We, as a business, do alot of work with Protech Steel. They have fast turn around times and are will to rush an order when a guy is in need. Cade has responsive communication and is very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience purchasing paneling for a roofing project on my cabin. I had some questions and Cade was able to help out. After a bit of a chat, we were able to decide on the 3' tuff rib panel. I highly recommend working with ProTech and Cade! I know where I am going for my future project needs!

I picked up some trim that I had ordered. Everyone was very kind and courteous. The guys in back who loaded me out were wonderful. Michael was very efficient, friendly and courteous. I can’t say enough about Protech Steel . I think they are great.

I’m leaving this review because I feel this individual needs some recognition for his diligence for getting it right on our orders if you’re needing steel products Protech is exceptional especially Ethan and Casey . If you’re in need of a salesman Ethan is your guy always has a good attitude and willing to help even on short notice he got it done . The yard guys are punctual and very accommodating helping you get loaded especially Casey when he’ll jump out of a truck to help load hard to find people like these employees at the well run business.

My sister and I on our own business I needed metal for a project. The staff was very knowledgeable( Judd) and helpful. quick turnaround time. Lots of color options all around a great company! Highly recommend.

I have dealt with Protech to build our home, a small pumphouse/shop and an know contacting them for metal to build leantoo. I am not the very knowledgeable about how to put together everything and place the order but thst staffis always helpful and explains everything.

Honestly by far the best customer service! Had a problem with some peak trim, they didn’t hesitate to take care of me. I will definitely be back for my future metal needs, if you guys are looking for metal roofing supply look no further you will not be disappointed. Go see Judd.

Protech Steel is absolutely awesome to do business with! Their staff is on point and prompt. Talk to Judd Brost at the front desk to place an order. Definitely check them out if you are looking for metal roofing and siding. They have a ton of options. And most times only a few days out for a special order. They are very competitive on pricing as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! No one acknowledged my existence for a long time or could be bothered to look up from their computer screens. The sales reps were rude and couldn't be bothered to focus on helping me with my small roofing project. My order was not done in the 3 days they said it would be. It was closer to two weeks. I called multiple time asking for an update without any sort of return call let alone an update on the order. If I wanted to be treated like garbage and lied to I would have went to Bridger Steel. Looks like these guys are going down the same path they are. Buyer be ware.

Very quick turn around for my order, called on a Friday afternoon and had they had the metal ready on Wednesday. Love the fact that they have a 20 foot brake. Makes trim work way easier!
