Promontory Roofing

Buyer beware!!! I went with them because of the reviews, but we have been unhappy most of the process. Once he got half the money, everything when down from there. Took almost a year to get the roof done. Months in-between work being done. Quality of work wasn't the best. Trying to reach Alex is almost impossible. He never answers the phone and weeks before replying to text messages. He said there were more items the insurance company didn't have listed that would make it much cheaper, but now he claims it is right and I have to pay an extra $4,000. Broken promises.

We are so impressed with Promontory Roofing!! Alex was very friendly and was on top of the job from beginning to end. The crew, he sent, was absolutely amazing!! They were so efficient and worked quickly as a team. They were able to complete the job in less than 2 days! Plus we did not even find a trace of old shingles or nails in our yard. We have recommended Promontory Roofing to several of our neighbors and friends. They are a pleasure to work with and we would do business again with them in a heartbeat!!

Alex was super helpful with home insurance info and spent lots of time explaining everything to us. I feel confident he will answer any further questions we have as well.
