We’ve used JK Exteriors twice in the span of 5 years (once to replace a roof at our old house, and now to replace a roof at our current house). I cannot speak better about them! Communication was great, if I had questions they were answered immediately, and the team was quick to get the roof installed. Highly highly recommend!

I can't rate on the quality of work, but their customer service needs a lot of improvement. Future customers, beware. I have since moved on to find a company that wants the work, but beware if you're considering this company they will make false promises to you and will only follow-up if you contact them over and over again. Who has time for that? And, I'm sure someone may respond from the company with some fake apology and what not, but future customers beware. Oh, and they tried to cover up their lack of returning my calls by telling me that they did call me to let me know they were busy and someone would call me back in 2 business days. 4 business days later, I'm calling you all to be told the same thing. Ridiculous and such a waste of my time.

I know how busy roofing companies are with the recent storms, but to be lied to and made promises that never happened is unacceptable. I was told someone would call me in a few days. 1 week later and me calling 3+ more times and then posting to their Facebook page, I got a call. I was told that they would come out the following week to assess the roof. Great, except that has never happened. The following week, I get a message from said person that he received my insurance estimate via email and that he was on a family trip and will contact me when he is back. Um, you told me last week you would be out here this week to see my roof?!?! I appreciate family time and respect that, but you knew you were taking a vacation so why did you tell me you would be out here during your vacation? Have I heard from your company since that last message? Nope. Never again JK Exteriors.

JK Exteriors did a great job today evaluating my house in Webster Groves following the hail that came through this weekend. Jason was out within 24 hours, walked the roof, took drone footage, and ultimately concluded that there wasn’t enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find, and while they aren’t fixing my roof now, they definitely will be in the future. 5 stars!

Josh and the entire JK Exteriors Staff were very professional and were great to work with. We had major hail damage to the roof, gutters, siding, windows and had to make a insurance clam. Josh fixed up the whole house and gave us some guidance through the entire insurance processed and now the house looks new. (5 star plus)

We used JK exteriors for our roof, siding and gutters. We had a great experience from start to finish. Josh was up front and honest with, no trying to over sell or talk you into something you don't want. We had bad wood that needed to be replaced on the roof and we were told immediately with pictures. The crew was great as well. They worked hard and quickly, and cleaned up their construction trash. Besides the house looking like new you would have never known they had been there. We will use them in the future for our next projects.

In July of 2021 I contracted JK Exteriors to replace gutters on my house. The contract included the standard clause about finding and replacing bad facia boards at an additional cost. At that time my salesman, Josh Tabor, said jokingly that they probably wouldn't find any bad wood because it would slow the job down. I have tried to meet with my salesperson a few different times but have been blown off because of "bigger issues". One of the gutters is loose, one is missing attaching screws, one is attached to the most rotted piece of wood I have seen on a house. It appears that the best "shortcut" was to just add a bunch of self-tapping screws to the back of the gutter to make it stay in place. I would have gladly held my end of the bargain and paid the extra money for replacing the rotted wood.
P.S. It has been a year since the last time my salesperson said he was going to meet with me to address the issues.

The entire process of getting a new roof took less than a week The crew that came over was professional and took great care in their work. I would definitely recommend.

We had 2 other estimates and this was by far cheaper. Destin and Josh kept in touch with me during the installation and sent pictures of the roof damage that would need repaired. The installers were very polite and on time and very thorough, even on clean up. I could not be happier.

We engaged JK Exteriors when we needed a new roof. Found them from an ad they left on our doorknob a few weeks earlier. First time I've ever got a new roof and we were truly overjoyed with our salesman, Josh, and his team. What a pleasure to work with! Josh was totally up front about all aspects of getting a new roof and he coordinated with our insurance company flawlessly. The entire process went exactly as he described it would and the final prices was even a little less than we expected. Although I'm no expert in roofing, it was obvious that JK, as a standard, gave us more features and better materials than I think we would have gotten anyplace else. Seriously! Drip edge all around the house! Super-upgraded "felt" (actually a more advanced material) at no extra charge. He didn't try to sell us upgraded shingles and knew exactly what color was best for our home. From the day Josh first stopped by to talk until the job was finished was less than three weeks - I was afraid we'd be "on a list" and it might take several months for them to get to us. Not at all. The JK roofing team gave us a high-quality installation and there was literally no mess to clean up after they left. I hope this doesn't sound like an "ad" as I am sincerely grateful to Josh and JK for giving us a fantastic experience (which I was originally freaked out about before talking to JK). My roof was 20+ years old and needed replacement, along with the gutters and downspouts. I received 4 bids for the work. I'm really glad I chose JK Exteriors. Josh at JK worked with me through the whole process from beginning to end was extremely helpful and communicative about each step. He didn't try to sell me on an insurance replacement scheme, which a couple of the other companies did even though I knew it was a waste of time.

Josh spent a lot of time at the initial inspection going over the roof. He put together the itemized estimate right there and spent the time to go through it with me line by line so I was comfortable.

The guys showed up to do the roof two weeks later right on schedule and completed the work the same day. The gutter guys showed up shortly after that and completed their work, again right on schedule. Josh communicated with me the whole way to make sure I was aware of exactly what was happening and when.

The the project was finished right on schedule and right on budget. It looks great. We are very happy with the finished product. I highly recommend Josh and the JK Exteriors team for any exterior project that anybody might need done.

We recently had some siding damaged by hail replaced by JK Exteriors. What a great experience from start to finish. Jason gave us a very competitive bid and truly went out of his way to find siding that would match our existing siding at a reasonable cost, which was not an easy job since our existing siding is over 20 years old. Jk exteriors are the best!! We were in a bind trying to get our deck repiared before we could get an occupancy permit to move in to our home. We contacted 5 different companies and Jk exteriors was the only one who responded and said they would fit us in. They came out to see what needed to be done and quoted a price that would guarantee it would be ready for inspection. When they came onsite, they had to replace almost the entire deck (which was FAR more than we originally thought). They kept the quoted price even though they did a lot more work. As first time home buyers, I couldnt have asked for a better company for our first experience with a contractor at our very own home. Jk exteriors were so friendly, professional, and punctual. We had JK Exteriors replace the roof of our home. We had just moved into the house last fall (2020) and knew the roof needed replacing soon. We solicited several bids, and JK came in with a very competitive price. I liked the detail provided in their proposal, as well as having a technician available to come to the house to explain everything included in the bid. One of my concerns was the time of year, as it was winter when we were shopping for a contractor. I didn't want the roof installed if it was too cold because cold shingles can crack and edges fail to adhere properly. They assured me they would only install on days when the temperature was to reach near 50 degrees F, and were willing to add it to the contract.

The weather in late winter and early spring was not ideal. Josh from JK kept me up to date on the status of our project and was always available to quickly answer questions. When the weather did warm there were many days of rain. The job was originally scheduled to take 2 days, but there were few consecutive rain-free days forecasted. JK brought in an expanded crew to ensure they could complete the job in a single day. JK even sent letters to our neighbors to let them know they would be working on our house and provided contact information should they find shingles or debris from the job blown into their yard. The neighbors were very appreciative and impressed by this gesture. They also commented on how quickly the job was completed and how nicely it looked when finished.

JK performed all of the work per specification and with excellent quality workmanship and materials. The workers were considerate and professional in their manners. The only issue we had was that I forgot to move a decorative plaque from the flower garden by the house. The workers covered it with their tarp and apparently stepped on it, breaking it. JK noticed it was broken when picking up their tarps, and promptly offered to pay for it. Very classy that they would step up like that. I wouldn't hesitate to use JK Exteriors again and highly recommend them based on our experience.

J&K Exteriors were the most professional company that I have hired. Josh and Jason helped me with the insurance company, stayed in contact with me and let me know everything that was going on. Jason came to my house a couple of times and took pictures for the insurance company and to go over the estimate and process. It went like clockwork. In one day I had a great looking new roof 22 Sq. and my shed done also. Jason also sent me pictures of the roof that he took with a drone very nice pictures showing how straight the roof was and the ridge vent . Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great company and great work. We had full siding, fascia and soffit installed. Josh is very friendly and professional, and was always checking in and updating us. We are very happy with the work done, and plan to use them again for our future needs.

We had a tree hit our home and while the repair took longer than we expected, we had to take into account Covid and lack of supplies/ship time for what was needed. We had a large project of replacing roof, drywall, re doing electrical, new garage door, new fence and even a new mailbox. Josh was our project manager and was so helpful along the way. He explained in great detail things that I didn’t understand. I trusted Josh and he kept his word on everything that was completed. The end product is truly beautiful and I could not be more pleased with this company.

Jason came to my house and put a drone over the entire roof to show me the problems and then presented to me their proposal for replacement. Since I had a leak into the house they arranged for the work to be done ASAP. The team worked tirelessly and completed the work with great results. JK Exteriors just completed my roof replacement in a very professional manner from the field representative (Josh) to the entire installation team. The job was completed within a week of my selection of this company over 5 other bids for the job. Their estimate was very competitive with other bids and provided excellent value and quality materials for the task. The crew arrived promptly at 6:15 am and completed the job in one day despite two short rain showers causing minor delays. When they left you could not tell that they had been here other than my beautiful new shingled roof ( a superior clean up). The quality of the workmanship was superb and my hats off to the installation crew.
