Double A saved me a significant amount of money by thoroughly checking out a “leak” that turned out to be nothing more than condensation on a pipe. A much larger plumbing company was ready to charge me in excess of $1,000 to replace parts that are in working order and causing no problems. Ivan worked on wallboarding, mudding, and painting our garage. Then hanging lights, moving outlets, building a closet to our specifications and installing a structural beam with a high load storage shelf. He finished the work in the time he said, was consistent in working hard each day, and kept us up to date with what supplies we needed to provide and what to expect. At the end of the job, he left everything cleaner than when he’d arrived on site! We highly recommend him!!

Double A did a fantastic job on my house. Ivan came out when he said he would, examined the problem, and explained exactly what was wrong. I can’t thank Ivan and Alfredo enough. In the past, there was a roof leak, so I had the shingles replaced. No more leak, but definitely damage to the drywall. There was a huge hole in the drywall, right over the basement stairwell of all places and damage to the living room ceiling. The post on the front deck were also rotting at the bottom.

I was quickly given a written estimate and put on schedule shortly after. Ivan and Alfredo were prompt, professional, friendly, detail oriented and very respectful of my property. Their work is impeccable. I love the finished product! They took precautions and cleaned up all debris from the work performed. They went above and beyond a typical contractors care with my home. Was absolutely a wonderful experience from start to finish. My wife and I bought a house that was completely out of date and in disrepair. Leaking toilet had rotted the floor, room layout was claustrophobic, etc, etc. Ivan and company had to basically gut the house and then start repairs/renovations. They removed and built walls, repaired sub flooring, installed flooring, installed pocket doors, replaced and repaired dry wall, installed trim, painted, remodeled the kitchen, etc. They helped to come up with practical solutions for my wife’s less than practical ideas that occur almost daily. All of the work was done very well and my wife is happy so I am happy!

If you have lists of things to do around your house, like I did, this company is an excellent option for you. Double AA Handyman has a vast and diverse knowledge of how to repair various things. I have hired Ivan many times over the years, and without exception, he was always courteous, punctual and respectful of customer wishes. He is extremely hard-working and very tidy. His honesty and integrity are beyond reproach. His ability to fix typical things as well as unusual things, such as getting my power washer to run again after it fell into the pool, is unbelievable and amazing! It is a breath of fresh air to have a company like this that one can depend on each and every time.

Wow, it is so nice to have my deck fonctionnal again. Ivan did an awesome job replacing rotten support posts and decking planks. I will definitely use him again this following spring to stain and seal.
