We have been working with John, Kelly and Kalob from Proper Home Maintenance before and after we moved into our new home over the past year. They have been extremely helpful and supportive of us each time they came. The first time they came, we were still living out of state, however we wanted to set some handicapped grab bars in our bathrooms, storage shelving in our basement and to help with other miscellaneous jobs. They were superb! We set up a time for them to come right after we moved in, and they hung over 30 paintings for us in a few hours along with several other odd jobs that came up. Since then they have been here at least 2 or 3 times completing long lists of "to do things" for us, and each time they were so professional and just a joy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone!

We called Rob and his team to do some general handyman work at our house.

We have used handy-people before and they always struck us as people who ran out of honey-do lists of their own, not professionals.

Our experience was with Proper Home Maintenance was completely different. Their friendly handy-people arrived on time (early), began working almost immediately, finished and cleaned up quickly. On top of that, the quality of their work was fantastic!

We have already started compiling a list for their next visit.
