Proficient roofing came suggested from my realestate team and they were right. Juan worked diligently with myself and my insurance agency through the claims process, was able to confirm for AllState the repairs needed and even secured additional claims coverage for the decorative tin roof section. He got the repairs done to meet our planned closing date and his team worked around some pretty bad weather to make it happen. From roofing to gutters to fence staining - his team took care of it all. In my opinion - this is the only roofing company I will use moving forward.

We just had an entire new roof including all new decking and gutters put on by Proficient Roofing. I had previously used them for two small repairs and was very pleased with their service. Our new roof is absolutely beautiful and done with the highest quality products and standards of installation. Juan worked closely with our insurance company who would not pre-approve the decking, so a gamble on our side, and due to his efforts the decking was fully covered. Absolutely wonderful company and I will be sure to refer them to anyone as well as use them for any personal needs in the future.

The company and all of the employees were very professional. They coordinated all the repairs we needed completed... roof, gutters, repairs on siding, and paint. It made getting all this done a breeze. They also took care of everything with our insurance company. The hardest thing we had to do was pick out the paint and write a check for the balance owed. Amazing work and wonderful people!

This company is EXCELLENT! Angel Alvarez was the person who supervised my roof replacement. He kept me updated every step of the way. He is a fantastic communicator. I have not experienced this superb level of customer service in years!

6 months ago our roof was replaced by a company who will remain nameless... It was truly a horrible gauntlet of delays, little to no communication, poor craftsmanship and very little clean up. After yet another round of hail storms here in Little Elm my wife and I were very leary about picking a roofing company. Angel Alverez and his team at Proficient were a complete 180 from the previous company. Work was quick, efficient and always clean. Communication was outstanding and we never felt like we were being left in the dark. Angel managed the replacement of our roof, damaged trim, skylight and shattered windows. This company is a perfect example of customer service and professionalism. We will use Proficient again and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Had a "walk by" roofing company tell me I needed a new roof, called Proficient Roofing on the recommendation of Trey Gourley at Dallas Projects Unlimited and my coworker Bobby Lorgeree, all I needed was two small patches. They did a temp patch, came back and did the permanent repair which I can not even see! Quick, professional, great price and they took care of a little problem like it was as important as a full roof. They took the time to talk to me about what I would want to do when I do need a new roof, very knowledgeable and when I do have real hail damage they will be the company I use to do the full job!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that Proficient Roofing did on our home last week. Over the course of the bid and the project, I had a chance to interact with the owner (Juan), project manager (Candy), and crew chief (Eddy), and all of them were extraordinary. Very professional, no pressure, clear on what was going to happen and when, cleaned up the job site completely, and left us with a great looking roof. It was clear that their crew has worked together for years, because they were extremely efficient (finished our roof in one day). I also appreciated how they gave us options on different grades of shingles and explained the pros and cons of each.
We had our roof done by a different company 4 years ago and it was a nightmare… so glad we found Proficient this time!
