Providence Builders

I haven't worked with this company to build a home, but I live next door to a home they are building. Our county mistakenly lumped in their property tax bill with ours and refused to fix it, telling me that if I didn't pay for Providence Builders' portion of the taxes, a lien would be placed on my home, not the PB property. They stated if I wanted them to pay for their part of the taxes, I'd have to ask them myself.

What an awkward call that was! But they were so gracious and understanding, and when I quoted them the number the tax office had given me, they claimed that it was too low and offered us a more accurate number. A check came in the mail the next week.

They would have faced no repercussions had they not agreed to pay us their portion of the taxes, but they did anyway. And we never would have known the tax office quoted us incorrectly, but they told us.

This is one of the most honest and ethical companies out there and if I were building a home, I would feel 100% confident they are the best team for the job.

I worked with Bryce Powers and Kyle Jones on building my previous home. Then the home was damaged in a Tornado and I had them handle the repairs . They were incredible through both endeavores . We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us through all of the issues that come with having a home built and then repaired after a crisis . Bryce Powers and his team at Providence Builders have built multiple homes for me including the one I live in currently. They have a quality product at a reasonable price, but most importantly - they are fair and honest. The integrity of this company speaks to the integrity of the owner and it is unquestionable. They genuinely care about the people they build homes for and their quality of life and they care about this community and it's future. He built the first home for me in 2009 and we started this process as customer/client - now I am proud to call him my friend. We love Providence Builders. They do quality work, are excellent to work with, and they really know their craft. We observed these qualities as they built homes for several of our friends. Then we chose them to build our custom home. They are genuine, trustworthy, and do a great job.
