Protech Roofing is the best roofing company serving Honolulu. I waited to no avail for 3 other roofing companies that did not return my calls even as courtesy if they did not have time to do the job. Protech Roofing responded promptly, came to inspect my roof, scheduled and completed the job ahead of time. Now, that is what you call an excellent service! Thank you Protech Roofing.

ProTech Roofing, LLC Is a highly professional and outstanding company. They completed the re-roofing of my Monier tile roof with a new tile roof and the reinstallation of solar panels in an outstanding manner. From initial estimate through completion, ProTech provided exemplary service! Jared Crisologo, Project Manager, answered all our questions promptly and completely. His crew always arrived on time and, despite the heavy rains almost every other day, we're able to complete the job in five days. They also did a great job of clearing out all the debris from the project, even running magnets over the lawn to catch any stray nails.

I worked with Jared at ProTech in order to get spray foam insulation installed in our home. Unfortunately, we ran into several problems and lots of man hours on my side to fix their poor quality of insulation. First they did not cover everything as they said they would, They spray foam outside against my rafter, sprayed the floor of my house, the ktichen mats, one of the bar stools, and then sprayed foam into our Laundry room covering our brand new washer and dryer, also got out clothes and towels. They attempted to get the foam off the washer and dryer without leaving marks but unsuccessful, we had to throw away our clothes and still using a bar stool with spray foam on it. After going through and renovated an entire home this is the last thing I wanted. While putting the ceiling tongue and groove planks up, I have had to cut out spraf foam as it hangs below the rafters which I asked them to make sure did not happen. So I had to go out and purchase my own special saw and have spent hours removing spray foam that was sprayed below the rafters. In addition to that while stapling up plastic they hit one of the wires being run through the house. I had to get my electrician to come and fix the wiring and re run a new wire and instead of going through the ceiling we had to go under the house which I had to pay the electrician for his time. The price was good, but quality and attention to detail were horrible, which ended up costing me big later on. I do not recommend.

Since i moved back home my grandmas roof was in bad shape. Charlie and his crew came in and did such an awesome job. Fast professional great crew.. Highly recommend Protech Roofing is the best.. super grateful for Charlie and his crew.

Jared was extremely responsive to inquiries and requests. They were very timely with the estimate and scheduling process, and did the work on time, and as scheduled. I am thoroughly impressed, and happy with Protech Roofing and with Jared!

We had our attic space insulated with Protech. They were very clean, punctual and on time. The 2 guys that came worked well being careful and clean coming in and out of the house. The were on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them and use them again if I needed.

Setting an appointment for a roof replacement was a breeze. Jared came up the day I called for an estimate for the job. He came up with a fair estimate and set up a time for them to start. Early the next week, his men were at the house stripping off and replacing the roof. The workers were very professional and punctual. No time was wasted so the job was finished within the time frame, 3 days.

The second day of work, the owner, Charlie came up to check on the job. That bit of attention was very reassuring to me. It showed that the company cared about its work and its customers.

Charlie Spiegel is the owner or Protech. He is really great to work with. Charlie, Chris and Jeff came over to our home to install the insulation. Charlies and his employees are knowledgeable, respectful and have great work ethics. Charlie's equipment is state of the art, with everything self contained inside the truck. This way there is no mess or disruption to your home. We turned our air conditioning system off while Protech Roofing installed our attic insulation. (8" of blown in CertainTeed) when the job was complete we turned our ac unit on and our home went from 82 degrees to 75 degrees in 20 minutes. Our home is now consistent in temperature, and has no hot spots or inconsistent temperatures. Our home is also much quieter. Thank you Charlie, Chris and Jeff. PS: after learning how inexpensive insulation is and the payback in energy savings, as well as witnessing Charlie and his crew at work our neighbors on the block are anxious to have Protech install insulation in their attics to reduce energy consumption. We highlyrecommend.

After purchasing our new home, my husband and I need to start renovations right away and the roof was in definite need of repair. We were referred to Charlie at Protech Roofing by a long-time friend who had their roof recently done. After contacting Charlie, he was able to schedule us quickly and provided everything we needed for our areas’ association requirements.

A couple weeks later and our roof is finished; it looks amazing. We had a soft spot on our roof where there was some water damage and leaking but they were able to repair it. An attached shed was also re-roofed to match the house and it looks great!

Working with them has been a pleasure and Charlie was very professional and prompt on answering any questions or concerns we had.

Protech Roofing & Insulation was referred by CO-HA Builders. They came right out to the home, gave an estimate right away and was scheduled within 2 weeks. The job was done within 2 days, way ahead of scheduled time. They did a phenomenal job with the clean up and now enjoying the new roof!

I had Protech install insulation in my attic. The guys were punctual, professional, and straightforward. No games, no problems. What else could you want?

It was that time again to re-roof the house and if you've ever gone through this, it's not a purchase you want to do! Good thing it doesn't come too often. After a speaking to some friends and family , Protech was highly recommended and the only company we contacted. We made an appointment for an estimate and were so pleased with the service and price, we didn't even think of calling anyone else! Even the choice of color was suggested as we asked for a roof that would be "cooler" than the last one we had. Silver Birch was suggested we gladly took the suggestion.

Two days were scheduled and considering our roof is so large, we were suprised it would be completed so quickly. The work completed was amazing. The workers absolute professionals. Other than the noise they made on the roof from removing the old and installing the new, you would hardly know there were so many of them up there! None of the usual "talk story" you hear when you have workers present. They were absolute "worker bees"! Upon removing the roof they all gathered in the drive way and swept and cleaned up everything. I know when the last time we had the roof done from another company we found dozen's of nails and staples on the ground. Watching them clean the area left us in great confidence that we wouldn't have to worry about nails in our tires.

The second day they put up the new Silver Birch roof so quickly! The house looked fantastic. We immediately could tell the difference in the temperature inside the house as well. It was so much cooler and we were so happy about their suggestion.

We were so pleased with the work Protech did, we even had them comeback and remove and replace all our gutters. It was a one day job and again, professional workers and an excellent job!
