We want to give a shout out to Prospect Builders for the outstanding job they recently did rebuilding our deck. Thank you to Dean and Denise for everything! Thank you to Jeff and Pete for your expertise and worked long hours in the brutal heat and humidity and boy, do we appreciate it! We can't thank them enough for our beautiful deck. The whole Prospect Builders crew was great to work with. My husband I are very pleased and highly recommend them.

I’m leaving this review for my mother. Her house got flooded and they got the job for restoring her house. They told her to go to a reputable plumbing shop to pick out a faucet and they would go pick it up. She liked a Faucet from Moen. She stated that was the model she liked and for some reason they came back with a similar model but it had a base plate that wasn’t there at the shop. They gave her a line that is how they are installed. She didn’t think any thing more about it. Now 13/14 years later; the faucet is broken with the handle detached, She’s gone to the place that she picked it out and told the model # he doesn’t sell and it looks like a shower part and must have been purchased at a Home Depot or knock off place. She went to three different plumbers to get a replacement part and they said they’ve never seen a part like that. Basically, they installed a knock off Moen in her house. Not only that, they said they installed insulation in her house. My grandfather drilled a hole and found there was no insulation in the area that needed it. They had to come back and redo the job. I would seriously not recommend them at all because they lied, installed knockoff parts in the house and lied about their work.

We had a flood in our kitchen requiring extensive restoration of our first floor and finished basement. Prospect Builders did an amazing job with our restoration from soup to nuts. The demolition/abatement team was prompt and through, the Project director Michael was very well organized and helped us negotiate with our insurance company, the office team was very communicative, and every sub-contractor they employed showed up on time and did an excellent job. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work, or their professionalism throughout. These are my people whenever we run into a problem again. It looks better than new.

Prospect Builders was great to work with after our fire. They came out to the house and secured the property within hours of the fire. They were there to answer our questions and helped take some of the stress off of us. When it came time to go over the list of repairs they really listened to us and went above our expectations. All of the staff we met were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend Prospect Builders for your restoration needs. Thanks guys!!!

Having your house deemed a total loss from a fire is so devastating. Prospect Builders was right there to help us from beginning to end. We felt the compassion and genuine concern from the entire team. Highly professional and extremely easy to work with. Our questions and concerns were answered and dealt with promptly. Incredibly professional service from start to finish. I had a Maple tree fall on my house and it caused a significant amount of damage to the roof as well as to the interior of my home. Prospect Builders had the roof replaced and all the interior and exterior work done in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and feel like I have my home back again.

Prospect Builders is a very professional, dedicated and compassionate company. They come into your lives when something major has happened to your home, and they bring you back home from "soup to nuts". I could not have asked for better quality and customer service.

Let me start by saying Thank you! Four months ago was one of the worse days I’ve encountered. My home caught fire while I was out resulting in the loss not only our home but also a loved four legged furry friend name Lucy.

From day one Don and his team at Prospect Builders have been a genuine support. From laborer to the owner everyone was professional, respectful and took the time to treat us with compassion. The team was readily available with any questions we had. They worked diligently and provided us with temporary housing during one of the worse winters on record.

Everything promised from Don and his team have been delivered. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Prospect Builders and their team to anyone. Again thank you for everything!

Problems from day one. They never took ownership of any mistakes made by subcontractors by apologizing on their behalf. It felt like we were working with two separate companies (sub-contractors versus builder). It was definitely not seamless process. Requested an apology from the builder regarding mistakes made on contracted work but the builder refused to give any apology. This company appeared to be juggling too many jobs at once because mistakes were only addressed when we complained loud enough. Move in date estimate by the owners son was three months off (late). After moving back into our new home, a month later there was still work being done on the house. Today after much frustration we complained and the builder finally rushed out to finish some outside work on the house. The siding on the house was left partially completed for about three months until even the neighbors questioned what was going on. Only when we get extremely frustrated do they decide to take action and fulfill their contracted obligations. After signing the initial contract with the owner/builder we never heard from him again unless it had to do with money. Not even one phone call during the rebuild just to say hi and "how are things going"? Also, if you have anything that needs to be placed in storage or needs to be cleaned please note that these expenses may apply to your contents limits on your insurance policy. This company profits from this as they handle storage and (likely outsource) cleaning. Bottom line is make sure you have all the items in the inventory up front. Determine your costs! You may find that the costs associated with cleaning and storage may not be the way to go for smelly and possibly cancerous fire burnt items that you really don't want anyway. If you have a place to store these items you may save a boat load of money. Lastly, stay away from the companies offer of temporary housing, it is cramped. You will be charged for any damage to carpets etc and our son actually got locked in a bathroom for 2 hours due to a faulty door. Live in a house or an apartment or condo! We learned the hard way...the list goes on....
