Jed did an awesome job! He installed drywall on part of our ceiling that had to be removed after a plumbing leak, and also fixed some other areas that were cracked and previously patched badly. He handled the painting and really went above and beyond. If we ever need anything again, we’re definitely calling Jed. Highly recommend!

Jed did an outstanding job and installed my replacement guest bathroom fan. Since I was his last job of the day, he asked if there's anything else, and since my original installer had been delayed, Jed stayed (in the rain) to finish installing my front porch stairs that a friend was going to install previously. And this was all right before a big function at my house. He is skilled, fair priced and honest. What a lifesaver and absolutely professional! Great customer service and quality finished product. Pro Touch Handyman LLC, came out to do several projects around our property. We worked with Jed. The projects included replacing a broken, sliding glass door lock, repairing/replacing and painting a section of fence, repainting our “well, pump house” (originally painted by someone else), building a new door for another outdoor structure, painting it and disposing of a bunch of debris.

It was a true pleasure working with Jed. He has such a friendly, positive attitude and really cares about his customers. Having worked in construction for the majority of my career I have interacted with countless contractors including major projects on our own home. So often with other contractors, I end up having to make calls to track them down. Find out why they aren’t at the job working at the time they said they would be there. Causing projects to drag out, taking more time than they should and interrupting daily life longer than they need to. Not with Jed! Jed, does what he says he is going to do, when he says he’s going to do it. He communicates clearly with follow through. I cannot overstate how important this is to planning and efficiency.

This was my first time doing a virtual estimate over video call, which felt a little different, but it actually worked out really well for a bunch of projects around my house. The price was a little higher than I expected, but since they came recommended, I trusted they’d do a solid job and they totally did. The work came out great, and I was super impressed with how clean they left everything. I didn’t even have to vacuum! I’d definitely hire them again.

He did the job but he did it poorly.not worth the money he charged. Its a front door nail slot. It is uneven and jagged. I purchased the slot protecter and it wont fit on how uneven it is. I am going to have to find another person to fix it.

Pro Touch fixed my back stairs into a safe ramp for my dog who had an accident and could not use stairs any last anger. Fabulous job, well made and my dog loves it. I will refer them to everyone who needs a handy man.

Terrible experience, definitely avoid. Had Jed come by to do a stud build out for the installation of workout equipment (Tonal).

The installation instructions and requirements I provided him clearly stated the build needed to be attached to ceiling joists. He said it couldn't be done but reassured me the build would be fine and work for my purposes anyway.

I deferred to his judgement. This was a mistake, as he clearly didn't know what he was talking about.

After showing these photos to the workout equipment company (Tonal) they told me it does not meet installation requirements and would not work.

On top of that, he initially installed a warped 2x4 on the left curving outward and came back to replace it.

He got black paint all over my wall and the left 2x4 isn't even fully sitting on the piece he anchored to the floor (see pictures). Just look at the photos, they speak for themselves.

All this to say, paid way too much for something completely useless. When I asked him if he could come by to just rip it out (so I could hire an actual professional) he refused and said I already used my free return visit.

Which of course, was him coming back to replace the warped 2x4 he picked and installed to begin with.

He also completely lied and said the website installation instructions said it was fine for the build to not be attached to ceiling joists. This is just a flat out lie, completely untrue.

Again, terrible experience, very unprofessional, clearly just wants to make a buck preying off people who put their trust in him and doesn't care about following instructions or ensuring the customer is satisfied. Got his payment and moved on. Avoid.

Jed is amazing! Great guy, great work. He helped me with some sink installs and gutter cleaning. Selling a home and needed some last minute touches done on the house. I will definitely use him again for anything.

Jed is a true professional. We had him patch a drywall hole and drywall crack in the ceiling. He did a fantastic job on both, made sure our home was protected and clean afterwards. Jed went above and beyond by looking at a few unrelated items and had a quick fix for something we thought we'd have to hire someone to repair. We will call Jed anytime we need a handyman as he is multi-talented.
He even crawled up into the attic to check for roof and plumbing leeks!

Above all of this, Jed is a fantastic human being. I could hang out with him all day and shoot the breeze and have a great time.

Jed came to fix some drywall gauges made by a delivery company. He was super responsive when I first called for a quote,, was early (called ahead to see if that was okay) on the day of,, and once he saw the damage in person he said oh it’ll be even be less than the quote! He matched our wall textures and painted, even covered up other scuffs on the wall we didn’t ask about. You can’t even tell work was done! 10/10 recommend!!

Perfect customer service! I have 0 complaints. Over the years, there have been so many little things that have broken in my house and I finally realized I need help to fix them all. Luckily, Pro Touch came up on my search because their response time was immediate. I literally called at 9 pm and got a call back not even 10 minutes later. Even if they are booked out, they always make time for their customers and they truly care. I thought my kitchen drawer would be impossible to fix as I had many people look at it and none had a good answer. Yet Soufiane with Pro Touch was able to repair it and I’m forever grateful. Anything from broken drawers, to doors that won’t latch, to broken sinks, broken shower heads, or messed up dry wall. Pro touch does it all!
