Property 360 has done a few inspections for me. I have been impressed at their thoroughness. I have felt much more comfortable moving forward with real estate transactions knowing the condition of the properties and being able to share this information with sellers and work with them on price when there are conditions on the property that are going to be a significant expense. In the end, I believe it results in more positive and efficient transactions for me and the seller.

I will not hire or recommend Property360 LLC to anyone again. My problem is not necessarily with the inspection service itself, but with what occurred afterward. I contacted Property360 LLC to get additional information on how they obtained some of the information in the documents they provided, and to ask some additional questions. I was non-confrontational, was asking for information only. The owner's response was extremely aggressive, telling me that I was "defaming" him, and that if I felt I had a claim against him, to "go read" our contract. He never attempted to call me and try to correct any misunderstanding. Anyway, if you use these people, hopefully your inspection goes perfectly and you never have to talk to them again. If you do, however, look out. A company needs to be able to handle things when they aren't perfect, not just when everything goes right. Giving them two stars based on the above.

Both guys were great. They did an excellent inspection. They showed me everything they found that might need repaired now or repaired later. Both were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their report had many pictures that documented everything that I needed. It is nice to be able to hire someone that turns out to be better than expectations.
