PCI did an outstanding job repairing the cedar molding, that was rotting, and a portion of the siding on our chimney where the original design prove to be poor requiring their modifications, while verifying all of the OSB underneath was still in good shape. They came in under their original estimate charging only for required labor and materials to get the job done. From the estimator Mike Martin to the team that did the job, they were professional, communicated great, met all schedules, and just were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them for jobs that are big or small based on my first experience.

PCI replaced an old garage side door as well as replaced rotten wood on the overhang of our garage. Workers arrived on time and immediately got to work. The work was physically hard but worked continuously until mid afternoon when they finished. We were impressed with the new door, their workmanship, and cleaned up very well. All the work was done as stated. The door was sealed well on the inside. New paint matched to the rest of our garage and work was precise. We love how beautiful it looked. THANK YOU, we will gladly refer PCI to family and friends.

We have enjoyed working together with PCI on a couple of projects. We enjoy Mike one of their project managers as he has a very strong background in the industry.

We have now partnered with PCI on several commercial occupied spaces, their team does an outstanding job gathering a projects requirements and bidding the correct scope of work. Everyone who has been onsite from PCI is friendly and helpful to the residents or employees of a business as they complete the work. Mike and his team were extremely professional and helpful. They were also very communicative. Right from the start we liked the plan that they came up with for our screened in porch. The work that they did was very meticulous. My wife and I were very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them and use them for future projects.

PCI did an outstanding job on our porch addition. Quality was perfect in every way. We have always been reluctant to use contractors because of past experiences that did not meet or standards. Justin and his crew built everything to perfection from every board to caulking. The project came in on budget, no surprises and Mike the project manager asked all the right clarifying questions when he met with us on our project. 3 other firms didn’t ask half of these important questions and bids were all much higher. PCI has an amazing team! With our two completely gutted bathroom projects and miscellaneous house projects officially complete last week, my husband and I were just talking about how stress free they made the entire process. They really have a talented team and we trusted every decision they helped us make along the way. They were always very professional and had great communication. They went above and beyond in many instances to make sure the job was complete and it was on track.

Rob and Dylan made great suggestions during construction that we would have never thought of and the way they were invested in making it like "their own" made us feel very comfortable in all of the decisions that were made and we really leaned on them for suggestions. It's hard to find employees that are invested personally in every project. If there was ever even a minor issue they made sure it was fixed and completed quickly without question.

Jennifer did an excellent job walking me through the material options and lead times. That really helped having her expertise to understand what made sense for cost/lead time and options on the design that I would have never thought of.

Mike did a great job keeping everyone on task and if there were any issues he helped work through them quickly.

And large props to Dylan, he did a great job working around our crazy household with many pets, a two year old and infant which I know isn't part of the job description :).

PCI was instrumental in finishing off our basement in summer 2021. We originally were seeking a general contractor, and when we opted to manage the project ourselves, PCI happily rebid for those aspects we wanted their help with. There were no bidding games or sales gimmicks with PCI.

Matt was our lead carpenter and he always had great ideas and solutions for little problems that would come up.

We always felt like we were in great hands with everyone at PCI, and that meant a lot especially when we had issues to figure out.

At the end of the project, PCI came to our rescue when we experienced a challenge with the plumber we had hired. PCI was able to tear out poor workmanship by the plumber and install our new shower walls and door for a fair price.

Afterward we joked that we were going to miss looking out the window in the morning and seeing the PCI trucks, ready to go. They were out there at the crack of dawn every day! The most punctual, responsible contractors we have ever worked with!

We are thrilled with the way the basement turned out and won’t hesitate to invite them back for another project.

I would very highly recommend PCI for any construction project you may need ....they were very responsive and professional and were even able to fast track my deck railing project so I could get my house listed for sale ASAP ....work quality was 2nd to none and they were able to make some adjustments to get a quote within my budget!! The new railing definitely added a little extra curb appeal and I was able to sell my house in 5 days!!

Definitely something about local people taking care of our small remodel needs here in North Prairie. Justin and crew were amazing from start to finish and their work followed in hand. It may have been a smaller job for PCI but it made huge impact on our living area that we now take advantage of every day. We would hire PCI again in a heartbeat.

PCI installed two new windows in my garage last December. Because they were busy, I waited for this project to be completed after contracting with them. However, I was told when they thought they’d get to my project when I contracted with them. The installers took their time, did a careful, professional job with the installation and all of the aluminum trim I’d requested, and I am very pleased with the finished product. They analyzed my original windows on my house so as to customize the trim look to blend in. This took time and patience on their part. I’m very happy with the finished product and will hire them again for other projects.

We heard PCIs ad on the radio We knew they were exactly what we were looking for. Mike came over and solved both of our exterior problems. He was friendly, honest and efficient. We will definitely be calling them again!

I needed a sagging bay lifted on the second floor of my home because my new window sashes would not align. A very difficult, unique problem that the pros solved and remedied in a day (albeit a long one) at a very fair price.

Kitchen remodel. Mike came out pretty quickly to give us a quote. Price was fair for the amount of work being done. After getting a number of quotes and decided to go with PCI. Super happy with our choice. Other remodels we have had hadn't gone as smooth as this one. Remodel crew led by Rob was fantastic. We have an older home and and never know what is behind walls. Rob was not fazed by any of it. Throughout the process Rob gave us suggestions that we would have been upset if we didn't do them. Great job cleaning up after themselves so we could walk through the space at night since it was the middle of our home. Finishing touches were appreciated. We highly recommend PCI.

Contacted PCI back in June about a repair to our house. Got an email response fairly quickly so I had a good impression from the start. Was given an estimate and said I wanted to pursue the work. Was told they would put me on the schedule for the beginning of August and that someone would be out the next week to take a look at the work to be done. It's now the middle of August and noone has showed at any point. Left several messages for the project manager and even emailed. Yet no response. If they didn't want to do the project like I was told they would they could've said so. This is no way to treat people.

I had PCI do a couple of repairs on my home and both times I was delighted with the experience. There work was done in a timely, high quality and cost effective manner. I found them really easy to work with. Having an older home, I was impressed with their ability to find solutions in keeping with the architecture of our home. I would absolutely use them again !

PCI goes above and beyond every single time. They do beautiful work, and the customer service is exceptional. Mike and Michelle are the nicest people you'll meet. They recently remodeled our office space - incredible. They also give back to their community in many ways, and that means a lot! 100% would recommend.

I must say that I was disappointed with PCI, especially because I had received a recommendation from our realtor for this company. PCI responded to my estimate request for a kitchen and master bedroom/bath project, and showed up quickly on-site for the estimate. Mike was great and we were leaning towards hiring him and his team for our project due to his demeanor and knowledge and suggestions. He even went out of his way to offer to be on site to help us with an inspection. We were impressed. But then we never received the estimate and he didn't answer 2 follow-up emails and didn't call back when a message was left on his cell. It's unfortunate they did not have the courtesy to let us know they were too busy or didn't want the job. I don't understand this type of customer service, especially when our first impression was so good. Why do an estimate and then just leave us hanging?

My wife and I would highly recommend PCI for your construction needs.
PCI completed a full kitchen remodel for us on time and under budget. We cannot say enough about how professional yet friendly their staff is. We were put at ease at our very first meeting. Mike, our project manager and Jennifer, our designer, were very helpful and always accessible to answer our questions. Their attention to detail was noticed and much appreciated. PCI's carpenters were courteous and efficient and never left our home a mess at the end of their work day. We could tell this is a family run business with high standards and we now feel like family too.

My husband and I have been very impressed with the innovative team at PCI. From the first phone call, to our in-home consultation, to the finished product, we have experienced nothing but respect and professionalism with this company. They listened to our "wants" and helped to provide ideas for how we could make those "wants" a reality in the most effective ways possible. PCI completed a kitchen remodel and new front door for us recently. The workmanship and professionalism of the entire organization was outstanding. They went above and beyond expectations. They gave us great ideas and went "out of the box" with some additional thoughts that worked out terrifically. Michael and Michelle Grau are both great to work with. I was looking to get a new back splash in my kitchen but wasn't sure what I wanted. Michelle and Rob Melka came to my home to see my kitchen and then I went to PCI where they helped me with some ideas. After the first day of Rob working on the back splash I came home and loved one wall and the wall behind the stove I wasn't so sure about it. Even though that one area took Rob half a day and it was exactly what we had discussed I felt it was missing something. Instead of him being like that is what we discussed he worked with me and came up with a beautiful design. He wanted to make sure I loved it and I do. I have received many compliments. I have an "original" Rob design. Thank you for everything.
