I would not recommend this business for your roof. We used them in 2023 for a new roof. This year we discovered bats in our house. Two exterminators found the issue to be poor workmanship where gaps were left in our roof allowing bats access to our attic. We contacted Pro-Tech, and they refused to take ownership of this problem.

I am very happy with Pro Tech as a company and Nathan as the person I have worked with. Nathan was very helpful through the whole process of getting a new roof, I know I'm in good hands. Thank you Nathan!

We had our roof and siding replaced due to weather. From the project manager who was very knowledgeable and helpful to the workers who replaced the roof and siding, the job was done well.

Uneven turtle vents. They told me it was because my decking was wavy. Never told be about it, but when confronted with the problem they told me they didn't replace decking cause Insurance won't cover it. No one on the site could talk English. This company is just Insurance thieves and don't care at all about the customer's. Sales reps are great talkers, but after that it's all down hill.

We were very impressed at how Pro Tech, especially our project manager Corey, worked alongside our insurance company to ensure that our roof and siding got the full repair/replacement we needed after storm damage. I didn't think we had any significant damage but Pro Tech worked with our insurance company to do an assessment and sure enough, we were due a new roof due to hail damage! Corey sat down with me and my husband multiple times to patiently go through our options, the next steps, and at one point even did a three-way call with our insurance adjuster. Never once did I feel upsold during the process. Their teams and subcontractors did a great job at communicating ETAs and minimizing disruptions while they were here. I would definitely recommend Pro Tech to a friend!

Highly recommend protech restoration!! I had called Corey last minute to see if he can meet up with my adjuster within a day or two. He fit me in right away no questions asked. Worked great with the adjuster & state farm to get me all costs covered! Very communicative, honest and patient! If I ever need another job done definitely will be calling him again!

Ben and crew did an awesome job on roofs and siding. Fast and efficient. Ben helped us through the whole selection process and truly appreciate his expertise.

We highly recommend ProTech! Corey, our project manager, made our roof replacement absolutely seamless and stress free. The only thing we had to do was to schedule the insurance company adjusters inspection. Once that was completed, Corey took care of everything working directly with our insurance company.

Keven and the team did a fantastic job replacing the roof after hail damage. Made the process of working with insurance and the mortgage holder clear. Came out and removed and replaced in one day. Ver polite, professional crew. Hopefully we won’t need another new roof while in this house but if we did we’d definitely use them again.

I ran into Jake from Pro Tech Restoration in the street during the aftermath of the big hail storm last fall. My roof was absolutely totalled by the weather event, and I decided to hire Pro Tech based on how impressed I was with Jake as a knowledgable, interested and motivated person. Jake was with me every step of the way in the process of getting my house repaired. He talked with insurance, he made it easy to select materials, arrange the work and processing payment. Pro Tech was first class all the way in handling what could have been a a stressful experience.

Jake O did a great job getting my roof done after some hail damage. He also has worked tirelessly to fight with my insurance company to get the funds to do my siding. He’s definitely gone above and beyond during this whole process! He even brought out a drone and did progress shots from the sky of the roof getting done! That was super cool to get to see.

Highly recommend Keven amd his team. Worked with Keven to get out roof replaced after a bad hail storm. He helped us throughout the process. The roof installation was also done well and on time.

Nathan Knop of Protech was AMAZING! From the first contact when he came out to survey our hail damage, to working with our insurance company, making sure the work got done & on time! Everyone we worked with at Protech was great! The subcontractors who did the work were highly efficient, skilled workers who did a fantastic job in one day and clean up of our home & property was so good that it looked better than before they started! Protech even came out a day later to check the work & run the magnet around again for nails & staples, and we didn’t even request that. We felt so well taken care of that we have already recommended Nathan Knop and Protech to our family, friends and even our own customers. When the shingles came in installation was done in a day. Great crew. Didn’t leave any mess in the yard. Showed up and started before leaving for work and were finished before I got home.

Great experience with this company! We had hail damage and needed the whole roof replaced. They showed up when they said they would, got the roof replaced in one day, and were respectful of my property. I would definitely use this company again!

Workmanship appears fine. Delays in completing project but most of that was supply chain and a lot of damaged roofs from a single storm. Communication was good for the most part.

The team, especially Keven Jaimes, moved quickly to get my home done on a tight timeline. They replaced my roof and siding after a windstorm. It's not just that they were able to do the work quickly, but the quality was excellent. I don't write a lot of reviews, but they deserve credit for a job well done.

Great experience with Protech. After many storms several companies were going around the area or calling, Nathan came by and was very professional but also laid back and easy going. He walked us through the whole process , showing us photos and explaining how they would work with our insurance and we wouldn't have to worry about any of the hassle. Once the day arrived, the workers were all professional and kept on task. I worked from home and was able to see how thorough they were, there were two who kept checking on the quality of work and they cleaned up very well. The next day another gentleman stopped by to double check around the house and ensure everything was cleaned up and safe. Nathan followed up again with us after the process and again was kind and professional, even with our crazy boxer dogs. Very happy with the service all around with this company.

Ben Montroy with Pro Tech Restoration was absolutely amazing to work with! I can't tell you the last time I had this kind of customer service! He got our roof inspected, approved for replacement by our insurance company, and within 3 days our insurance check was in the mail. I can't say enough great things about him and this company! I would highly reccomend!

We had our roof done a week ago. I left durning the project and I was worried about the mess I would come home to... I arrived after they left and besides the beautiful new roof, I could not tell anyone had done work around the house. The clean up was without a trace of anything, not even nails! Worked with Ben getting everything ready and he was a GEM! Everything was explained to me ahead of time, no surprises, beyond my expectations. Ben made the deal. You can get a roof anywhere, but you cannot get quality customer service.

I highly recommend using Pro Tech Restoration for any roofing or siding projects. Every employee I dealt with was so professional and helpful ! The quality of the materials and work was beyond my expectations. Ben from Pro Tech came out to give me an estimate, and after talking with him I decided to cancel my other estimates from the other companies that I had made. The roofing and siding materials that Pro Tech used are far superior to the junk that was previously installed on my home by a different company. Not to mention the attention to detail by the siders and roofers. Between the overall customer care by Ben and the follow up with quality control by Josh I couldn't have been happier !

Pro Tech did a roof replacement on my house as well as some facia and gutters in the fall of 2019. Let me start by saying that the project manager that I worked with throughout the process was Fantastic, however the quality of the work done by sub contractors and the damage that occurred to my property earns them a rating of 2 at best. My driveway was stained from hydraulic fluid when the materials were delivered. I was told they would power wash that, but they never did so I took care of it myself. The cedar siding on my house was chipped and scratched in a few places. They also said they would take care of that, but that never happened. Cut lines on shingles and drip edge were sloppy. Soffits were bent up in three spots and I ended up with squirrels in my attic. That was a huge pain! Finally, and worst of all, the crew damaged my garage door by sliding an air compressor against it. They did agree to replace the bottom panel, but unfortunately the door manufacturer supposedly no longer makes the recessed hinges that I had, so I now have a mismatched set of hinges on the bottom panel that causes my door to bind and not open from time to time. Every time that happens, I think of Pro tech :(
If you are looking for conscientiousness and quality, look elsewhere.

Their crews are very hard working, happy and capable guys!
We, also, ordered whole house gutters and downspouts.
We are so pleased with all and feel that the price was very fair!

Randy Burge has been absolutely amazing to work with. Pro tech helped my mom get a new roof that she has needed for many years. I used this company because they were a member in my BNI Group, but the partners split up and went separate ways. I had been trying for 3 months to get them to come out to look at some issue's we are having. No one had responded to me. So I ended up writing a not so great review. A few minutes after I posted my review Bryan contacted me, and came out and looked over everything for us, and is putting in an extra down spout to take care of the issue at no additional cost to use! They really stepped up and took care of us! We sincerely appreciate them making sure things were right! Thanks!

I used Protech for roofing and siding due to storm damage. From start to finish they were helpful, accommodating to my needs, always on time. I was so impressed with their service. If I had any questions or concerns they immediately responded. Also they are focused on quality. When I ordered the wrong size shutters (which was my mistake) instead of putting them up they waited to ask me if they should put them up. That saved me so much hassle. I then went and ordered the right size.
I would use them again.

Randy with Pro Tech Restoration came out to our house and did an inspection of our roof, he was very thorough and took lots of pictures for us to see. Even though we did not have any "damage", he pointed out a couple things that we should be aware of. Randy was very professional and I would highly recommend him.
