Profile Roofing has been the absolute best trade I have had at my home. They were timely and efficient, their employees were courtesy and professional. The attention to detail and cleanliness was superior. They were able to get to us quickly and finished the job promptly. I won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. In a world where you just don't expect any service company to go above and beyond, these folks do! I am over the moon happy with my new roof! It is beautiful and now I can sleep at night knowing my home is well protected. Great job Profile Roofing, it has been truly a pleasure!

Surprised that Brett Mortensen from Profile Roofing was willing to investigate a minor leak in the middle of a thunderstorm at night during the construction phase. He has since helped me with billing paperwork and even cleaned my gutters. One of the few that cares - really respect his commitment and humility. I'm a hyper-critical jerk and have nothing negative to report.

Dave and Brett and the crew were amazing! They reroofed my house on the hottest days this summer! They fixed a couple of issues and went above and beyond. Very prompt, courteous and professional service from the whole team! The crew cleaned up the yard of debris and nails each day taking care to leave things as they found them! Outstanding company if you want your roof done right!

Profile Roofing gave us a date to do our roof. They had shingles & debris trailer in place prior to their crew arriving. Crew arrived on time. The whole crew worked extremely hard & well together. At the end of the day, they policed our yard, deck for debris and nails. Super well done job.

Great work! Scheduled to do the work, but came early to avoid a storm coming and was done before the rain came! Great clean up and left the yard in good shape.

Dave and Brett and their crew were fabulous to work with. They got our roof done in two days; complete tear-off, new roof and new roof vents. Dave even came out twice before we had the roof replaced to mitigate some water leaks that we were having during the snow storms. They were super conscious of the weather during our stormy spring. The crew was very good about clean up each day, we found very little in our yard when they were done for the day. Everyone was on time, had the right materials and did a fabulous job. I work in the construction industry and know that these qualities are not always true for all contractors. A+ job, our roof looks fabulous. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. We recently had our roof replaced and are beyond grateful for the team at Profile Roofing. The owner was very responsive, and he went the extra mile to answer our questions and come meet with us personally to explain the different options he had to offer. He was kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. His crew was simply the best. They worked hard to make sure our new roof was installed properly, and we especially appreciated the fact that they spent time at the end of each day to pick up each nail and piece of garbage. With a small baby and three dogs at home, this gave us peace of mind for them to go outside. The crew did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you again!

They showed up when they said they would, their cost estimate was accurate, and they were very responsive and accountable when there were some hiccups with the city inspection. Syracuse City said that Profile Roofing had no permit even though they did, so the city didn't do the inspection until after installation and Profile Roofing was as accommodating as could be for that. They came out and lifted some shingles to show the vapor barrier and everything was as required or better. They didn't push for payment whatsoever and encouraged me to make sure everything was square with the city before even writing the check. I only wish they had some way to pay online but getting a counter check and mailing it was only a minor inconvenience.

Just had my roof redone from Profile Roofing and it looks amazing! I highly recommend giving them a call! Dave was so hands on making sure everything was taken care of and went over and above helping me with my insurance company that was being stubborn! Every person I dealt with was wonderful and they worked quick and hard to make sure the roof was complete before a storm was suppose to hit! Done from start to finish in just over 2 days! I wish every company had customer service like them!! Give them a call, you won’t regret it!

Dave and Profile Roofing went out of their way to help us. Dave was on our roof the night before rain to make sure things were dried in. Then the crew completed efficiently and effectively a quality shingle job. Good communication. Quality work. Attention to detail. Respectful consideration for the customer.

I was given a fair price and i received pictures of the storm damage along with my very fair bid. The repairman was very professional, on-!me and worked quickly. Great communication and. I am coming back soon for more wind damage !

Our roof had a leak on the pipe vent flashing. The neighbor noticed the problem when he was on his roof, and we finally realized it was likely the cause of the small water stains on the ceiling. Profile Roofing came out and replaced the flashing, then took the time to inspect another pipe vent flashing on the other side of the house and replaced that and also caulked the electric pole boot!! That was going above and beyond! The one that repaired it had stopped by our house to inspect it only (on his way home) but then took the time to fix it. That tells me that they care about their customers. That is the type of service that we value most!

I would recommend Profile Roofing to my best friend! The job was done very professionally. They were fast, respectful and kept my yard very clean. My roof looks beautiful. I would definitely use them again.

I am not a review writer... but after my experience with Dave Holmes and Profile Roofing, I must praise this man and his company! I was referred to Dave and Profile by a construction friend that is unbelievably critical and picky! This friend said Dave was the best and he was right in every aspect! Profile Roofing tore off the old shingles, and put down new synthetic felt and ice and water shield. On top of that they laid down a CertainTeed shingle with a lifetime warrantee. New metal flashing was also installed. They were fast, accurate, careful, kind and respectful. They cleaned up at the end of each work day and made sure to fill me in on how the job was going. Not only did I get an excellent and beautiful new roof, I have made a new friend. I highly recommend Dave and his roofers at Profile Roofing.

Outstanding job by Dave and his crew. Roof looks terrific. Entire roof replaced after September storm damage. Crews worked super hard and clean up was amazing. We had extensive debris from the replacement and the crew left our place spotless. Highly recommend.

Dave and Profile Roofing were outstanding! I live outside Utah, but the roof on my home in Kaysville was damaged by the big wind storm. Dave sent a team to do emergency tarping and then communicated directly with me every step of the way until the full repair was completed. This included working around several crazy requests from my insurance company. Finally, Dave backed up the work and made sure everything was perfect. Very professional! I highly recommend them.

Brett, Dave and their crew are the best. The workmanship was AAAA+++++ quality and spot on; and pricing was more than fair!!! They came in and completed the work in less than two days, just as promised. Crew was very respectful to my needs, Brett worked with me getting what I needed for my insurance company. Have to add, had the new metal roof thru the snow and it slid off for the first time in 16 years. No shoveling it off. My old corrugated roof never did that! Thanks again Brett and Dave, We love it.

Dave was very pleasant to work with. The workers worked so hard on the hot weather. It took a couple days longer due to the roof pitches and angles, but I’m glad they took the extra time to get it done right. Their material is top notch.

If my husband and I could give 10 stars we would!! Profile Roofing was awesome, they were fast, professional and did an amazing job repairing our roof. We were in a time crunch to get it done and they wasted no time helping us.

I've seen lots of roofer's in the neighborhood. These guys are the most polite and clean up dude's ever. Did EXACTLY as they verbally promised and are very relaxed with no surprises. Contractors are notorious for last minute surprises..... these guys don't do that.

Dave was great to work with. He came by the house and monitored the progress met with me personally on many occasions to make sure I was happy with the work. His crew did a great job and cleaned up every night when they were done. I would definitely recommend.

Our roof was hit by a major hail storm and my dad has used Dave and his crew for years on build projects. So I knew I would be in good hands. And that was absolutely the case. Great company. Our whole neighborhood was ravaged by that last Hail storm and my wife initially signed up with a storm chaser. I wanted to go with someone local. Profile roofing was the first house I actually saw getting a new roof, which was a great sign. Dave and his team were awesome to work with. Quality work at a quality price. Dave is a really no nonsense guy and he doesn't play games. He was very respectful and his crew did amazing work. I would highly recommend them.

They did the roof on my shop over two years ago now and it still is PERFECT! At the time the roof was done we were in between storms and they knocked it out in less than 6hrs. We have had many wind storms and plenty of wet weather to test their craftsmanship out and not one single problem. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone. Thanks again!
