My dryer exhaust stack in the attic came loose, called covenant and they sent someone same day and fixed the issue and made sure it was properly done and was very respectfully courteous.

I am so happy with my roof. The staff were all very nice. They did a Great job I them thumbs up I’m so happy

The company was excellent. Ben was great from beginning to end. The job was completed on schedule as Ben stipulated. If ever put on another roof, I would call Ben and Covenant.

Brandon was our Sales person explained all options on what we can do. Considering roofs are not cheap nowadays.
We were placed on the schedule and in no time we had a crew here. It only took one day for them to place the roof on our home. Austin was in charge of our crew and he did an awesome job handling all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend covenant roofing. Very professional and they offer great shingles.

I felt very comfortable with the sales agent Hunter Mai. He made my decision to go forward with his expertise and knowledge of my needs. I was also impressed with Antonio Hildago the foreman of the crew. He kept me updated on the progress of the project. They both were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Covenant Roofing. High quality in materials used.

We shopped & interviewed 6 different roofing companies in the Jacksonville area over a 2 week period. 4 out of the 6 were not even considered do to poor sales pitch, pricing, type & quality of materials, etc. One of the 2 companies was the lowest price but materials they offered were cheaply manufactured & they used sub-contractors. So we went with Covenant Roofing even though the were not the cheapest price. Sales Rep Ben S. had the best detailed sales presentation, showed us types of materials they highly recommend with the longest life and best warranty in the industry. They have use there full time employees as there roof installers not contractors. We could not believe how fast the replaced our roof in 1 day complete. There Crew arrived at 6:30am worked until 8:30pm same day and cleaned up all old materials. Roof looks great, I would highly recommend Covenant Roofing to anyone needing a roof.

Was so impressed with Cody the young man who gave me a quote and made financing available. Was impressed the work and quality of work. The young man Austin that was overseeing the job very polite and kept me informed and showed me pictures as the work progressed. They called the day before said would be here at 7:30am his crew showed up at 7:15 started prepping around the house then started working. Austin did not leave the job until all clean uo was done. Great job

Covenant roofing is awesome. They requested a permit and received the permit quickly. All of the roofing team where respectful, showed us the damaged wood and how they are going to repair it. They were excellent in cleaning up and making sure everything looked okay.

The team at covenant was responsive and professional. Even after a couple of months of delay, not their fault, they stuck with the price. After I had paid them in full, we noticed a couple of little issues and they promptly came back out and corrected them.

Covenant just completed our roof replacement and I cannot say enough good things about them. Cody (our sales rep) is now a friend. Our project manager (Allan) was incredibly professional, friendly, and in constant contact throughout the process. Great communication, incredible workmanship and warranty, quality materials and a clean, respectful, and polite crew. We went with the screwed in metal roof, but with the 40 year warranty on the metal, the genius screw design which means we won't have to worry about replacing them for 18 years, the 15 year warranty that covers ANY issues, and a price similar to most shingle roofs, I am so happy with my roof! They also do shingles if that's what you want. I am so happy with them!!

I was very satisfied with Covenant . They came at 7:00 in the morning and by 4:00 in the afternoon they were completely finished. The crew worked very well as a team and when the job was finished it rained but that did not stop them from cleaning up without rushing. Nothing stayed on our property once the job was finished.

From talking with Bryan from sales and then Adrian with the field crew everything just flowed. There were a couple of issues but as soon as I pointed them out Adrian and Brian jumped all over them and handled them quickly. I will be telling anyone I know looking to get a roof done to talk to them. Very happy customer.

From my first encounter with Hunter when he came over to do the estimate I felt b that he really wanted me to understand the estimate. He took numerous pictures and explained them all to me so that I felt I had enough information to make an informed decision. Octavius ran the crew that tore off the old roof, put on a new roof, did a different ventilation system and replaced skylights. This was all accomplished in 1 day...wow. Communication between everyone was great. I also knew if I had questions all I had to do was call. This made this project so much easier for me. I would recomend Convenant for your next roofing job. I was also pleased that they were licensed, bonded and had an A standing with the BBB.

The time had come to replace the roof of our home. We interviewed 3 roofing companies, all with 4.5+ ratings on Google.

All 3 provided quotes that contained materials and warranties that allowed us to fee we were doing an apples to apples to apples comparison. The difference in pricing between the 3 was approximately $1000.

Why did we pick Covenant Roofing you ask? One part was Brandon. During his visit to our home he answered pretty much all of our questions before we asked them. He covered the products used and why, the warranties, Covenant's insurance coverage, the project plan, etc., etc.

Second part. The whole process was seamless and 0 stress for us. We have solar panels on our home. Covenant worked with the company that installed the panels for the scheduling of their removal and then their re-installation. All we had to do was approve the dates/times of their removal and installation. Covenant handled the permitting and subsequent inspection process. All we had to do was read emails, approve times/dates for all the roof replacement steps, and, of course, pay for the work.

I have absolutely no hesitation in referring Covenant to anyone for their roofing needs. You will not only not be disappointed in your decision to use Covenant Roofing, but will be happy about it.

And for those who are concerned about finding nails and such around your yard after the work is completed, rest easy. This is important to us as we have 3 dogs roaming our back yard. We very diligently walked our yard looking for nails and other refuse. We found 1 nail in the side yard, away from our dogs and no other refuse. I'll take that every day.

Met with our salesman Ben and 3 weeks later, we had a beautiful new roof! Crew was quick and cleaned up very well. We had other options but I’m glad we made the decision to go with Covenant Roofing! They do business with local businesses (like mine) and we love helping each other out. The communication with the project manager Roscoe was amazing. Would recommend them to my momma and everyone!

Covenant Roofing did a great job! Good products, installed professionally, and cleaned up everything perfectly. I highly recommend these guys.

We wanted to love this company. However, they fell extremely short. Chris was nice during the estimate. He informed us that he had a parent just pass, and that is absolutely terrible. Our thoughts go to him. Again, however, he wrote up an entire contract with start dates. Ran our credit, and then ghosted. We found out via post weeks later that we had been denied. We reached out, and he asked if we could "put any money down for the owner..." We told him we couldn't, and again he said he'd return our call that night. And has ghosted again. Their website is extremely misleading. They claim all sorts of in house, and outside financing. That is not true. If you can't throw money at them before they leave the estimate? You'll never see them again. So here we sit, with a leaking roof. With cut down trees per Chris's instructions for the roof install. Annnnnddd no roof. No date. No call/text back. Really bad service overall. We will be contacting another company with hopefully a better outlook on customer service.

The company was great, using good quality materials and processes and I feel very confident for the installation integrity. The crew was hard working, moving in a professional pace to not rush or cut corners. Dustin, our final walk through consultant, was a pleasure and helped us understand the findings, remedies, and final cost. Thanks to the whole team!

Covenant did an excellent job on my new roof. It looks great and lots of flashing. I had to pay for some wood but expected that due to age of home. i haven’t found one nail yet as they do a great job cleaning up.My sales guy did a great job explaining all and has been patient with my mortgage co on
payment. Really great experience.Rosco went over and above when i asked him to do something extra. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! I’m very happy with everything!

First off the trailer to dump the waste in came about 1pm by then my yard had old roof all over the ground then the trailer was in my driveway the whole weekend . Fri -Mon I couldn’t get my car out of the garage . I called and left messages nobody came out Then they wanted to put blame on me saying we should’ve moved it earlier. Till this day I’m still picking up nails it was like pulling teeth to get them to come down on the price. They replaced both skylights but didn’t clean the trash out the skylights. So no I will not recommend them to anyone

They showed up on time ,7:55am Started at 8:00am, didn't take a brake till 1:00pm and back to work at 1:20pm. Then worked till finished at 6:00pm. I had the pleasure of allowing Covenant Roofing to install a new roof. From start to finish the team was very professional. They showed me materials and took patience to educate me on each step in installing the roof. They were prompt in scheduling me and arrived at the time given to me. Covenant replaced my roof and my wife and I are quite pleased with th results. We had a several week delay due to timing of approval from my HOA(strongly encourage getting that taken care of early in the process). Covenant was quite timely, professional and thorough. The quoted price did not change and was reasonable. I recommend using this company for roofing or other construction needs that they can provide.

The company agreed to replace a section the cornice fascia and soffit in the same to match the existing fascia and soffit. They did not install the fascia correctly and made the excuse that they didn't normally do soffit and fascia. This did not stop them from charging at the very top end of the price range to do this small 900 sqft shed style porch roof ($7234.00). I asked the "project manager" who dropped of his crew if they had their work visa's or the equivalent of a I-551 documentation and he said he did not know and would have to use his phone translator to speak with them. I give this company a 2 instead only because the roof has not been tested by Florida's hurricane season.

I had Covenant install a new tpo roof on my mobile home after Hurricane Milton damaged my metal roof. While I think the cost was a bit on the high side, I'm happy with the new roof. All the workers except 1 & the project manager did not speak english, they were very fast workers. They had my new roof done in one day. My only negative thought is to get the cost a little more reasonable

Covenant did an amazing job on my roof. The crew showed up around 7am and left just before dark. Some of the hardest workibg folks I've ever seen. The next day they came in to do a few more things and were done around 11am.

Although the roof was completed, the Comment that Mike made to me was disrespectful and unprofessional, and I did not appreciate it. However, Steve was the saving grace for your company. He was sincerely apologetic, professional and respectful. He should get a raise for what he has to go through cleaning up other members of your company’s mess.

After contacting them for an estimate, I met with the sales person at my residence. We chatted about what was needed to replace my original roof. One thing I was unhappy with, there were two different contracts written. The first one included financing through Covenant. But I did not qualify through their lender, Another contract was written because they were not getting the kickback through their lender to help lower the price quoted. I ended up obtaining my own financing, so the price was slightly higher. Overall, the experience was good. The work was done very well and passed all inspections. They took care to protect and clean up the property after the work was complete. They were slow to remove the construction trailer. Overall, I would recommend them.

I noticed water stains on the ceiling in two rooms. I called Covenant Roofing, within 3 hours the roofing tech was here looking for the leak.

Roof was done good, company and sells charged me more than $2000 over what lumber cost, I felled to read contract because salesman told me lumber was included in original price, I signed were he told me, turns out they charged me$120 a sheet for plywood, Home Depot sells it for under $40, $9 for running ft for boards Home Depot sells for under $1. Again roof is very good not sure I’ll ever use company again

Covenant my roof installed 2.5 years ago and every time it rains hard the roof leaks into my kitchen. They have been out to my house many times and tried to fix it but have been unable to solve the problem. Fortunately, my cabinets are old, but I would like to update them but am afraid to spend money on new ones just to see them ruined. I hate to give bad reviews, but this has gone on way too long. I paid for the best roofing option they offered and am very disappointed.
