Proliance has given us great service from the initial visit to our house regarding a new roof and to the very end.our roof is beautiful and lots of people have driven by to see the roof. People have asked us who did your roof and I gladly tell them my experience with the company and the wonderful experience we had with them. I passed all my cards out to people. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable about the company and the services they offered. I have to give a shout out to Rasheed. He was our first contact with the company, explained everything and was with us to the very end. If it wasn't for him, we would not have heard about Proliance. We could always call him with a question or anything and if he didn't know the answer, he would find out and get back to us right away. The contractors that came and did our roof were very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and would answer any questions we had. Great experience from start to finish. I even had them do my brother's roof on the garage and house. In our neighborhood, quite a few houses have been done by Proliance and even my brother's next door neighbor is going to get her roof done.
