A tree fell through the roof of my mother's house after the hurricane in September. Jeff came right out and gave me a very good estimate. He went above and beyond just the roof repair. He contracted drywall repairs to the inside and fixed A dryer vent. He and his staff made the whole process very easy. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend his company.

I need to preface this story by first saying Jada did a very good job on my rental roof at a fair price. After the job was done, a few months later, they sent mini chocolate chip cookies to say they appreciated the business. They were excellent. When they were all gone, I was thinking wish we could get more. I went to the mailbox twenty minutes later and there was another jar of them (true story).

In June 2023, I was kindly referred to JADA Roofing, because I had a client who had a neighbor with a roofing need. When I called JADA Roofing my phone call was immediately picked up and the roofing issue repaired within the first 48 hours. So grateful because I called other companies first, and they couldn't even provide a quote in this timeframe.

JADA Roofing was very easy to work with. They do not employ any hard sell tactics which is a very large plus in my opinion. They were on time and completed the work quickly using quality materials. They are a local family owned business, so you know their reputation is important to them. I definitely would recommend them.

I had damage to my roof. I called JADA to come out to inspect the damage and requested an estimate. They were on time for the appointment and were very courteous and professional. Within 48 hours I had received the pictures that were taken showing the damage.and noticed in one of the pictures that my chimney also needed some repair. I received an estimate on both. The shingles were delivered the same morning that my new roof was going to be put on. Austin was the project manager on site and he and his crew did an outstanding job on my roof. Austin performed the work on my chimney and did an amazing job. The entire job took about two days. The owner came by and introduced himself and asked if I was satisfied with the work. We walked the perimeter of my home and I was very pleased with the workmanship. I highly recommend JADA.

JADA Roofing, LLC reroofed one of my rental properties last week. Working with JADA Roofing on this project was the easiest time I ever had working with a contractor on a project. I received four quotes for the project and JADA Roofing tied with another contractor for the lowest quote. Their estimator (Walker) did a good job listening to what I wanted and is quite knowledgeable. Their office staff (Ashley and Alexis) kept the paperwork straight and arranged for the permit with Clay County. Their roofing crew came onsite early and worked diligently to complete the work in one day. The roofing crew is large enough to handle unforeseen challenges (such as the roof needing more repair work than what was estimated). After the work was completed, they cleaned up the site and I didn't see any old nails or pieces of tar paper in the yard. JADA Roofing also uses trailers to collect the roof waste (instead of a dumpster) which reduces the amount of wear on a driveway.

JADA Roofing, LLC is very professional and really tries to satisfy the customer. It is really quite surprising how hard everyone tries to keep the customer happy. The company owner (Jeff) was onsite to check on the work as it was being done. Their dedication to doing a good job is remarkable. It is a well run company.

This is the second roof I have put on my home, the difference in my first experience and my JADA experience is extremely different. JADA went the extra mile in helping me! The roof installation was flawless, they arrived as scheduled and finished the job in one day. Leaving absolutely nothing behind but a beautiful new roof. Jada roofing is a wonderful company to work with! We needed a new roof due to Hurricane Ian, the owner met with us, told us everything they would do, when the start would be, etc. All was done in a timely manner, plus he (owner) stayed on the job site the whole day! Plus, the office staff is wonderful and easy to work with! It is so nice to call an office these days and actually get a real pleasant person on the line, not play the number games and leave a message! They treat people the old fashioned way and it’s refreshing to say the least. The job is not quite complete, as after the first of the year some of our fascia, soffits and gutters need to be replaced. Highly recommend!

Following hurricane Iain Jeff and his team came out to inspect my roof for the damage done by the winds. He was very communicative and responsive as well as just an overall professional. Jeff even went the extra mile to clean up all of the debris around my property from the storm including tree branches and roofing shingles. Mind you he did all of this when the demand is so extremely high for roofers. He took the extra time to put a complete roof tarp over the house to ensure no further damage was done with rain in the forecast. Other companies just wanted to place a tarp over the most damaged areas. He is a class act and a true professional all the way. I will be using Jeff to install my new roof once the insurance company send the adjuster and I have confirmation of benefits.

Absolute no stress way to roof. From ownership down, I found them very professional, Knowledgeable and Honest! From start to finish nothing but exemplarily workmanship! No hidden fees! I HIGHLY recommend Jada Roofing. They worked with our insurance carrier to replace the roof of our home. Not only were they really professional but, by bringing a large crew, they completed the entire job in less than one workday. They moved all our planters and completely tarped not only our front yard, but also our back, which we especially appreciated as we have two dogs. I reached out to Jada as they had replaced part of the roof on the home I bought and was having trouble with from the previous owners. They said they could come out to give an estimate and would set up a date/time as I requested to be present because there was a tarp on it and wanted to speak with them at the time. A representative showed up to the home the following week while I was at work, without notice or consent, and without contacting me or attempting to. He took advantage of my elderly grandfather (88 years old) who does not speak English very well to let him on the roof. He then removed the tarp that had been placed to secure the leak which was very expensive to install. When I called to discuss this the owner Dawn Mcarthy became terse with me and repeatedly said "well what do you want?" .. Not once did she apologize and made it appear that it was actually my fault and that I should have expected someone to come at any time. She hung up the phone on me at the end of the conversation. When I called back to receive info. on the company lawyer that she said I could contact she didn't want to provide her last name and said "well it's on my email".... My roof is still leaking and I have not been able to secure the tarp as it was put on. This company did something illegal as entering property without consent of the homeowner and moving property makes them liable. I would use this company with caution. Furthermore, there has been a lot of issues with the roof they installed on my home in 2018.

I asked for a roof inspection as there was a spot on my ceiling where a leak was evident. Made a phone call and requested an inspection. Austin completed his inspected and set up for repair promptly. Squirrels had done damage to the boots. Austin replaced the boots, shingles and included squirrel guards. When it comes time for a new roof- I will definitely be calling Jada for replacement. My insurance provider chose Jada to do a roof replacement for me due to some storm damage. This was my first time having roof work done. Having heard horror stories from friends and family about their recent experiences with other contractors I wasn’t sure what to expect. Also seeing neighbors with with packs of shingles on their roof for a week or so, dumpsters sitting in their driveway for several days and tarps on their roof while the work was in progress for a couple days was not something we looked forward to. But Jada was amazing. They showed up first thing in the morning with shingles and trailer for the debris, as promised. They had the whole thing completed, cleaned up and were gone by 5:00pm. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for roofing work. Thanks again!

This is the second roof replaced by Jada Roofing. The prices are competitive and the service is professional, responsive, and on time. They had to replace some wood on the roof and they provided pictures for me to see the damage and replacement wood used. They came when they said they would and cleaned up the yard after they finished. The office staff helped with the required paper work via email. This was not an insurance paid job so I did appreciate the reasonable price and repeat customer discount. Consider at least asking for a quote from this company. You will be pleased with the service.
