I called early in the week and they were able to accommodate something for later that same week. The inspector was knowledgable and honest about everything. He even took the time to answer any and all questions we had. We had the inspection report the next day, which was thorough and easy to understand. Would highly recommend!

I'm glad that I hired them for my inspections. Carlos was very polite and very profesional. He explained everything very well and was always available to answer any questions after he left. I'm happy that when I needed their services it only took a day to show up. I hired them for two diferente inspections. I would not excítate to use their service again in the future.

Carlos is VERY detailed oriented. When having an inspection finding out the hood the bad the ugly is the only way to purchase. Never purchase a house without some one like Carlos. He was hands down the best at his job.

Carlos was amazing! He came through with very short notice on our end and accommodated us the next day. He showed up an hour early to view the outside and roof of our property.
