We just recently purchased a new (to us) home. The bones of it were great! However it needed major updating. I am pretty handy and did most of the work by myself! All but the kitchen and bathrooms (2). The kitchen is livable (for now) but the bathrooms were very outdated and small. I knew we didn’t have enough room to make them larger so I needed help from a professional with a new design to get maximum use of the spaces. This meant moving water and sewer lines both of which were not in my comfort zone. Fast forward the boring stuff to the renovation process. Much to be expected, we hit a few snags along the way. We had some materials that either out of stock and had to wait for them to come in or choose a new material. There were also a few fixtures that were late being delivered. So our initial timeline had to be pushed back a week, no biggie. Throughout this whole project they were in constant communication with us and updated almost daily. They even came out a few times to make sure things were going as planned with the contractor and progress. One of the Tile guys was hard to get ahold of a few times about changing tile. But it all worked out. Not only would I recommend them, they are scheduled to start the 3rd bathroom and kitchen in August.
