PuroClean did a thorough and effective job — their estimate was accurate, their work was faster than expected, and overall I am hugely satisfied with the mitigation work they did. I'm thankful they got involved and happy I went with them.

Great company and very responsive! Milton and his team are true professionals every single step of the way. Unfortunately, if you're calling PuroClean it's probably due to some sort of issue (flood, fire, etc) but they're great at explaining everything even if you're in crisis.

Milton and his crew cleaned and remediated the lower floor of our house after we had a flood. They worked quickly to protect us from mold and restored our damaged walls, doors and floors like new. Everyone we met was courteous, professional and responsive. Milton advocated for us with our insurance company, and consistently went out of his way to exceed our expectations. We appreciate the value we received from PuroClean of Central Orange and recommend them wholeheartedly!

PureClean was awesome! Milton was great. Showed up on time, was fully informed and knowledgeable. He has a great crew working for him. They showed up on time, worked two days straight and cleaned up all their mess. Showed up a few days later to collect their drying equipment with a time that worked for me. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing water damage service.

So, my teenage daughter was in her bathroom busy on her phone and didn’t realize she left the sink water running. It was a rainy night and my wife and I were in the living room enjoying a movie when we heard water splashing. At first we thought it was the rain outside hitting against the window but it was much louder so I ran to the kitchen. To my surprise there was a waterfall coming from the ceiling. I quickly ran upstairs to ask my daughter what was going on and we all sprung into action on drying the water. I made a few phone calls and a friend recommended Puro Clean. I reached out and was absolutely surprised when I received a call back in minutes. The gentleman who called me told me to turn the power off in the area the water was coming down from, as it was also pouring down from a light fixture, and told me to dry as much as I could. He told me not to panic or worry about anything and that he will come out first thing in the morning to assess. As promised, he was there nice and early. He assessed the damage and gave me a few options to mitigate the water damage in order to prevent mold. He was extremely knowledgeable in the matter and spoke was extreme confidence. We agreed on the course of action. He preemptively brought with him some equipment in order to get started right way. He dropped the equipment and scheduled his team later in the day to complete the set up. His team came right on time. They too were professional and efficient. They closed off the area with the damage, put dehumidifiers and air movers in the enclosed area as well as the upstairs bathroom in order to attack the damage from both sides. They came back daily to check on the progress and in a few days the ceiling was completely dry with minimal damage. I am 1000% happy with the work done by this team and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

They are nice experiences people who do their job. It was quite a pleasure to have them do the work in my house.

PuroClean arrived as soon as our insurance company contacted them. I wish I could give their guy Charles a six star rating. He was knowledgeable and patient and more than helpful. It was potentially a nasty messy situation. The owner Milton even called a couple times to make sure things were going OK. It was smoother than smooth . I hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I do I know to call PuroClean.

The team at PuroClean are heaven sent. On Christmas Eve 2022 when the temperature was at the lowest across New York our pipes burst and had water come from the attic all the way down to our kitchen... The next day on Christmas Day PuroClean came to the rescue. They dried up all the water damage from the ceiling to the floors. Their team was super professional, clean, knowledgeable and courteous. I hope I would never have to be in a situation to have to hire them again..
But if I did - they will be the first and only one I'll call on.
