The new roof and gutters look and work great and we already had one of our typical Michigan deluge rainstorms to test them out. The job was done very quickly and professionally, three days from dumpster drop to done. I was really impressed. Special shoutout to Dalton who did our initial assessment and quote. He really listened and was able to help us narrow down what we needed versus what we wanted in order to help us pick and choose what best fit our budget.

Pure Energy did an amazing job on my roof, the old one was over thirty years old and seen one too many harsh Michigan springs. Pure Energy came in with a very competitive quote and got to work almost immediately. The crew had to deal with many hurdles (wasps nests, rotting boards, soft spots) and got the entire replacement done in just over a day. I highly recommend them!

Pure Energy replaced our roof and gutters. Very professional, met the timing they committed to and no surprises. They were very particular, which is needed to meet the warranty requirements of the shingle manufacturers. Protective of our house, laying down tarps and placed plywood along house to protect windows. Also reasonable on price and not a long painful RFQ process. I highly recommend!

Pure Energy was able to come out to our home and provide us with an incredible estimate with detailed models of what our roof would look like and how it could increase the longevity of our 102 year old home. We were incredibly impressed with the speed and level of care taken to replace our roof. With 4 layers of singles, a layer of cedar shake, and 70,000-100,000 nails in the roof they were able to finish in 2 days with no mess left behind. We found 8 nails…. That’s it. Truly incredible. With little kids and pets running around the yard, the cleanup alone was invaluable. With a rubber shingles, and a 50 year warranty, we shouldn’t need them to revisit our home, but in the case that we do, they will be our first call no questions asked. Our family can’t talk this company up more, they beat every quote, and guarantee out there after obtaining 7 quotes. Brian, Michael and their crew did a great job on our roof.. Their crew detected and replaced a couple of spots where the decking had been exposed to water prior to laying the new roofing. They completely repaired and re-flashed the chimney where some of the water made it's way to the decking. They were even kind enough to fix the bathroom vent so it had a roof outlet instead of being vented down through a soffit vent as it had been before.

Originally I was considering a metal roof so I would never have to worry about it again. With that in mind, Brian introduced me to a new rubberized shingle system that has the same 50 year warranty, is rated for 130 mph winds and hail damage. As a bonus the cost was approx 2/3rds of a metal roof and also qualified for a discount on our home owners insurance.

I reviewed some of the testing information for the shingles on the manufacturers site and I'm quite impressed with the performance and technology they displayed.. If any repairs are ever required, it will be as easy as a standard asphalt shingle to replace..
