Ray and his staff were both professional and courteous during our mini split installation. Unfortunately we had an ongoing performance issue with the system initially that took some time to diagnose. Once the problem was successfully diagnosed, Ray stood behind his work and corrected the problem at no additional expense to us.

My boiler broke down and water was going everywhere. I must have called at least 20 places and Ray was the only one that called me back. He immediately recognized the urgency and made it over within an hour. He and his employees had me back up and running with a new boiler within the next 2 days. I am very grateful for their quick and professional response!!

I contacted a Rinnai service contractor to repair my wall furnace. The estimated cost was about $1,000.00. I called PMS and Ray repaired it within an hour with no parts required. Ray was honest and very professional. You can't go wrong. Thank you. Harold Burke

Providence Mechanical Services is the best HVAC, Maintenance, and Refrigeration company that I have worked with in years and years being in this business. They answer the phone right away, don't kill you on emergency services (which are the majority of the phone calls) and are extremely fair and have the best rates. I would recommend this company to anybody and everybody!

Ray and his crew were absolutely wonderful to me. He explained to me what needed to be done for me to get a new furnace and Navien water system. They came in and installed everything within a couple of days. They left no messes and everything is working just fine! Ray and his crew were very polite, friendly and punctual. In less than 2 weeks, I had a consultation and installation completed. I am extremely happy with the work they did and highly recommend them.

Excellent service by PMS. We have two 15 ton roof top AC units at out facility which Carjon told us were both not worth repair and required replacement. Their technician was able to repair one of the units for a very reasonable fee and the second unit was diagnosed to be a much smaller problem than we initially were told by Carjon. Their tech are top notch troubleshooters, highly recommended.
