftsmanship and communication have been excellent, and they have had a “ someone” to help fix or navigate each problem we’ve encountered! .

I tried be in touch with them because I work in a subcontractor company, and the receptionist, who told me was one of the owners, was very rude. She refused tell me her name and hang up on me first time I try connecting.
Very bad experience. I would rate zero if I could!

I called crest management because of water damage, within 35 minutes they were at my house cleaning up all the mess installed dehumidifiers and fans estimated my loss helped with any anything I needed done then they repaired all damages. Great experience workers were very impressive and professional I rate this company five stars, I would RATE more if I could

There company does fantastic job, from our bathroom remodel, fixing the leak in our ceiling, to a complete basement renovations I couldn't have been happier! From the onset, I was impressed with the entire team at Crest! I had an addition put onto my house recently, and they (especially Kevin) took the time to walk me through each step - answering all of my questions and helping me stay within my budget. Crest is Best!
From my first phone call with Kevin, I knew we were in great hands! Brian, Kevin, and their entire team were top notch, skilled, and talented professionals.
We cannot say enough, we are “over the moon” with our finished bathroom.
When we bought our home 10 years ago as a 1+1/2 bath, the 1/2 was literally a toilet (washer+dryer) in an unfinished basement. (See pictures)
Since the pandemic, we both have been working from home, so, we wanted to upgrade a bit.
Last year friends of ours posted before and after pics of their basement bathroom that could have been ours!
They referred us to Crest, and we sure are glad they did!
These guys are top notch, organized, and possibly one of the most important things, they keep constant open lines of communication and do not start the job until they have everything ready and know they can do the entire job in the timeframe agreed upon. All their tradesmen are courteous, professional, and NEAT. Yes, they clean up after themselves every day!
Sounds basic, right? But sadly, not common. Well, I will not go on and on with words, because pictures do better. Do not hesitate to hire Crest Management, you will be glad you did!

Crest Management remodeled my 3 bathrooms, some kitchen updating, and additional jobs like replacing my front storm door. I am thoroughly pleased with all the work and am reminded every day how much I love my home because of their work. Crest Management delivered on every agreement and was remarkably organized, timely, respectful of my home(and pet!) and mindful of my preferences. I used this company from a referral of a friend. Some friend I have. This company was supposed to take care of everything right down to the final walk walk through with the adjuster. They basically slapped a roof on and removed a tree then said they were done. They tried to stick me with the rest of the repairs. They didn't even right the claim appropriately there were things I haven't gotten taken care of. I had to get another contractor to finish the claim and get properly reimbursed for the damages. Then they tied me up in court for a couple of years making things take even longer. I normally wouldn't right a review but I found out they are doing similar things to a friend that I warned not to use them. I wouldn't trust the good reviews ither because one them sounds like it's from a relative because of the same last name.
Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

Very awful contractors! We used Crest Management to redo our kitchen and bathroom. They tried to install the tiles in my bathroom and TWICE the tiles came out wavy. We ended up having to hire someone else to redo their work. Unfortunately we had prepaid for the job, and even though Crest admitted to not being able to do the job, they would not refund us. In addition, a project that was suppose to take 1 month ended up taking almost 6.
They also installed hardware floors in our kitchen, they obviously used subcontrators. We left the house for the time period that our floors were being done. When we got back we found a group of unsupervised non English speaking people in our house working in our house. A year later our floor is bubbling up and has scratches all over it. We are forced to redo the whole thing with Lumber Liquidators.
At the end we lost time money and nerves. We had a TERRIBLE experience with Crest Management. Don't trust them.
