John and the crew came and secured my bushes, patio, and flower beds to prevent debris and damage. Their netting did an amazing job shielding the ground. They were a well oiled machine getting the dumpster on site and finishing the removal, and new roof restoration in less than 8hours total. Their crew worked together as a team moving materials and equipment to get the job done. Great experience and highly recommend checking them out.

Doug, Carla, and the entire Promise Land team did an excellent job repairing the hail damage to my home. Doug even suggested upgrading to Class 3 shingles instead of the basic ones, which will go a long way in preventing the need for replacements and ensuring durability for many years. They did an outstanding job. They are honest, trustworthy people, and I highly recommend them.

This company is the best. I met with Shay today, not only is she honest but she is great at her job. Shay came by to do an inspection on my roof after a recent hail storm. Doug the owner also stopped by to do the inspection with Shay. They are probably the most honest company that I have encountered here in Texas. While I didn’t need a roof replacement this time, I will definitely be calling them when the next inevitable hail storm does its damage.

Promised Land replaced our 15-year-old roof and gutters with a Class 4 hail-resistant roof system, and they did an outstanding job. Doug guided us through the entire process, including the insurance claims process, which was a huge help to us. He and his team were always available to provide quick answers to any of our questions or needs throughout this process. The crews took great care to protect our property during the entire process. Met Leo at a gas station today after I pulled over with a flat. I couldn’t find my jack but he pulled over to help and lent me his. Left me his card in case I needed to call. You don’t find many people who will stop in this heat to help. When I need a roof, he’s definitely the dude I’m gonna call!

Leo Moreno was a God sent. Although I met Leo after I received my new roof, he provided a visual/ drone inspection and helped me understand the claim estimate and items paid but didn’t receive. I am still working with my roofer and it’s been a challenge having to micro manage my roofer. Leo has been giving me a great deal of information and helping me through the wrap up process. Doug and his team replaced our roof and did some siding restoration. They were very responsive and communicated well during the whole process. He was quick to answer questions. The new roof has withstood multiple hail storms without any damage due to the high grade roof materials they use.

Fantastic communication, workmanship and follow through. These guys put in over 200’ of brand new 8 foot cedar fencing - and we couldn’t be happier. They communicated through every process and made sure the project was 100% complete and satisfactory before the full payment. I will be doing business with them in the future.

Doug came to check out a leak stain on my ceiling. He went into the attic and found the insulation around my air conditioning lines had been chewed off by mice. He was able to diagnose the problem that two other companies could not find, within 20 mins. He will now be my lead for all home restoration projects!

I recently used Promised Land Restoration for the repair of my roof following a hailstorm. I have been so pleased with them from start to finish! Everything was explained in detail, and they worked directly with the insurance company to make sure that the claim payment covered everything that needed to be done. In addition, I have solar panels and they worked with the solar company to coordinate and removal and reinstallation of the panels. I also had them replace the rotting wood on my chimney, and the subcontractor they used for this was extremely professional and did an excellent job. Living in North Texas, I know this won’t be the last time my roo has to be replaced due to hail damage - I will be coming back to Promised Land for the next repair!

The people he has working for him are on time and do exactly what they say they are going to do. The quality of the workmanship and the products he uses are top notch. He has taken care of several homes in our community and everyone that he has done work for have been extremely satisfied. Update… This is an amazing company to work with. They have been so helpful. I was able to ask them to come back out to put shingles on the shed (hoa requires matching) for a very reasonable price. I really am grateful to the entire Promiseland team for their outstanding customer service.

The whole team is amazing to work with. They helped me navigate through the perils of homeowners insurance claims. The work they did on the house was amazing. All the people they had come to my house knew what they were doing and got in and got it done.

We used Promised Land Restoration to paint, replace the flooring, and do odd jobs like fixing a running toilet. We met with Carla and were extremely happy and felt we were in good hands since the owner lived in the neighborhood where we used to live. We were wrong!
We hired them in November but did not get a resolution to everything until March. 1) The job took longer than we were told; 2) jobs we had paid for were not being completed, and we had to follow up to get them done constantly; 3) after they had completed everything, they left a mess and garbage in our garage and yet again we had to follow up to have come back and haul it away; 4) they said they fixed the toilet, but they made it worse and would not warranty the work and fix it correctly.
We had to hire another professional to fix the toilet. When we told Carla, she said they would reimburse us for that cost. Weeks later and numerous follow-ups later with excuses, we still had not received the reimbursement. The company had already been paid in full, and as we had moved out of state, they did not care if they did right by us or not.
We posted about this issue a neighborhood Facebook group to warn neighbors, and only then did the owner offer to reimburse the funds if the post was removed. We agreed, but then he started lying about us and the situation. Be careful when dealing with this company.

We had a leak in our ceiling that was caused by hail damage to our roof. I contacted Promiseland to get an idea of what the process is and Doug came over within 15 minutes on a weekend. He got in the attic found the source, tarped the roof and explained the process. I filed a claim with insurance and he was there the moment inspector arrived and throughout the process.
We loved the partnership that we decided to also contract them to paint our exterior. They did top notch work, house looks amazing and the teams that were here were super professional.

Promised Land is a family owned business. They covered my garden on a Friday, and on Sat about 15 guys were on our roof. Our 3,800 sf home roof was done and cleaned up by Sat evening. AMAZING. Great job, quality product, and most of all, exceptionally attentive people wanting to do a great job - which they did.

We had all brand new windows installed. Doug and his team are true professionals! We are so impressed with how good of a job they did. We have been home owner’s since 2005. I’ve lived in Texas, specifically the DFW area for 42 years. We’ve always had inclement weather, but these last few years I’ve noticed a drastic change in weather especially HAIL! Promise Land Restoration did an amazing job on our home. They came for a simple roof check and siding repair and noticed we had significant damage from a storm a year prior. Doug was amazing at helping us process everything with our insurance and making sure all of our repairs were covered. We saved so much (getting items covered by insurance) we were able to make some cosmetic repairs to doors and help complete our home repairs. We even changed our timeline when we ended up needing to list our home due to a job relocation and they stepped up! They completed everything ahead of time and EVERYTHING passed our home inspections beautifully. Cannot say enough great things about this family owned company.

Never have I worked with a contractor where the job was done on time and right, until I chose PLR to finish out my rain gutters. The quote was fair and the results were great. They were able to get both stories of the house done and even color matched with what the our builder had already done to the house. The entire job was done in one day while I was at work and I literally couldn’t tell they were ever there.
