Proformance Painting

I needed pressure washing of stamped concrete and a wooden bridge, sealing of concrete and applying stain/sealer to the complicated wooden bridge structure. I had never used Proformance but when the owner (Mark) showed up to discuss the job, I knew I had an experienced professional in my midst. We discussed my requirements and my preference for products involved. Based on his experience, he recommended process improvements that he would apply to prevent damage to property and to ensure exceptional results.
The Proformance estimate was received and summarized project steps with the associated cost, schedule, who provides what materials, proof of insurance, and contractor licensing information.
The project was executed and accommodated my scheduling needs. Work was excellent, cleanup complete, and Mark was courteous and accommodating to all.
