I paid my deposit it already started it took a long time for the permit and when I got my permit it took them almost 3 weeks to come out and repair my garage they kept giving me the runaroundAnd also lying to me about what time or day they was going to come to do my roof The lady that schedule inspection that cannot pick up or call back nobody or email nobody back and is also going on another month and I still have not got no Inspection on my roof the first one the inspection man came out in the roof was not done so he filled my roof inspection and told me That pro choice roofing had to pay for my second one and that also took Them a long time to do and now they want to give me another run around about my inspection in all it is a garage so this is one company that I will not go through again to get my roof done bad service an also bad time the roof came out good but I waited an waited along time an then they Drove past my house to go do someone’s house that had
bugs in the roof an it took them 3 days to do still no one called me an said nothing but they going to lie to me an said my house with the first one to be done the next morning I got so many different stories with these ppl it not funny they need better ppl or to be out of service

Pro Choice Roofing recently replaced our roof and we are extremely pleased with the job they did. The owners are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The crews showed up on time and were efficient, expedient and they even did a great job cleaning up each day. We highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs!

Lousy customer service, I called 4 times they never called back.
They were scheduled to do an estimate to demo and rebuild my flat roof that was damaged in the August tornado. They never showed up for the inspection and estimate. They tell everyone they are a Faith based business?! That's not a good representation of a Christian Business in my opinion.

They responded that I was never their customer? They scheduled me for a FREE roof inspection and an idea of what it would cost. They made a mistake and scheduled it for a different day than their rep.(who cold called at my home for the purpose of FREE roof inspections)wrote down. I called when they were 45 min. late and inquired about it. Then they said it was scheduled for the next day. The next day their inspector said he was buried in work and could he come Mon.or Tues. I told him to pick one of the two days and lets get it done as I had water leaking in the room under that roof. He said ok Mon.would work.
He never showed. I called three times or more to speak to the owner. Who never called me back. I never asked for a FREE roof job. Just a FREE inspection to see if I could afford their services. The owner claimed I asked for a free roof. Not So!
It is my impression there is a communication problem in their office and the Owner never received the correct information.

I Just Wanted all the information to be heard.
