Proclaim roofing put a new roof on my house in 2023 after a big wind storm ripped my shingles apart. I went with them because they had very good reviews on the BBB website. I was not disappointed. They were very professional about their job. The roof looked fantastic after it was finished and I never found as much as a roofing nail left behind. It was everything that I had hoped for in a roofing company. What impressed me the most about the company is how they stand behind their work. After the job was finished I had a couple of minor concerns about my roof, but when I called Rick about those concerns they were addressed right away. Rick was never more than a phone call or a text away, and when I texted him I got a call from him immediately. I had a great deal of anxiety about choosing a roofing company so it was nice to find such a competent company with quality people. Rick made it really easy. He was always available to answer questions and even helped me to navigate the insurance process. On top of everything thing else I was pleasantly surprised that their prices were very competitive. I expected to pay much more for such good service. I would highly recommend Proclaim to anyone needing roofing work done. I will definitely be using them for any roofing work in the future.

We had ProClaim replace our roof about 18 months ago and they did a truly exceptional job. Rick arranged the inspection, quoted the job and ensured the work was done as promised. The crew was very professional and completed the work on time and our home looks great. I highly recommend ProClaim Roofing. They were the lowest of four bids. They accommodated our quick turnaround due to leaks and added in temporary fixes until they could replace the roof. They were great to deal with and worked with me from beginning to end and explained every aspect of
our purchase and the process. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Days after the install, they were still responsive regarding follow up questions.

Rick and his team were great. I had just replaced our roof two years before getting some storm damage in fall of 2023, and we had an absolute nightmare of an experience with another large local company. Rick was recommended to me from our insurance broker, and he did not disappoint. He walked us through the insurance process, fought for us to get what he believed was necessary to get a roof back in full working condition, and delivered us a full replacement roof. He delivered on what he promised and earned my trust for any future work on our roof in the future. I couldn't speak more highly of a company that's worked on our home.

The overall experience was outstanding!! I interviewed 5 companies for this project as we live in a log home and have some intricate flashing, peeks and valleys. Rick was on time for the estimate and then suggested to bring his contractor back out to take a second look at no cost. Rick and Stuart came back out and inspected the roof again and we went through every detail that I wanted addressed. Once the job started the crew was amazing!! They worked 12 hours a day and I never had to worry about them goofing off or being unprofessional. They each new their roles and duties and continuously cleaned up throughout the day. All I can say is that I wish everyone had the work ethics that these guys had! Pretty impressive. As for Stuart he was great to work with throughout the process and attended to every question I had and or concern. He was very patient and explained every detail when asked. Lastly Rick was very honest and attentive to my questions and needs. It's not very often that you can find a company that stands behind what they sell you during the introduction phase. These guys are great. We have used them 3 times for damage repair and assessment after the "other company" did a sub-par instillation and did not honor agreements. Always on time, gives a very fair assessment, and does not try high pressure sales. 100% recommend.

Highly recommend ProClaim for your roofing repairs. We had a tricky leak that could have easily led to expensive and unnecessary repairs -- Rick was cautious and instead of recommending some immediate roof repairs, recommended we also have a plumber check our drain pipes. The boots looked good, so thankfully, further inspection finally turned up a small hole in the flashing that was a quick and easy fix. So nice to have someone with experience and wisdom who takes the time to make sure to find the real problem.

Rick was prompt and stayed in communication to come out and inspect a leak. He was able to fix the issue onsite when he came. Excellent customer service. Will use them in the future for any roofing needs.

If you are looking for a roofing company, look no further! It was actually a pleasant experience dealing with ProClaim Roofing. They were so responsive to our repair needs, and the price was economical. I cannot recommend this company enough. My only complaint is that I can't call them for all my house repair needs. The peace of mind of working with a company who made the process from start to finish is refreshing.

A Proclaim Roofing inspection provided us with the confidence that work was done correctly. The fact that they also have a licensed adjuster gave us added security on the work.

We had a skylight that suddenly started leaking. Like in old movies with people filling up pots and pans on the floor to catch the water type of leaking.

Since it was too cold to install shingles, Proclaim came out and capped our leaking skylight until it got warmer. Once it did, we got a fair price and quick service to replace the skylight and repair the roof.

They were very pleasant to deal with and obviously very knowledgeable about roofing. I highly recommend them.

We had our 25-year-old roof replaced last week by ProClaim Roofing, and they did a most excellent job. Rick Katz gave us an honest and fair itemized invoice before the work began explaining all the costs which were competitive with other roofers in the area.

One of the things I really liked about ProClaim was that they’ve been using the same crew for over 7 years, and it showed— the work was outstanding. Martin and his crew worked diligently, did an expert job and left the yard and area clean of any debris and nails.

A few days after the work was completed, Rick showed back up to inspect the roof, and also run the magnet again across the driveway, sidewalks and yard. He wanted to make sure that our car wouldn’t have a flat, but also that our dogs were safe playing in their yard. This company would get 10 stars if possible for their honesty, integrity and flawless work.

With no idea where to start as far as a roofing company, we found Proclaim Roofing online and reached out for help with a couple of leaks in our home. They came out straight away. The owners, Rick and Clelland, were both very nice and are personally involved with the jobs (Clelland himself came out for the initial visit and was professional, knowledgeable and honest!). They didn't go for a hard sell to just replace our entire roof and gave us options at different price points to fix the problems. We felt very much in good hands and rate this company 5+ stars. As soon as we are ready to replace our roof, we will definitely hire Proclaim to do the job.

We recently moved into our new house and noticed a couple of shingles coming loose on our roof. After reading some reviews, I called Proclaim Roofing and scheduled an appointment. They got out here super quick (within 2 days). Clelland let us know it was an easy fix and was able to repair it on the spot without charge or trying sell any other services. Can’t say enough about the responsiveness, professionalism and quality work done by the ProClaim team in replacing our roof after the ice storms created some damage this last winter. The crew was very courteous and did a great job cleaning up after a full roof installation, no easy task, plus ProClaim returned twice after completion to inspect and check for any errant debris. Clelland from ProClaim Roofing promptly came after the recent snow storm. He came on time, was very professional, and was very honest after inspecting the roof. There wasn't any real need to do any work. The rarity of the snow storm and melting caused minor backups which are truly rare for Louisville. It caused some minor leaks but there wasn't any real issue to fix. From what I'm told, the shingles, flashing, etc were all in good shape and in order. The roof itself is a 30 year shingle with less than 10 years use so far. Note: ProClaim Roofing was also the only roofing places that were open past 6PM and actually answered their calls promptly. I definitely appreciate and recommend ProClaim Roofing for their roofing knowledge and service that they provide to the Louisville, KY area.

The gutters on my contemporary house were custom made. There was not, however a leaf guard system. ProClaim assessed what needed to be done and gave me excellent advise. They had someone on their staff who was able to do the custom work required. He was excellent as were all the people I had contact with at ProClaim. Their work was outstanding. If I have any future roof related needs ProClaim will be the first company I contact.

I called ProClaim Roofing to look at a leak in my roof. They were able to come the next day and did a detailed inspection (roof & attic) to ensure they provided an accurate analysis. ProClaim has replaced several of our skylights and our roof during the past two years. They have responded promptly to our phone calls - even those we made outside of normal business hours, when we weren't expecting to receive a response until the next business day. Clelland and his team have been wonderful about never pressuring us to purchase products or services.

I highly recommend Proclaim Roofing to anybody that needs any kind of roofing work done. I called three companies for an estimate to find and repair a roof leak that had left a small stain on my ceiling. One company came out, inspected the roof and determined it was a crack in a corner ridge shingle, and wanted $450 to replace some shingles. A second company determined that it was not the crack since it was on the surface only, so was probably coming from the nails in the roof vent. They wanted to reseal all the roof vents. However, Proclaim came out last, they inspected the roof then went into the attic to inspect the stain in my ceiling. Because there were no water stains on any of the wood in my attic, they determined that the leak was caused during a severe storm when a little horizontal rain came in through a vent and resulted in water getting into the attic. Because of Proclaims' thoroughness and honesty, I avoided the cost of an unneeded roof repair. I will be needing to replace my 20-year-old roof in a few years and I know my only call will be to Proclaim Roofing--a highly skilled and honest roofing company.

Rick and Clelland managed our 50-square roof replacement with new gutters and fascia. They and their contracted roofing and gutter teams were fast, on-time, polite, and good communicators. They patiently listened to my questions and ideas and offered their expertise or that of their contractors in response. We hope we don't need a new roof again anytime soon, but if we do, we'll be sure to call ProClaim again!

Actually had a leaking gutter. He called me back quickly, scheduled an appointment quickly, came on time and quickly fixed my problem. I wanted to get a quote on a project and he said I didn’t need to do it yet. Very honest. Charged me less then I expected. Great business

Put in an online request and was called promptly after and scheduled some time for Rick to come check out a leaky skylight. He was right on time and was very friendly. He discussed the situation and gave me his honest thoughts without any pressure towards a major purpose. I plan on calling them for any future roof issues.

We have been very happy with and impressed by Clelland and those who work with him. We have used Proclaim on 2 different occasions now. They do great work, are timely, and take the time to educate.
